Awesome store with a great selection of standard items as well as in-store made baked goods and ready to eat food.

We've shopped at this store for many years. Probably 20+ We've watched it slowly (deteriorating). It's really disappointing seeing all of the bulk bind in the middle of what use to be nice open spacious areas and now you have to navigate through all of the obstructions. Same with exit area items. Why would you place items past the checkstands. More and more we're liking this store less and less and find ourselves gravitating to stores that configured this way. On a positive note, we've always found employees to be very friendly but that's no longer a reason to maintain any loyalty.

The checkers at this place never fail to give me the bare minimum. No eye contact. Nothing. And what's more frustrating is that they're plenty nice to the people before me. I don't know what it is about me that makes them not want to treat me the same way.

This store is CRAMPED, it’s hard to walk anywhere. The checkout lines get very long and it just clogs the walkway. People standing in everybody’s way. It’s hard to shop when people are in your way and you have to pay attention to actively avoiding being in peoples way. Probably one of the most stressful grocery stores in the valley.

Purchased catering from the deli. Everything was hot and fresh. Platters were beautiful. I fed a crew of 15 from their wide selection for almost a week. Great little grocery, helpful and friendly staff.

Well organized and clean store. All prices were competitive. Updated my Ralph's Club membership. Must admit the key chain tag was a little frayed. Showing the barcode on the app is faster. Only minus- the bakery cookies. Sorry. Not up to the ones at the big "C".

The place is clean and organized for the most part. Their hours are really flexible as they are open until 1 am. Limited staff for checkouts at night, there was only one register open. It is easy to find what you need through the aisles. Their location is also central in Palm Springs

This is a well-stocked store. Clean, organized and the staff is very courteous and helpful. It's never crowded. The produce is beyond fresh with a great variety of fruits and veggies, organic/regular. Noteworthy: Hugo. Helped me out with my groceries. Charming with a great smile

The chicken salad at the deli is tasty. And, there is always some activity in the parking lot to help boost your spirits. Last time I went there was a couple of girl scouts asking for donations for cookies. The time before that there was an talented musician playing a Roy Orbison. Also, the view (as you can see) is to die for.

We discovered Ralph’s on Country Club and Cook in Palm Desert and quickly made it our go-to grocery store. The service is outstanding. In particular I want to make note of the cashier whose name is Loleen. My wife and I specifically look for her as she is always pleasant, polite and professional. However her patience stands out. I’m not sure how she manages with some of the clueless and less than pleasant folks she has to deal with, but she remains positive and cheerful throughout it all. If she is the face of Ralph’s, this grocery store is in great hands.

This review is for the bakery. I wanted something simple and I remembered the cakes being good here some time ago. Well...not sure what happened but it was the most awful tasting cake I have ever tried. The cupcakes were also not good, not as bad as the cake but definitely not good and looked nothing like the picture. Never again. $60 worth of cake tossed in the trash.

Great selection of food and wine. Also a good deli. Staff are very pleasant, customers not so much. The layout of the store makes it hard to get around people in some places. Not enough staff at the cash registers.

I really don’t ever review Ralphs, I mean what kind of person are you? Superior, Food4less, Ralphs, Vons, Albertsons, Whole foods, Sprouts – get my drift? Anyways, I’ve always been a big fan of Ralphs. This is usually my go to when I am in the area. I had wings at another location Sun Valley, Ca and they were amazing. I thought I would give them a try, they looked so dry and I was a bit hesitant but decided to go with it. I got 6pc wings with wedges, that was the worse Idea of the day. The potatoes were undercooked, I probably should have stopped eating them but nope. Don’t want it to be TMI but I was in the restroom for a good 30mins. Do yourself a favor and omit the wedges and wings

Ralphs is my go-to grocery store for all my weekly shopping needs. Their selection is impressive, with a wide variety of fresh produce, meat, and seafood. They also have a great selection of prepared foods, perfect for busy weeknights. The prices are reasonable and there are always plenty of deals and discounts available. But what really sets Ralphs apart is the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who are always willing to go the extra mile to help me find what I need. Overall, I highly recommend Ralphs for anyone looking for a great grocery shopping experience.

Classic Ralph’s. Hard to tell it’s open from the outside … but it is! Everything you want, even sushi at 10pm. Good stuff.

Opens at 5 has Starbucks and great 6$ sandwich with 99cent chips all u need for your daily needs.

Everything is good grocery store. It has a lot of sales.

Good prices. This store is your place if you are looking for deals. The overuse of standing point of sale displays everywhere makes the store a pain to navigate. The layout would be great if it were not so cluttered and unnecessarily cramped.
