What a fabulous holiday! The staff at Anantara The Palm could not have been more hospitable! A wonderful choice of hotel and one we would highly recommend! Our room was just beautiful and the view fantastic! Choice of restaurants was great and the food absolutely delicious! The Lagoon pool was incredible and always kept spotlessly clean…as was the beach area. We would love to return! Thank you !

This has to be one of the best holidays I have ever been to. The hotel room was huge and amazing. The bed was super comfortable. The food was delicious. The lagoon was very beautiful. The pool was very big and the were lots of activities for children. The bar by the pool made the nicest drinks as well. I would 100%come here again, and would recommend it to anyone.

This is a beautifully designed resort with everything you need for a relaxing break. Situated at the end of the east crescent of the palm makes it difficult to get to, but once there you have little reason to leave. The lagoons are available 24/7 for morning and night swimming, and being able to walk in from your room is a delight. The beaches are beautiful and the beach club is busy, meaning there is something for most members of the family. I'd recommend booking the steakhouse in advance. I would also recommend getting two nights and asking for early and late check-in as you'll love every minute.

This is an amazing hotel with amazing customer service! Lovely restaurant and cafes to eat. Massive variety of food, from breakfast to dinner. The pools are nice, but the private beach is absolutely stunning. Hotel rooms are fantastic! Staff/housekeeping/valet always there to help you in anyway possible! Had a few hours at the spa and massage! 10/10! What a lovely break and a stress free holiday!

The room was so nice, it was a lagoon room, and the hotel was clean. The interior is a bit outdated, but it's understandable, it's on the lagoon and they cannot do much with the amount of water coming into the room. But in general it was a nice fun stay. The staff was good, not bad, nice to the kids, and all in all it was a nice weekend. But a bit pricey, if you gonna take a lagoon room (which is why we went there).

An amazing family resort, beautiful place, friendly staff and lovely rooms. Exceptionally accommodating for a family traveling with kids. They have a kids club and a kids corner even in the restaurant area. You can leave your kids to have fun face painting and more while you relax at the pool or spa. We dinned in Cresendo at this resort and the food selection is wide and fantastic. We also enjoyed having our food in peace 😂 while our boys, 4 & 6 , played in the kids corner in the restaurant. There was an attendee in the kids corner to play with the kids and our table was right outside overlooking the door entrance to the kids corner 🥰

We’re frequent travellers and stay in luxury resorts several times a year, but we always come back here, even if only for a few nights, as it’s a cut above. The facilities are brilliant, pool never too busy, but busy enough to have atmosphere, lots of food choices, great beach and activities, luxurious accommodation and a great spa. Service is always spot on - nothing is ever a problem to the staff. Mukhtar’s service at the pool bar was perfect.

We are currently spending 12 days at this amazing resort. Peace & tranquility coupled with luxury and family fun. The staff are SO friendly and cant do enough for you. A big shout out to Sidney who was very kind letting our daughter sit on his boat in the lagoon whilst serving us coconuts. He always has a smile on his face just like all of the staff. We still have 7 days left and I can already say we would definitely return. The food is of excellent standard in all restaurants. The housekeeping and grounds staff work so hard to keep the hotel look its best. I will leave a big trip advisor review once we are home.

Had a lovely couple of days here in a deluxe lagoon room. The main pool is incredibly crowded, but the lagoons and beach were great. Food was good in the three restaurants we tried. Brunch was excellent with a wide variety of food. The resort is very lush, feeling very different from the city break provided by Dubai.

Right from the beginning, this hotel impresses with its spectacular appearance, and the awesome customer service only reinforces that feeling. The check-in process was smooth, with the staff providing detailed information and covering all aspects. Although I booked the basic room, it lived up to its name and felt rather ordinary, especially with the underwhelming view. However, the room did come with a welcoming addition - a balcony that extended the space and added to the comfort. The room was well-maintained and comfortable. The true charm of this establishment lies outside, where both the beach and pool areas offer ample comfort and enjoyment. Furthermore, the breakfast offerings were exceptional, providing a delightful start to the day. Overall, this is a well-managed location that offers a great experience.

