I
called
with
an
urgent
message
on
Tuesday
at
1pm
regarding
my
grandfather,
a
long
time
patient,
who
has
a
history
of
serious
heart
problems
among
other
things.
He
was
having
right
chest
pain
since
the
night
before
and
we
wanted
to
know
if
Dr.
Alfonso
could
fit
him
in
that
day
or
call
him
in
something
or
if
her
needed
to
go
to
the
urgent
care
or
ER.
I
hadn't
heard
anything,
so
by
5pm
I
called
again
and
the
answering
service
sent
out
another
urgent
message
for
the
on-call
doctor,
Dr.
Alfonso.
I
never
heard
back
from
anyone.
I
called
on
Thursday
morning
and
spoke
with
Ray
who
stated
that
someone
called
and
left
me
a
voicemail,
which
was
untrue
as
I
never
received
a
missed
call
or
voicemail
from
their
office
the
enitre
time
I
had
been
waiting
for
a
call
back.
I
left
a
message
with
the
office
manager
Carlo
who
was
extremely
rude.
Carlo
called
me
back
today
(a
day
later)
and
instead
chose
to
cut
me
off
in
the
midst
of
me
telling
him
what
had
transpired
and
I
advised
him
that
he
was
being
very
rude
and
unprofessional
by
not
letting
me
finish
what
I
was
saying.
After
him
speaking
over
me
and
threatening
to
hang
up
on
me
he
finally
decided
to
let
me
finish
my
sentence.
After
I
finished
it
sounded
like
he
was
not
even
on
the
line
and
I
said
"hello?"
and
Carlo
stated
that
he
was
just
letting
me
finish
tell
him
how
to
be
an
office
manager,
which
I
was
actually
telling
him
what
had
transpired
but
he
was
not
listening.
At
that
point
I
advised
Carlo
I
did
not
appreciate
his
sarcasm
or
him
patronizing
me
after
him
being
so
rude
and
unprofessional.
I
also
advised
him
I
would
be
filing
my
complaint
with
the
BBB
and
AHCA
and
he
proceeded
to
hang
up
on
me
before
I
could
even
finish
my
sentence.
My
grandparents
will
not
be
returning
to
this
practice
ever
again.
This
is
not
the
first
time
we
have
had
an
issue
with
responsiveness
with
this
office,
this
is
just
the
first
time
a
complaint
is
being
filed
about
it.
I
would
hope
Carlo
finds
some
sort
of
training
on
how
to
deal
with
complaints
and
client
services
in
the
future
as
that
is
definitely
a
weak
point
for
him.
Urgent
messages
are
urgent
for
a
reason
and
should
be
handled
accordingly
and
within
the
same
day,
not
brushed
off.
