How can I even begin to explain the absolute train wreck of an experience my family and I had here tonight??? To say that I am upset is an understatement. My family came here and we were blatantly ignored and disregarded despite being PAYING customers. Could it be because we were the only Hispanic family in the restaurant with kids? I’d like to think not because it’s 2023 but let’s be honest, I am almost 100% certain that was the case. We arrived and asked for a table for three plus a high chair.. after about 20 minutes we were seated and I once again asked the hostess for a high chair. She looked at us and walked away, no sign of a high chair. The server came, we again asked for a high chair. Still no chair. Asked the server a second time about 20 minutes later when we finally got water and she stated she didn’t think they had high chairs, I informed her that the high chairs were behind the hostess. Still no high chair. Finally after another few minutes I walked over and grabbed my own high chair for my daughter after about 30 minutes total waiting for a high chair. We ordered drinks, they took well over 20 minutes to come out. No bread was brought to us nor was any silverware or napkins. We asked a bus girl for silverware and napkins twice, she did not being any over. After an hour and 15 minutes our food came out, all we ordered was ONE pizza and a salad…. still no silverware or napkins despite repeatedly asking for it. Starting to use baby wipes from my diaper bag at this point. We finally asked a large man who I found out is the OWNERS SON, for silverware. He stated he would bring it. Later on he came by again and we asked him once again for the silverware. He stated he thinks he has some in the back and will bring it out. Ten minutes go by and still no silverware. Yet he was attentive to every other table of white women and men. Bringing things quickly to everyone else. Over 45 minutes without seeing our server. I finally got up and requested a manager, I was directed to a woman with glasses and black ponytail. I voiced my concerns and she did nothing at all. She listened and walked away. Eventually the server brought silverware, after us being seated for an hour and half. And they finally brought some bread. I had to get up and request that they come and refill our water because it sat empty for 30 minutes while everyone else was getting refills. I’m only giving one star because it won’t let me give zero. HORRENDOUS is an understatement. At the end of the meal we got our tab and still paid the full price of our meal despite the horrible experience. Steer clear of this place if you have children and if you aren’t white. Steer clear if you aren’t well dressed. They won’t serve you nor will they attend you the same way as the other tables. Absolutely horrendous. The absolute cherry on top of the night was the fact that the very own owners son was inattentive and didn’t even come to our table after the complaints at all. Absolutely ridiculous.

I had a good experience at Bucatini and the food was great—fried calamari, eggplant, Regina Margherita, and Bianca Neve. The owner/manager was very friendly and staff attentive.

Roach alert!! I wanted to continue to love this place, but after my experience this week, I am unable to return. I placed a salad and drink order and went to the restroom. There was a roach in the bathroom. Couldn't believe my eyes. I brought this to the attention of two servers. One of the servers proceeded to tell me that the roaches are outside and they come inside, but they don't have roaches inside. This is not a typo. I was baffled because the roach was inside. I'm hoping this brings attention to management as I was unable to speak to a manager on-site.

Spaghetti sauce is weak. Meatballs don't taste like genuine meat. Prices are outrageous for the quality and quantity of menu items. Will not return. Spent $98 for 2 guests. Never again.

We had been meaning to try this place for years. Moved out of state now back visiting and gave it a whirl. So sad we waited so long to try. Beautifully prepared and tasty food.

Really awesome place. Food was excellent. Lots of room. We were a large group of 11 diners and they were accommodated is in a special private area in the back. Which worked out great because we could be our noisy self. Hostess was amazing. Definite recommend.

The staff is great. Fast, efficient and friendly. The food is top shelf. I can say I am addicted to the pesto chicken linguine . Even the bread is delicious: freshly toasted slices, dipping into balsamic vinegar and oil. Careful...the servings are huge and it is easy to fill up on the bread alone. I strongly recommend this dinner-only spot.

The first time we picked up a meal at Bucatini the Chicken was on the dry side. Although my Friend tried to discourage me go here since he was not impressed, I chose to try this one more time and just wish I had listened to him as the same meal was worse than the last. The ambiance here is nice and that’s it.

Best food I've had in a while! Passing by on the way to Phoenix, the portions were great, bursting with flavor, reasonable prices. Staff super friendly! Will be stopping there again.

Service is missing. As in MIA. I actually had to go to the bar from my booth to ask if our server was coming back. I'm thinking 24 minutes between dropping drinks off and coming back to take our order is a bit much. Since it took 20 to get them. I would completely understand if the restaurant was packed, being a bartender myself, but there was only ONE other table and they were paying their tab. Anyway, 45 minutes later... sorry, food is worth a 45 minute wait in an empty restaurant. It wasn't horrible, just not worth the wait. I'm a local, I wouldn't go back and I'll telling everyone I see about the service here.

For some reason I always feel like the lady running the car doesn't want to be at work, perhaps it's just me. Food pretty good, they make it in front of you if you sit at the bar. Newer location and I believe this is their 3rd location.

