👍👍 I lived at Reflections for 2 years. From start to finish, my experience with the staff was exceptional. It was great working with Paolo to rent my apartment; she went above and beyond to get me a pleasant home for 2 years. My experience living at reflections was also equally pleasant. At the end... I lived at Reflections for 2 years. From start to finish, my experience with the staff was exceptional. It was great working with Paolo to rent my apartment; she went above and beyond to get me a pleasant home for 2 years. My experience living at reflections was also equally pleasant. At the end of my lease, my experience with the staff was the same as the start, exceptional; again Paola went above and beyond, even reaching out to me to ensure I got my deposit. Kudos to Paola and the other Boca Del Mar Staff; my experience is that they are more than reasonable.

I'm in love with this community. Just moved in a few weeks ago and loving it. Poll is great, gym, racketball court... Very peaceful and quiet. Paola at the office is AMAZING!!!! I'm editing this review 4 years later because because after 4 years leaving in this beautiful place I got a letter saying that my unit will go through renovation and that I would need to vacate it. Angela from the office was amazing helping me transfer to a new unit and I am actually excited to move to a renovated unit with granite counter tops, wood flooring and new appliances and fixtures. love this place. THANK YOU AGAIN ANGELA!!!

We ordered a package weeks before moving and it accidentally ended up at my old address. I contacted the Reflections office to please notify the new tenants to return the package. I spoke 4 times with the front office and even went there to see ANGELA. She said, that she will give me a call as soon as she has my item. It turns out that they sent the package to the post office, even when I spoke with her the day before. I never recovered my package, it went missing. The worst part is, that when I started living there, I received plenty of calls from the front office asking me to return the old tenants mail to them. We always helped them, especially when the old tenant had an expensive phone show up in the mail and we gave it back.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke when i moved in and still reeks of it. Maintenance is not punctual. They don’t work weekends. They do sloppy jobs. Plus You’ll have to send multiple emails and call several times just to get their attention. Walls are paper thin so you will hear everything from your neighbors. No assigned parking. Rent is sky high. Good luck to the next tenant who wants to spend $1600 on a 600 sq ft, not renovated apt, where things constantly break down. Not worth it. The only nice thing about this community is the pool.

lived at reflections (2 bd/ba) for over two years. The location is convenient and the neighborhood is nice and I had a nice lake view from my balcony. This is where the benefits end. The unit I occupied was run down and poorly maintained from the start. Leaking ceilings onto my pantry supplies from the bathroom above, faulty toilet, overpainting, constant mold in the bathrooms, missing weatherstripping, and worst of all a leaking A/C unit which caused our electric bill to average around $250 a month! It is difficult to have maintenance act on a work order and despite their kindness once arriving. Repairs were simple patch jobs and never solved the actual issue. To sum it up. These apartments are overpriced and management simply does not care about you, just your money. While it is easy to get approved. I suggest searching elsewhere in the long run

POTENTIAL RENTERS BEWARE!!! First I’d like to say that everything you will read in this review is backed up by emails and text messages from the management office. I had paid application fees and a deposit for a unit. These funds were paid with bank checks (same as cash). Reflections decided not to move forward with my tenancy and I was promised a refund of my monies (less the application fees). I have been jerked around over this since November 2nd. First I was assured I would have it by November 30th. When that didn’t happen I was told it was being processed and would receive it “soon.” When that didn’t happen I was told it was in the mail and it would arrive by December 22nd. Once again - no check. I would be very careful about giving any monies to this place that is “refundable” under certain circumstances. I was counting on that money for a security deposit on my new apartment. Instead I had to tap into my savings. They are both unprofessional and clearly dishonest. They can now play ball with my lawyer.

As a realtor, I look for properties that have value. In my opinion, Reflections is one of these. Cute community with very reasonably priced units. Array of amenities! Great location! Great schools! Definitely saving this gem as option for all potential clients. I love working with communities, where in addition to reasonable pricing, clients do not have to shell out first, last, security. Water was also included in rent (I have NEVER seen this in other rental communities). I want to say thank you to our Leasing specialist Lynne who was utmost friendly, professional, informative, and took time to show us around and answer all the questions we had. Thank you, Lynne, for giving the best first impression of this community!

I rented here around 2021 and having rented at another place since, I've come to appreciate management here more. They were quick to fix the AC and while bugs occasionally got in, they sent someone to fumigate every month. Parking is plentiful and they have security patrol the lots regularly. They gave a gift basket on move-in and gave my full deposit back on move-out. Good stress-free living here.

All of these apartment complexes are like this in south florida they all SUCK. Over crowded cramped up it's like living in a shoe box. You look out the window staring at a parking lot and iguanas running around everywhere. The price your paying here and other apartments you can rent a brand new house 2 or 3 times bigger than this garbage but NOT in south florida you can't. South florida is one big POS I don't know how anybody lives in that over crowded hell hole HOT all year round.

Advertised Square footage is fraudulent. Tortola is advertised as 1512 sq/ft while the appartement including the 2 balconies is less than 1200 SQ/ft. The living room is literally a tiny space with stairs in the middle. We moved out to a new condo 1383 sq/ft and it's definitely bigger than the 1512 Tortola. - Maintenance people are nice but they are just short staffed and over worked given the amount of buildings and units. Getting service/could take time sometimes. - no assigned parking spots meaning finding a parking spot could be far from your building. - $150/6% increase next year just like that, no consideration to being an existing tenant that pays on time. Well, I'll stop here

Way over priced for the square feet of living space you actually get but that is too be expected in south florida. The landscaping and grass area is pretty bad and the trees look horrible. They have tree trimming contractors come and cut the trees every year and completely rip the trees to shreds. The pool area has invasive iguanas everywhere crapping and hanging out all over the place it's a disgusting joke. There is also iguanas up and down the street be very careful that is a safety hazard they could possibly bite you. The mailboxes are old and half way broken too and sometimes your mail will end up in other people's mailbox.

I worked with Angela during my move and she was tremendous in helping me get situated during the move in process. Communicated everything in terms of information about the apartment and was very responsive following up on items I needed to do or things that were pending on their end. Very happy with the process and look forward to my lease time

So me and my roommate were looking for a great location and reasonable price. With all the features pool, gym, washer, dryer whole nine. Once I made the call after seeing reflections had checked off all the boxes. I called and the wonderful Ms. Angela picked up I asked her a few questions to make sure what I saw was what I was getting. She assured me that it was lol. Her and the front team at reflections made it very easy as well as helping you every step of the way of the process to get approved. Which I thought would have been hard now of days but it turn out to actually be easier then expected. Once all paper work and documents were submitted we got approved. Best decision I’ve made I would recommend Reflection to anyone looking for a place because they have it all. I wish I could give them a 10x star rating but it only allows you to do a 5 star. 10/10 in my book.
