    Burnt food, no ice, and burger made wrong. Like what is this, yall just dont care and when my husband inquires about this horrible experience they make him seem like hes crazy, the manager has a bad attitude, with no customer service at all. People spend there hard earned money at the very least take some ownership.

    So very disappointed at Sonic. I was brought a chicken sandwich that is literary raw, that was very disgusting. Not sure what kind of rush are the people at the store in that they burned the food, but it didn’t cook completely. This is not acceptable. Here are the pictures to prove it. Yuck!! Disgusting!

    Worst place ever and not sanitary. Stopped there on my way home from the dr with my girls and they gave the truck in front of me someone else's food. They then tried to give that food to me. I handed it back and she put the bag with the correct ticket. When I told her she need to throw it away she told me she would. After that I left, I didn't want any food from them. I waited before I fully pulled out and the girl gave the same bag that was now in 2 different vehicles to the car behind me. Absolutely disgusting. Will never eat here again. The kids working need to do better even if it isn't the best job.

    The sonic on Malabar rd is absolute trash. Their food is mediocre at best. Their Dr. Pepper tastes like nothing but syrup, AND THEY KNOW IT! The manager took almost 30 minutes to refund a drink, a single drink. The incompetence of the employees is unbelievable. It's not difficult to correct simple things and communicate issues. If your product is less than you would consume, DO NOT sell it to a customer. This is the last time I will go there for any reason.

    This is about the third time that the service has been absolutely terrible. The staff are just not motivated and their customer service honesty needs a lot of improvement. Not to mention one of the times I was overcharged because I was paying cash and when I asked for a receipt they said their printer didn't work. Went about a week later and got the same order and it was about $4 cheaper. So pretty sure the young woman working there pocketed some of our cash the first time. Honesty the more time goes on, the less and less I want to go there. Not sure if I will be returning

    10:15pm I ordered a large strawberry shake and a small vanilla shake. They verified at the window I ordered shakes. Took payment for the shakes and then made me wait for over 15 minutes to try to hand me food I didn’t order and then made me wait an additional 10 minutes for the wrong shakes and then acted like it was my fault they were rang in incorrectly. The line was wrapped around the building because the girl at the window was so high she couldn’t even remember she confirmed I ordered shakes. They gave me attitude when they corrected the shakes and then refused to give me napkins after they overflowed the shakes and the lid came off spilling ice cream all over the car. The night shift is the worst. 10/10 do not recommend.

    Sat in the drive through at 11:15. Workers ignored drive through. Pulled up and she was just chatting with someone she was friends with in the car. Waited another 5 minutes. Left. Poor service.

    We pulled up to the drive thru and just sat there. No answer on the speaker. Lobby was closed even tho it's supposed to be open. People were inside working. A car got served ahead of us. But when we pulled up, nothing. Y'all need to do better!! You want more money but you can't even do your job. Sad world we live in.

    We stopped in the drive thru on a Friday evening around 6:30. There was no one in line and we were greeted quickly. We had our food in less than 5 minutes and we're on our way home. This is my bacon cheeseburger. I had to hunt for the bacon and finally found it under the patty after my husband find it on his. Although it doesn't look like much it was pretty tasty. I also got the pretzel twist with cheese and the pretzel was warm and had plenty of salt. Cheese cup was meh. Culver's offers a better cheese to go with their pretzel bites so if you are craving pretzels with cheese I'd recommend them over sonic. Overall a decent quick meal but pricey at $14+ for 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a pretzel twist.

    My family & I ate there this evening and was not impressed. Dining room was absolutely filthy, restrooms dirty and paper towel dispenser wasn't working. Food was not hot but Luke warm. We usually go to the Sonic on Babcock which we love. But tonight we just happened to be closer to this one.

    Gross. The fries and onion rings were sugary flavored - very obviously fried in the same oil as French toast sticks. They smelled and tasted terrible. Fries container was only half-filled. Bacon on sandwiches wasn't strips, just some crumbles and lettuce was old - brown and wilted. Will not be going back here.

    Never got any Sonic foods. Decided to try it yesterday. I won’t try it again! I was there about 2:15 in the afternoon. Got a cheeseburger, fries, and coke. I was hungry so I tried a few fries on the way home. They must have been under a heat lamp for hours! They were shriveled up, dry and chewy! They all ended up in the garbage. I didn’t think it was possible to screw up French fries. Boy, was I wrong! Sure hope that something changes there, but I won’t be coming to see if it does!

    After ordering, wait in line for 10+ minutes for food that is limp and thrown together and just looks and tastes awful. Used to love sonic but our family will never go again. This has happened too many times.

    Food is okay, they burnt the jumbo popcorn chicken, burnt the ched R peppers. They messed up every combo we got, burgers were wrong, the sizes of the tots were wrong. Only correct things were the drinks. Service is really slow, Spent 40 minutes waiting in line for an app pick order. Some of the staff are not happy to be working. Only 2 employees, had good customer service. Every time doesn’t matter the time of day or what day, whether you order ahead or wait in the line you will be there for 45 minutes.

    Terrible Service and absolute disgusting food. Brown frozen lettuce on top of burger. Not an employee to be found as they were all in a back room for social HR. God forbid someone wipe down any of the tables or floors with all the free time they seem to have. We like sonic but this location should be shut down by the department of health.

    For some reason lately the burgers have not been hot, barely warm, cheese doesn’t melt and the lettuce and tomatoes makes it cold if you don’t eat it right away. They’re good about making it correctly just needs to be hot, I think burgers are premade and just get warmed up. Rarely do I get the correct packs of condiments I request in the app, have to ask when I have time to check.