I recently visited this restaurant and I have to say, it was one of the worst dining experiences of my life. The service was absolutely atrocious - the wait staff seemed completely disinterested and took forever to even acknowledge our presence. They were rude and inattentive, and it felt like we were an inconvenience to them. As for the food, it was downright awful. The dishes were bland, overcooked, and lacked any semblance of creativity or flavor. It was evident that no care went into the preparation, and it felt like I was eating something that had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours. This was truly the worst dining experience I've ever had, and I would give 0 stars

Absolutely delicious Italian food. My wife and I found this place while in town for a concert and gave it a try. It was a stifling 116 degrees and as we poured our way through the door looking for relief from the heat. The place is tucked away in a corner of nice little shopping center. The staff is friendly and the place is cleananf kempt (minus a fidgety front door 😆) with an Italian/sports bar feel. It presents itself as an Italian place without all the stuffiness one might expect from a "high-end" place. The menu was pretty big with what seemed like a lot of authentic Italian dishes. I settled for the homemade beef short rib ravioli and my wife got the tried and true chicken parmesan while starting with some garlic flatbread. I'll be honest, I was concerned because sometimes when local restaurants claim everything is homemade, it can be difficult to live up to that promise, especially when the place isn't super busy, which this place wasnt, on a Friday night at 5 pm. The flatbread came out and within just a few minutes it was gone. Remarkably flaky dough, thin and crispy but soft with just the right touch of garlic and butter. It was absolutely delicious and it makes me regret not getting a pizza if that's similar to how the crust is. My ravioli was fresh, had amazing flavor and perfectly cooked vegetables. My wife's chicken parmesan was exactly the same. The food was so good! Great flavors with an obvious nod to being homemade and authentic as they didn't taste as one-dimensional like typical american-italian places we are used to. We aren't in this area often, but will for sure go back just to deep dive into that menu. If your in the area, you need to give this place a go, the food is fantastic!

I could hear Sinatra playing in the background and everyone was in pleasant conversation creating a lively but reserved atmosphere. Televisions playing local sports for those wanting to watch. And the sun setting in the huge bay window gave a nice desert spaghetti Western feel with a twist of lime to keep it refreshing. Like others reviews I'm reading, I have been meaning to try this spot. Tonight I finally did and it was exquisite. The owner tended bar where I sat and he suggested an authentic Italian beverage called an Aperol Spritzer. Nice and refreshing citrus liqueur. Great for this summer heat. I was only wanting to have a drink and maybe an appetizer but the aroma of Italian cuisine is so appetizing that I couldn't resist and opted for gnocchi al pesto which isn't even on the menu but Enzo made it happen. I felt like family on my very first visit. Just like Italians like to do. Very authentic atmosphere, food, and culture. I would recommend for either a little romantic dinner for two or even if you had a party, they seem to accommodate for those in a separate room. Casual dress but this is the kind of place that you could wear a shirt and tie and you would still fit in.

In all fairness, I like to give a restaurant a few tries before writing a negative review. I went to Bucatini for the third time last night, and it will be my last. The atmosphere and service have been good, but the food is mediocre at best. The toasted bread they bring to the table is the best thing I have eaten there. I've tried the lasagna, and it was mushy and the sauce tasted strangely sweet. Just not very delicious. I tried the chicken fettuccini one time, and it was flat in the flavor department and not very delicious at all. Last night I gave the chicken parmigiana a try with very mixed results. The flavor was awesome, but the chicken was really difficult to cut as it was very stringy, very overcooked and dry. Seemed like it was old and reheated, not fresh. What a bummer. I am just not willing to drop any more money on food here after giving them a few chances.

Additionally, the service was excellent and timely. A special thank you to the person who brought out the meal and the runner who made sure our water cups were always full. The cuisine was excellent, especially the veil ravioli, which was quite tasty.

Food was really bad. My polo parmigiana was really rough….I suppose the meat was cheap or not cooked well. The Fettuccine Pollo Limone was very dry with little flavor. Very little chicken inside this dish. The Garlic Flatbread had no flavor and was literally just bread and fry. I feel like I totally wasted $60 tonight. My instant reaction was they are a little overpriced but thought it might be good and worth it. It was horrible. Don’t waste your money.

We stopped here to eat prior to a concert at the Acrisure. They clearly were not prepared for the influx. We got there in plenty of time. We ordered right away but people who arrived 20-30 minutes after we did were getting their food. There appeared to be plenty of staff but they were running around very hastily. I requested water but waited for it a long time. Bread was being served to people all around us. We felt like maybe we were invisible. The ambiance is nice with a full bar. I had the chicken parm and my daughter had the lasagna. Both were very tasty. I would recommend this place for going on a less busy night. Perhaps they will be more organized.

Our family loves eating at Bucatini. The food is always fresh and wonderfully prepared and flavored. Gabby is a great server and the staff are all very accommodating and helpful if you want more of the delicious bread with olive oil 🤤

First time here and we loved the atmosphere, friendliness of the staff and most definitely the FOOD. Everything was great but the bread 🍞 it was just too cheap tasting to compliment the delicious food they cook here. Sam's club sales good hoagie bread that would go perfect with the meals.

The atmosphere was so romantic with the low lit dining area, candles.... beautiful. The service was great as well, very prompt. Shout out to the runner who never let our water glasses get low and to the person who brought out the food, he was very attentive. The food was GREAT, the veil ravioli in particular, so good.

This is my go to casual Italian place. I love their salads but in the evening I always have the Cacciuco de mare, fish soup.

We had a delicious dinner here while we were in Palm Desert. We didn't have a resi so there was a short wait. It was certainly worth it! Food was terrific, service was attentive & friendly.

Great food. Ordered Chicken Marsala. Good portion, comes with penne pasta. Side salad pricey and is not served before the entree, so need to tell the waiter.

Loved the food it was good! The bread was so delicious and so was my food! Staff there was incredible. I only gave it 4 stars because I had to wait along time to be seated and it took along time for my food to come out...
