Dr. Michael Carpino PA-C is the best!! Very professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring. He is my famlies primary care provider for many years. He also serves the country in the Armed forces Reserves. Dr. Carpino is the best with Trigger Point Injections and helping refer patients when needed for further care and managing chronic issues with compassionate care and understanding. Also great sense of humor!! Andrew is also wonderful with blood draws and as a medical assistant . A true blessing! Rebecca is also wonderful! I highly recommend them all and the whole environment is wonderful. Suzanne has been very helpful and I highly recommend this place as a one stop for all your medical needs and wellness. Very compassionate and care about their patients. Front desk is always nice and helpful. Can't thank them enough for the blessing they are. Thank you. God bless you all!

Carpino seems nice. The office is a mess though. No privacy whatsoever when you are getting your appointments or prescription. You are right there where everyone waiting can hear the lady come out and say "oh here is all your testosterone and hcg" etc...not good. Also the office where the doctor actually see's you looks like an afterthought that never gets cleaned. Take a good look at the floor while you are in there. Hasn't been cleaned in forever. Def gives a fly by night hormone clinic vibe. Again. Carpino is a good PA. This is simply a review of the overall office. They need a remodel and some cleaning people badly. Also, no service in the building if you are on Tmobile, no guest wifi. You have to go outside to make and receive calls or texts. Step your game up guys! Overall this place needs a good manager.

Stay away from this place. They only want your money. I have been twice and I waited so long for service. I waited so long in the docs office that when the girl came back she said "Just making sure you are still here." They did not thoroughly go over what was medically wrong with me, they just wanted to hear I would agree to pay them $1500. The chiropractor is creepy. I am guy and he creeped me out. He held a conversation with me and himself within the same breath. He said a statement to me, then mumbled to himself within the same breath. What made it creepy was I could not understand him and he laughed after every self comment. What was he saying? I am going for a second opinion, so I asked for my x-rays and medical records and they respond, "We do not have any medical records on you, but we will email you the x-rays we took of you." I still do not have the X-rays they took of me, I am not sure how they do not have a medical record of me (seems very illegal to say that), and at this point I wouldn't trust anything that comes from this company. I am calling the BBB. Stay away from this business.

I really wanted to like this outfit but I am horribly dissapointed. The whole experience has left me a bit depressed. I am a new patient and saw the doctor on Tuesday. I just needed them to fill a simple non-narcotic, anti-viral, script. I saw the doctor and the doctor said "no problem" for the script and then it just went down hill from there. They said they would call it in before I left but it never happened. I could not get them on the phone and after 3-4 days, nothing. So holiday weekend here and they are no longer answering the phone and I am no closer to solving my medical issue than when I started.

It takes many hours or days, if at all, for the online chat to get a response back. When I finally got a response whomever is in charge of communication was notified I’m self pay so I was told the afternoon before my appointment that new patient self pay was price was $120 and appointments thereafter would be $90. The following morning when I went to check in I was told the price was $140. I told them I was told $120 and they said that person just typed that in wrong. Without fail, every Dr office I go to that finds out I’m self pay, changes the prices from what I’m told when I make an appointment. Sometimes it’s when I’m checking in and sometimes they bill me extra after I’ve paid in full at the time of visit. No, there aren’t additional tests or things being done. This is another practice that seems to have a similar way of doing things. The nurse practitioner was lovely. I really liked her though I did feel rushed during a new patient appointment.

I did my physical therapy here for 20 visit and the PTA sol was so helpful.she was always listening to me and being so patient with me. I feel great and I recommend the whole team from case management GIO and Lindsey helped with my care and treatment scheduleing. The front desk was very welcoming and gave me that warm feeling. I would recommend them 110 percent and let them handle your pain and care to get back to doing things you were doing before the pain

I love Back in Action! Dr. Carpino and Andrew are such a great team. I was hesitant at first going to a male for HRT, but Dr. Carpino is extremely knowledgeable on these issues and I have gotten the fastest, most improved results than I ever have anywhere else. Katie and Yamika at the front desk are so friendly and helpful every single time I call the office and that is not the norm for all medical practices.

The staff is endearing and relatable. My provider Misty Gaddis is honest and genuine. She listens to my concerns and has truly helped me manage some important health concern. Recommend them. I travel 45 min to come here. Worth it.

After searching tirelessly for a primary care physician, I thought I would try Back In Action. Best decision I ever made! Misty Gaddis is amazing, always takes time to answer my questions and has the best bedside manner I have ever seen. I cannot recommend them enough! Katie at the front desk is also super helpful any time I call and makes sure I am taken care of. Susanne does an amazing job keeping the office running.

