We had booked a one night stay at this hotel and upon arriving there and seeing the outside surrounding area and the teeny, tiny pool decided we were not comfortable with staying at the hotel overnight. For starters directly across from the hotel is a creepy, boarded up old shopping center, if you do a street view photo it shows the shopping center as still be active, but it is now abandoned. The hotel itself is very small and don't even get me started on the false advertising that the hotel's pool photos were. The pool is super small, it could barely fit two people comfortably and it is definitely not large enough to swim laps in. Would not recommend this hotel! We ended up going back to Palm Springs and staying at The Hilton and we were very happy with that choice!

Absolutely loved it!! very cozy and home like atmosphere. I will definitely be coming back here when I come to palm springs which is a few times a year. Clean and cozy very intimate. good place for a weekend getaway with the girls or ur man! Highly recommend it!!

Set up a room for one of my construction workers for my job. Got a confirmation number and when my worker arrived, they said they were booked and didn't have a room for them. I have literally tried calling their number 15 times on three different phones for an hour straight and the hotel did not answer 1 time. Their voicemail is also full. This is super unprofessional. I get it if you are booked but what if a customer staying at the hotel needed to talk to the front desk? What if there was a problem? Or a concern? I'm glad hotels are a dying breed.

This hotel was above and beyond what I expected. The room we had was very clean and had a beautiful kitchen. The hotel is a little in the older side, but the renovations made it feel like new. I will definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The manager was able to reached by text and was very flexible with us during some changing plans at Coachella. He even stayed up to 3 A.M. to make sure we made it in safely!

It was clean, quiet, and the staff was very friendly. I stayed in the King Loft and it had a comfortable bed, solid internet, an Echo Dot bedside, and a Roku-enabled TV. Walking distance to El Paseo shops and restaraunts.

Got there late on Saturday after visiting friends at Omni Resort n Spa. Owner was very friendly, efficient. Nice flight up to the spacious room. Modern chic. Liked the available in-room drinks and snacks for sale. Loved the hot pool in the AMs for aquatic therapy fun. The loungers and table sets were comfy. Balcony was a nice touch--view of car park. A few tips: toilet is so low even my knees felt the challenge--plz change to a taller toilet fit for 5'3' and up. Fix the iron fence around the pool--liability issue. Where were the pool towels? We dripped dry. :)

Stayed in early May, AC unit is underpowered for 90F days and room won't get cooler than 72F until morning. Hot tub wasn't hot. Our room had to go upstairs and the hallway stairs window let sun in room with no way to shade it, so u are up at 6am due to sun in the room. Room is quite and neat.

This place is awesome! The bungalow we stayed in was cool, with stairs that lead up to a super comfy king size bed, the shower was great and had an adjustable head, and there were snacks and drinks ready for us to eat :) will definitely stay here again!

Been staying here just under 2 months and I honestly feel it's the BEST HOTEL IN THE DESERT IF U WANT MORE QUALITY FOR YOUR BUCK RATHER THEN QUANTITY I would definitely recommend this spot to people

I did a lot of work for the owner. She ended up burning me, my girlfriend the contractor and the pool guy totaling roughly $50000!! She's bad business and will burn you any chance she gets, she acts like she doesn't understand won't sign a contract turns out it's her get down.

A wonderful weekend getaway to get lost with a lover. Small, yet roomy apartment style alcove, with comfy pillows and a mattress. Nice front room with refrigerator and large sofa! Also have to mention, very clean room, deep pool and an incredible hot tub! Love the great customer service we received. Great location, restaurants and stores very close by. Enjoy your stay, you won't regret!

Such friendly service.. my partner and I arrived much later then expected and were still greeted warmly and given such a spacious room for ourselves and our dog to stay in. Really impressed with kitchen amenities and the bed was so comfortable. Pool and hot tub is 24 hours so we took advantage of that throughout the night - just being mindful to keep noise down as it is a boutique style establishment. Loved staying here and wish it wasn't for only one night..

This is a nice little place hidden away in a quiet and safe area that is just a few steps away from great shopping and food. There are a few little upgrades to be desired but overall, it is a great place to stay. The staff is wonderful, pool and surrounding area is clean, very private from the street, comfortable bed, and a clean spacious room... and the price is good.