This is the most exceptional incredible resort we have ever stayed at... the service is excellent ..the beach and outdoor is superb... this place is alive and fantastic.. my daughters loved the welcome kits for the kids also the kids club is amazing where you can let the kids enjoy with a lot of entertainments for kids. Beautiful place , has 3 restaurants. Hospitable staff !! The beach house is on the beach.. very beautiful ..you can enjoy you meal on the beach with a beautiful sea view. The Beach House ambience is amazing and beautifully done up. Cosy and warm vibes .. A welcoming atmosphere , hospitable staff and great food. Great place for family and friends!!!

The resort is super beautiful , pleasant , you name it. But for the price that we pay which is expensive at the pool bar , we thought the dining should be improved. It doesn’t match the hotel.The wine glasses served are made of plastic, very old and very scratched, the burger was quality just as edible, because the people need to eat anyway and would be nice if you send someone with a bottle of wine who knows how to open it.

It’s just wonderful - amazing food, views, chilled atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble! Roshan and Jaime checked us in and checked us out - very friendly and helpful. They got us rooms early when we arrived from our flight.

We stayed at the hotel for a week mid Jan for the first time and we could not fault the hotel, service or location. We upgraded to the lagoon access room which did not disappoint! We had half board which was perfect, food review: Buffet breakfast/lunch - huge choice, freshly made. Revo breakfast- our favourite and lovely staff. Mekong dinner - the best restaurant on site. Unreal food, huge portions. Manager Jessie has got it spot on! Looking forward to returning here ASAP 🫶

Dismissive management here! Which is not what you expect from the five star Dubai experience. Currently staying at this hotel and I’m really disappointed. While the staff are friendly, the hotel itself needs a big refresh. The rooms are spacious but definitely dated and worn, lacking the modern amenities and luxurious experience I've come to expect from 5-star hotels in Dubai. We’ve been to Dubai many times but first time here, With this one always on our list. The decor and furnishings are tired. Loose tiles at the pool etc We’ve had issues with an ammonia smell from our room and flickering spot light which woke up my kids in the night and scared them. We were offered to move initially but for a cost which we was not prepared to pay when the overall cost compared to other places feels not worth it anyway. It's clear that the property could benefit from some renovations to bring it up to the standards of other 5-star establishments in the area, which we were told was happening slowly. My communication with management has not been what you expect. It’s been hard work and dismissing. Not accommodating my families needs. We’ve used the first three days of our holiday raising our concerns and waiting for a resolution but did not get one. The overall ambiance of the hotel leaves us feeling very underwhelmed and sad to be here. Anyone can make their Instagram the highlight reel of an experience but in real life doesn’t meet the expectations. In summary, this hotel has the potential to be a 5-star in Dubai with investment but we won’t be coming back.

We stayed here for 5 nights and were blown away by the beautiful setting. The facilities were clean and well maintained throughout our stay, and the staff were all very polite and attentive. Although the "over-water" lodges are a unique feature in Dubai, we found that the artificial lagoons were the absolute highlight of this resort with beautiful warm water, heated to a wonderful temperature by the sun but still refreshing in the midday heat.

This is a great hotel. Service is great. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Room we had was a little noisy and we didn't realise there were high rise buildings. In terms of location, it's great for the beach and pool. However, it's not close to main city. Always need a taxi and and although cheap enough, traffic is heavy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

Beautiful resort, we stayed in one of the lagoon rooms and had the best time. Staff were great and the chefs took extra care when I ordered my meals due to food sensitivities. The only negative- when we came to pay our bill there were items on there we hadn’t ordered from the pool bar but this was quickly sorted. We can’t wait to go back next year!