My first time here, they were so very kind. Made me feel welcome and truly listened . Highly recommend.

My mom sees Dr. Mike and loves him. He is funny too. Has good humor and mom says he is easy on the eyes. Whatever!

I hate to say because I love Carpino but I have been in pain for 8 days. Saw him over a week ago Sent me for an x-ray and said he would call me a couple days later Called his office 4 times no call back. In pain nothing happening in 8 days. What can I do. I'm stuck in limbo!!!!!!

This clinic has the best staff & doctors! They are very personable & really listen to your concerns! The Physical therapy staff are excellent & push you safely to accomplish your therapy goals. Dr. Misty Gaddis is one of the best doctors I have had in a long time. She is very thorough & pleasantly personable! Gio, Crystal, Katelyn, Dr. Cory, Casey, Solange; are just some of the staff who are very personable & courteous. I’m very blessed having medical staff like these taking care of my health needs & concerns!

Very warm and cozy atmosphere. Waiting time during an appointment was always lest that 5 minutes if that during my 12 visits. The ultrasonic shock therapy was the best and what I believe was the fastest fix by most accurately pin pointing the trouble spot and jus treating that. Nice. Overall, I recommend Back In Action, plus you get a cool Tshirt to wear around.

I recently switched my medical care to Back in Action and have been extremely happy about it. They have a wholistic approach and offer cross functional care. The staff takes the time to explain things to me whether it’s about my care or health insurance. I definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new medical provider!

I came into back in action and was amazed with how welcoming the front desk was with me. I checked in with Kayla and she was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Then I spoke to Brianna about different things that happen in the company and she helped me understand everything and was very kind and also welcoming. So definitely go to back in action and see how welcoming and kind the whole team is !

Terrible communication. Complete and utter breakdown at the front desk in regards to anything Primary Care. It's like no one has any idea what is going on. AT ALL. Im not sure why this place would say they offer Primary Care when they are completely incapable of answering phones or returning calls and its been WEEKS. Do not go here for Primary Care. Its a glorified Yoga studio at this point and completely lacks management.

Great office!!! All the staff have been great from Susan as she greats me every day with a smile. Kasey and Rachel have been amazing at teaching me how too properly stretch and build core muscles. In less than 2 months I have gone from not being able to bend over more than 6 inches to being able to touch the floor. They had help from Brandon the chiropractor you will trust instantly has been incredibly focused on helping me reach my goal of proper posture and strength. From my primary care Dr. Randy to all the others involved with my treatment plan each have taken the time to listen and care that it is working and right for me. I have recommended them to several people because it is such a great office.

‘ BACK IN ACTION ’ Is a Team working together turning over positive energy. Helping people heal and get stronger. I hobbled into Back In Action they helped me and explained the steps to rebuild and repair my body. As a team They developed a recovery plan for my injuries. Supportive to my healing. Very helpful from the beginning Receptive, Professional and compassionate. Performed thorough examination, clearly explaining to me the plan of getting better. Professional, kind, Encouraging, friendly, knowledgeable. Positive everyone there has been receptive to answering my questions to strengthen better, help cure injuries They are awesome!

Great staff and Dr. Misty and nurse Lindsey were very nice and helpful with everything. Overall a great experience I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve been in pain for several weeks , nothing an er or dr could do… Back in Action took me in and helped me get on my way. The staff is so welcoming as are the doctors . Wish I would’ve come in a lot sooner.

The entire staff here is amazing. The PT and chiro team have me feeling 100times better than where I started. KC is an amazing therapist, I can’t say enough about her!

Massage therapist Rachel is a gift from god with her magical hands and owl alum Dr Shultz magically aligned my spine to improve my golf game. And big thanks to Solange for all her help. Excellence in health care ! This office has it all , and I utilize most of it !! I started Physical Therapy with some pretty serious issues , unable to stand for any therapy , and I’ve come incredibly far !! Kasey my physical therapist has been there giving support , encouragement, and guidance from day one ! She’s been incredible!! Solange gives the best kind of encouragement as well . Rachel has also been there from day one and provides much needed medical massage , offers support and is another source of encouragement. Dr S provides chiropractic care and has just the right pressure ! Mike Carpino , his nurses Andy and Kristen are all very involved in re assessing my progress as needed !!! I’ve followed Mike from his previous office ! Mikes incredible with everything including hormones ! Suzanne and the front desk staff are welcoming and very helpful !! Dr Pearson is always ready to answer a question when needed . Ive sent friends in , my family in and one of my teacher friends commented that she’s so glad I sent her in because she was seeing progress !! I wholeheartedly recommend Back in Action !
