The new palm city location is extremely neat, clean & well kept. Staff is friendly Helpful & knowledgeable and took great care answering all of my questions. However the corporate Advertised prices are very deceptive. They try to make you buy & use an overpriced lock cylinder that only they sell (unless you go online) and then try to make you pay for their insurance policy when you can use your own homeowners policy. For this reason l only gave them 2 stars & would not recommend this company to anyone!!.

Easy drop off. Jack helped me get my trailer all lined up and even helped put the cover on the boat. Good location.

Excellent service, employees were friendly and accommodating. Plenty of options for us to decide what was best for our needs. Additionally, the storage place is clean and air conditioning works quite well.

Amazing!! They made me feel absolutely comfortable once I told them I had a fear of elevators. They even went up with me when I was by myself and both ladies are absolutely amazing. This is the best storage unit I've ever talked with and even use. 100 million percent the best if I can give them a million stars I would!!

Amy was just a sweetheart! She knew exactly what we needed and took care to show us the unit and the entry /exit gate. She is good at her job and anyone can see that she loves her job! Unfortunately when we told our daughters that we rented a storage unit they insisted that we keep our motorcycle in their garage. We would be happy to refer our friends and family to the Cube Smart on Martin Downs Stuart Fl. Especially to Amy.

The staff go out of their way to be sure you have a complete run-down of the contract specifics and a full understanding of the sites amenities before you sign the contract. They are extremely personable and thorough throughout the admin phase of the process, explaining all the details of the site. Great folks!

Sierra is the sweetest human being ever! She helped me and my grandma out so much, and was so gracious and kind the entire time. She really went above and beyond in efforts to help move in my grandmas items. I wish to come across Sierra again in my lifetime, she was the best and kindest employee !

First I received a call from Amy the manager verifying my reservation and letting me know to call if I needed anything. Then, Jack was great when I went in to finish my Storage rental process. He even drove me up to the building and showed me where my unit was on the third floor. Very satisfied with the service at the palm city 1535 SW Martin HWY CubeSmart.

He was friendly, informative, and efficient - quick to help by providing answers to all my questions, and making sure he would be in the office when it was convenient for me to come in and complete my paperwork. I had never used a storage facility before so I had a lot of questions. Yusvel was absolutely wonderful in helping me to feel comfortable with storing my property in here. Furthermore, the units are clean and well taken care of. The air conditioning is kept at a comfortable temperature, unlike some places Ive heard that claim to have A/C, but still keep it warm inside. Im very glad I decided on Cube Smart.
