I am a first time patient after filling out loads of paperwork and waiting two months for an appointment I show up 15 mins early and 15 mins after my appointment time I am told that I owe a co-pay. I tell them that my insurance covers 100% for annual physicals they tell me that since I am a new patient I have to do a regular visit first. If they had told me that when I made the appointment I would not have made it. So I have to make two visits to get a physical! The office manager was very rude and since I did not agree with them told me that because of my attitude she didn't want me there as a patient anyway. Why do I need to make two visits for a physical? What will they check on this first visit? Just making money off of me and my insurance company. Terrible customer service.

Do not use Ardent Family Care. They ask you to come in multiple times for an annual physical and then charge you in addition to charging your health insurance. I scheduled my annual physical, nothing more. Was told to make a second appointment to come back in to go over my blood work. I spent a cumulative total of 15 minutes with ARNP Robert Perri for both appointments of the physical and now I am being charged for an office visit in addition to my insurance being charged for the annual physical. Furthermore, I was told by the billing manager that “I scheduled the second visit.” Well, billing lady, that was because Mr Perri said to do it in order to go over my physical lab/blood work. I do not need multiple visits for an annual physical and was mislead in thinking it was all related. I will go back to my doctor in Lake Mary and drive the hour to see him. Ardent is horrible.

I called with an urgent message on Tuesday at 1pm regarding my grandfather, a long time patient, who has a history of serious heart problems among other things. He was having right chest pain since the night before and we wanted to know if Dr. Alfonso could fit him in that day or call him in something or if her needed to go to the urgent care or ER. I hadn't heard anything, so by 5pm I called again and the answering service sent out another urgent message for the on-call doctor, Dr. Alfonso. I never heard back from anyone. I called on Thursday morning and spoke with Ray who stated that someone called and left me a voicemail, which was untrue as I never received a missed call or voicemail from their office the enitre time I had been waiting for a call back. I left a message with the office manager Carlo who was extremely rude. Carlo called me back today (a day later) and instead chose to cut me off in the midst of me telling him what had transpired and I advised him that he was being very rude and unprofessional by not letting me finish what I was saying. After him speaking over me and threatening to hang up on me he finally decided to let me finish my sentence. After I finished it sounded like he was not even on the line and I said "hello?" and Carlo stated that he was just letting me finish tell him how to be an office manager, which I was actually telling him what had transpired but he was not listening. At that point I advised Carlo I did not appreciate his sarcasm or him patronizing me after him being so rude and unprofessional. I also advised him I would be filing my complaint with the BBB and AHCA and he proceeded to hang up on me before I could even finish my sentence. My grandparents will not be returning to this practice ever again. This is not the first time we have had an issue with responsiveness with this office, this is just the first time a complaint is being filed about it. I would hope Carlo finds some sort of training on how to deal with complaints and client services in the future as that is definitely a weak point for him. Urgent messages are urgent for a reason and should be handled accordingly and within the same day, not brushed off.

I have been going to Ardent for many years now. I have seen Dr Renee, Mary and Robert Perri on multiple occasions and all have been great along with their staff. I have never had an issue getting a sick appt and I go 4 times a year for check ups due to my health issues. Wait time in the waiting room is average for a drs office nothing horrible and I have always been treated professionally and with care and kindness so much so I had my daughters start to go to to them and they have never had an issue either and all like Mary Reynolds very much. I would recommend them and also say, in life you get what you give

I have been a patient with Ardent Family Care, first with Dr Don and Dr Perri in 2015 and on, and Dr Renato now. Today I needed a Telehealth Appointment for medication for a infection. Dr Renato first called me to diagnose my condition and provide antibiotics. Thank You very Much for your expediance ! 5 STARS

Robert Perri was absolutely the best! I was going for a follow up visits almost 6 months every single month. He was very caring and very professional! The office staff was very friendly and helpful every single time I was there! I am extremely grateful to have wonderful medical care in Palm Coast! Not easy to find to be honest!

I highly recommend Ardent family practice. Mirian Langer and her medical assistant Case are wonderful. They take their time with my mom and are very thorough. Im so happy my mom is under their care.

Ridiculously overpriced. Will prescribe you anything you ask so definitely a drug pushing facility. I was kicked from my contract for getting my medication stolen after living in a horrible neighborhood. I'm contacting my lawyer about this.
