My husband passed away on September 8th. His wish was to be by his mother and father who are both there in Forest Hills in Palm City Florida. We live in NC and when I reached out to Forest Hills and spoke with Marsha. She checked to see if there was any available spots where his parents are buried. Unfortunately there wasn’t any spaces in that Garden but she did find a space directly across the way in a different garden. Since I live in NC she faced time me to show me where his parents are buried and showed me the space where my husband would be buried. I am so grateful for Ms. Marsha as she went above and beyond to assist me in this most difficult time in my life. My mom died unexpectedly in December, and Forest Hills had taken care of my father's funeral with such grace and dignity 6 years ago, we came back and the experience, although so difficult, was made so much easier by the staff, especially Brian and Marsha Godwin. Brian helped us every step of the way with the arrangements, helping and advising w great care and compassion, dignity & respect. The funeral was a beautiful effort and we were so pleased w the services provided. Marsha helped us tremendously with designing and ensuring my moms plaque for her crypt was executed beautifully and exactly how my mom wished. She kept in constant contact with us, took photos and sent them, was extremely kind and compassionate to us throughout everything. She even ensured my Dad got an emblem for his crypt when I informed her he was an Army Korean War veteran. He now will receive a wreath every Christmas thank to Marsha, and that is huge to us. I highly recommend Forest Hills, the staff, the greeters, the attendants, everyone, and especially Marsha, an extreme asset to Forest Hills, and Brian, who was the consummate professional We thank you both, and everyone at Forest Hills for making a difficult situation alot easier, through kindness, attention to every single detail, and Marsha, to this day is still helping w buttoning up every detail, no matter how small. January 2023 of this year we had to reach out to Forest Hills Funeral home in Palm City because of the passing of one of our loved ones, we had the fortunate experience of having Fern help us with the planning of her services. Fern was wonderful to work with and very understanding as were all the employees that day and day of the actual service. Fast forward to last week we had to reach out again for another loved one and wanted to be sure we had Fern again to plan with, we did. She already knew our family and made the planning as painless as possible. Any questions we had we could contact her no problem and get a very timely response back. Again all the employees did a great job and were very caring about the family's needs and desires. Both times we had an attendee that would have trouble getting to the gravesite, both services the funeral home was right there with a golf cart to help get those family members to the gravesite. I'd like to mention Gregg also, he was there the day of the services and made everyone feel welcome and was easy to talk to. Thank you to everyone at Palm City Forest Hill Funeral home for being there for our recent life events. I would definitely use this funeral home again, just hope it's not anytime soon.

Nora Hall did a wonderful job directing our mothers service. From the planning and financial resolution to the day of the service Nora walked us through the process with ease. She was very knowledgeable and kind, made this very difficult time much easier for us. We thank Nora and Forest Hills for our mothers beautiful service. Everyone in the family was comforted and able to enjoy a celebration of life in the banquet hall. Catering was delicious and provided our family time to gather over mom and rejoice in her life.

The funeral was so beautiful . Nora Hall did an amazing job. She made my mom and my sisters feel so comfortable. She made every moment just perfect for us. Forest Hills Palm City Chapel served my family in burying my grandmother back in 2003. They did a wonderful job back then and this time was even more spectacular. Tony and Bridget were instrumental in ensuring my sister had a beautiful service and burial. They both meticulously walked my family through the process, made sure to answer all my questions, and fulfilled all the family’s requests. Forest Hills Palm City Chapel is the best place to go for all your funeral arrangements; All aspects of their facility, from the chapel to the cemetery, is heavenly. My heart is so full of gratitude and appreciation for the hard work they put in to lay my sister to rest, I couldn’t have asked for a better send-off. Their dedication is unmatched and my family will continue to use Forest Hills for all future funeral arrangements.

I need someone from Forest Hills to explain, please, why there is a huge semi-trailer with a generator running all day, all night, 7 days a week disturbing the serenity and quietness of the memorial and the neighborhood With all due respect

During the most impossible time in my life, losing my 46 year-old son, the staff at Forest Hills Memorial Park did more than anyone could have reasonably expected. Bridget Childers was my consultant and she was an absolute blessing. She offered options I hadn't considered, remained highly sensitive to cost concerns and the site is peaceful, with a soothing view. The grounds are very well kept and maintained. My son is at peace and so am I. Thank you all.

I went to Forest Hills Funeral Homes today, to find out information about my funeral & burial, when that time comes. I had the pleasure of meeting Marsha Godwin, at Forest Hills, in Palm City, Florida. She is so pleasant & kind. She explained everything in fine detail. She is knowledgeable, professional, caring & very compassionate. This subject is not an easy one to discuss & plan for, but I would recommend Marsha to anyone!

My first experience with Forest Hills was when my wife's Aunt's arrangements were handled there. Very professional and dignified in all aspects of the service. Most recently I was doing family research and discovered through Find A Grave that a beloved great aunt had been interred at Forest Hills. Having not been able to find any information on her husband, I used the contact form to ask for additional information. Whereas it was a holiday weekend, I didn't expect to receive a reply until the next week. On the same day, Saturday, July 3rd, 2021 I get a reply from Marsha telling me that had no information on my uncle other than that he had purchased the lot and that it was in the Veteran's section. This led to at least 4 email exchanges with additional questions, all of which were promptly replied to. Finally a phone call on the Monday following the holiday I spoke with Marsha. She was kind enough to actually go out to the lot and take a photo of the grave site. Service above and beyond that shows a great deal of empathy, caring and respect for the loved ones of family. All qualities you certainly want in staff when they are going to be handling one of the most difficult and emotional times of your life, the passing of a loved one. I would 100% recommend Forest Hills Memorial Park and the professional staff, like Marsha.

Losing my dad was overwhelming for us all but Forest Hills in Palm City gave us excellent guidance and care. Brian and Alice among others were very compassionate and attentive. Any question we had, they answered right away. Everything was clearly explained and we were never rushed away. We had so many flowers at the church but Fern from Forest Hills transported them. We did not even have to ask. Thank you for making a very sad time a bit easier.

We love the serenity and quiet of the Memorial park at Forest Hills. Bridget Childers was very good in helping us plan for our pre-planning of our final resting place. She explained ,in a very discrete manner of, what Forest Hills Funeral Home and the Memorial Park services available. She was very thorough and answered all the questions that we had then took us for a tour of the Park. We saw a space that we liked and returned in three days to complete the contracts. Bridget offered for us to call her with any other questions and/or concerns any time we needed more help. We will gladly recommend Forest Hills and Bridget to all our friends and relatives.
