Ill start saying my therapist was phenomenal. I have been a ME member for over 13 years. I travel the state for business, and it has always been a pleasure to be able to book a massage in whatever city I may find myself in. Imagine my surprise when finishing my awesome session in Palm Coast that I owe an ADDITIONAL $30 fee for not being a member at THIS location?? I have never in 13 years come across this situation....Pompano Beach, Ft Lauderdale, Jacksonville, Gainesville, Ocala, Tampa....I have NEVER come across this situation ever. I am deeply insulted and hope this is an isolated case that I never come across at any other locations. If this is a new company wide policy, well, the last 13 years were nice anyway. That will be the end of that. An extra $30 for being a traveling ME member, That's just greedy. Seeing some people having some pretty bad experiences on the facebook page too.

After having online registration issues, I called, booked, received a 90-minute massage, joined as a member - all yesterday. Considerate, caring staff. I’m new to the area and they were so understanding when I miscalculated weather & traffic, making me late. Anthony gave me one of the best therapeutic massages that I’ve ever had. He is intuitive and a skilled therapist. I’ve been reluctant to join ME chain; but, the staff at Palm Coast location sealed the deal. I’m looking forward to my next service!

Not a good experience here for us. Got my mother a gift card to come here as a birthday present and all they did was use the massage gun on her…I could of just done that myself. This was a rip off for us unfortunately.

Vanessa was wonderful. I was feeling sore from my workout the day before and Vanessa saved the day! Thank you!

Would not recommend if you have any spinal issues. Worked with a nice LMT, but they were relatively green and not knowledgeable about positioning. Even with direction, ended leaving feeling worse.

THANK-YOU Massage Envy for my wonderful experience with Lisette, in Palm Coast. She performed a 90 minute full body massage and was very professional and polite. I felt so comfortable and relaxed, from the moment I walked in, and was greeted by Alexis at the front desk. She was very helpful in getting me set up with the paperwork. The music was soothing and I felt like I was in a place of total calm. I would highly recommend this place for anyone interested in receiving a massage service and I plan to return for another massage and adding a facial. I'm looking forward to my next visit

An excellent service; nice location, friendly personnel and the biggest assets are the body work professionals. In my three sessions I worked with Mr. Abner whose healing touch was intuitive, resourceful and attentive. He listened to me, he communicated through touch with my body's needs and he selected proper techniques. The positive outcome was manifested in eliminating soreness and increasing flexibility. Now I can safely engage in my gym's program. Thank you!

Matthew was great, and made my first massage experience very comfortable and relaxing! I immediately felt a lot of pain relief after he worked on my shoulders and neck. Everyone at this Massage Envy was very friendly and made the whole experience so enjoyable. Definitely will schedule more visits!

On 9/22 had an appt with Vanessa. Had a gift card for a massage that I got from my daughter for Mother’s Day. I don’t spend a lot of time on “self care”, so I was just getting around to using it. IT. WAS. AWESOME! Vanessa came and talked to me briefly for a consult, then got to work. It was amazing. Literally. Next time I go, the head massage will be on my “needs attention” list. It was absolutely lovely, and I highly recommend her!!!

I called in and booked a last min appointment at around 1130 am they said they had a 2pm appointment available and due to unforseen circumstances I wasn't able to make the appointment. I was still charged for the full hour session even though and hour and a half earlier the space was vacant.! I never do things like this for myself and I needed it badly and I cannot afford to go somewhere else now that they took my money I'm pretty disappointed to day the least!

Carly is amazing. I thought I would never be able to find another aesthetician when I moved here a few months ago but when I found Carly I knew I was going to be ok. She listens and doesn’t push. I like her technique and her style.

Angela is amazing. I'm from KC and treated myself while in Palm Coast on a vacation. This studio is top notch, relaxing and everyone is so kind.

Front office staff was pleasant. Massage was awful. Worst ever. Update: After I registered my complaint I was contacted and compensated. Thank you.

Went in for a massage. Was offered a new $75 membership told the lady i wanted to talk to my husband 1st and then i asked would the membership offer still be good later and I was then told that I could sign up today and CANCEL if I changed my mind before 30 days. I called the next day to cancel after speaking to my husband. Was told that I could not cancel. Feels like a bait and switch thing or Fraud in the inducement which is illegal in FL. Waiting for management to call me back. Update Management canceled my membership.

AHHHmazing experience! I go there for facials and massages. Melissa is fantastic. She applies just the right amount of pressure and are very focused on making sure that you are getting the best massage. Teresa gives great facials too! The talent here is off the chart!!!
