I've been to this IHOP twice, and it has had amazing service, and incredible food. Every time I go I am so hungry, and this IHOP knows just how to hit the spot. I was satisfied, and about to be put into a food coma. The waitresses are so polite and accommodating. The tables are clean, and the music is decent. Absolutely lovely.

The food was yummy and hot. Everything looked fresh and cooked to order. Im very happy with my experience. The waitress wasnt that bad either although i feel she could have been a little better. Will come back.

I was starving for Mexican food at 11am and knew that was too early. So I went to IHOP my favorite Breakfast place North Palm Coast, FL. They were so sweet & accommodating. I was blessed with an awesome and sweetheart of a server, Sam. She went above and beyond taking care of me and my needs. I had the Yummy Fajitas Omelette with a bowl of fresh fruit. Sam went above any other experience I've had with this meal bringing out my meal like a masterpiece!!! I was blown away from the presentation and the deliciousness of the exceptional omelette that morning. The BEST I've had since 2019 from this IHOP to be honest. Compared to other IHOPs and breakfast restaurants we've been to, we think this IHOP on Palm Coast Pkwy is one of the best. The restaurant is usually clean without unpleasant smells. The decor is modern. Seating is comfortable. And the times we've been, the food has been consistently fresh, hot, and quite tasty. Thank you cooks! We eat here at least monthly.

We had the southwest chicken burrito and chicken and waffles. The burrito was pretty flavourless and the chicken and waffles was served with pancakes in place of waffles, when i commented on that the waitress replied by saying she was sure i orderd the pancakes. Which i obviously didnt considering its called "Chicken and Waffles" + i dont like the pancakes so i wouldnt have ordered it. She came back afterwards with the actual waffles.

Amazing beginning of the day with delicious breakfast! Staff was friendly and helpful. One is the best IHOPE I’ve ever been!

Syrup had sugar ants crawling all over the syrup bottled. The waitress didn't care and said they have a problem with ants. Didn't even bother to remove the syrup and bring us a new bottle. They need pest control ASAP

This has been the best Ihop experience that we have had in a few years! It was very clean, and it smelled nice. The windows were clean and not full of handprints. The menus were sparkling and shiny. The service was friendly and amazing. Our breakfasts were perfectly prepared and piping hot, and nothing was wrong with anything that we ordered, the eggs were fresh tasting, the French toast was beautiful and the coffee was delicious. Our waitress name was Shannon. I recommend that she get a raise. She was friendly and courteous, and she was very good with all of the presentation of our breakfast.

This IHOP atmosphere was clean, welcoming and friendly. Cheryl our server was courteous, assisting and fast. The food was excellent, fresh eggs done as requested, fluffy blueberry pancakes and crispy bacon. The hot chocolate was smooth and creamy. Perfect place for a meal 😋

I had an outstanding experience at IHOP in Palm Coast, and I would happily give it a 5-star review. The cleanliness of the establishment really stood out to me, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The food was exceptional; we ordered the steak tips, and they were cooked to perfection, tender and flavorful. The waffles were a highlight as well, light and fluffy, just as they should be. What impressed me even more was the attentive service. The manager made an effort to check in on us multiple times, which added a personal touch to our dining experience. Our server was fantastic; we never had to wait long for our food or anything else we needed. Overall, everything about our visit to IHOP in Palm Coast was excellent, from the cleanliness to the quality of the food and the attentive service. It's definitely a place I would recommend to others.

Everything was really great. Place was super busy but I was seated in less than 3 minutes. Food came after a reasonable wait considering how busy it was...maybe 15 minutes. Pancakes are always awesome, but maybe a little crispy this time. Otherwise perfect.

Wasn't over crowded. The waitress was attentive and aimed to please. Hashbrowns were perfect! My only complaint was my beef tips were slightly sweet as if they got tossed in maple syrup. A little strange. Otherwise, a good dinner

Clean and delicious! Great spot for breakfast. This ihop is top notch for service and food. We learned a tip here... if you want medium eggs, ask for medium well. The cook will get it right if you use the word "well" in there. Thanks for the tip awesome server who I forgot your name! French toast was so good and their new biscuits a must!