Our Lee Family holiday has been five star all the way here! Upon arrival the staff were so friendly and made the check in service super easy and even placed our rooms above eachother so my family and parents were close. All the staff from restaurant staff, to staff at the main desk, car staff and room staff are all so friendly and helpful. A particular 5 staff review to the amazing house keeper we have for our room his so friendly and trustworthy. The staff who rode the buggies are amazing too and nothing is too much. We have stayed at a few places here in Dubai and by far this has been the best. The logon room with access to the pool is amazing and you can’t get this anywhere else! The service at the hotel is excellent. All of the staff are brilliant and work so hard. Sarani at breakfast was really attentive and so lovely. We had dinner most nights at Crescendo and the service was once again fantastic. Jennet, Klaus and Mary were super friendly and were always available, so we were never left waiting. We also dinned at Bushman’s twice, including on my birthday, and the food was a real highlight. Ade looked after us both nights and was so welcoming and attentive, offering recommendations off the menu, and giving us a fantastic experience. We look forward to returning again next year.

We've had the best time at this hotel, it's honestly exceeded all expectations. Never too busy or over crowded yet clearly there are a lot of guests here so it's got atmosphere without it feeling overwhelming. The staff are the best I've ever experienced and we travel a lot. Everyone is so professional and friendly, I wish I could thank them all by name, I may edit this post to include them once I get them. But Sai, Anson and more thank you so much for a great stay! We'll 100% be back.

Had an amazing afternoon tea baby shower celebration. Staff were so helpful and attentive. I have been to Lotus lounge afternoon tea many times as it’s one of my favorites. The best thing about them is their hospitality and staff attitude. Thank you so much Rhea, Lawrence and Bea.

A really lovely resort. The rooms are fantastic, especially if you stay in a lagoon room. Food in the main restaurant is excellent and you will be spoilt for choice. One drawback is having a drink in the evening, very hard to get a table in the bar on the beach which is predominantly set up for food.

I came with a friend and kids in anticipation to have beautiful weekend. Place is pretty itself, staff is friendly (even tho we had to wait longer than expected for the service).. However, the biggest disappointment was the pool which was very hot and it felt like we were in boiling pond. During summer time in other hotels, even not as luxurious as Anantara, pool water would be regulated and refreshing. Shame for such a beautiful place.

Went there for our Honeymoon. The staff is incredibly friendly, kind and helpful. They answer your needs and desire as much as they can exactly like you want. The resort is unbelievable. It is located in a beautiful place. Everything is clean. It is a dreamy place. Highly recommanded.

Beach house pavani service excellent, food was amazing, thanks for everything.amazing hotel, had a lagoon view room which was more than adequate, the guy who cleaned the room for us could not have been more helpful, the hotel food in all of the restaurants was excellent! Beach was beautiful as was the pool area. We will definitely come again. Sad to go home.

Massage was amazing and very professional with therapist from Bali, I was so impressed and 100% relaxed. But I was surprised in SPA was not clean especially in shower. Aroma room actually not aroma… SPA zone I don’t recommend, not the best. But you should try massage it’s awesome!

Fantastic hotel and resort. We stayed half board- well worth it. Breakfast in choice of places and lunch/dinner can be taken in multiple restaurants. The palm is stunning, great views of the burj out the front and the palm / Dubai city on the beach. Staff extremely attentive and helpful, nothing is too much trouble for them. Will definitely be returning.

My favourite place to Privilee. Love the tropical feel, and acres of space to find a private place to sunbath. Also enjoy a long swim in the lagoons. Go on weekdays for the best (most relaxing) experience.

This hotel and villa complex is a hidden gem of Dubai. It's very peaceful there, not overcrowded at all, and you have a private beach area with a nice waterfront. You can also enjoy a decent sized lagoon that is heated in winter and opened for 24 hours. Paid breakfast has a good selection of options. Staff is very nice and accommodating. Spa services are wonderful and relaxing. I had a fantastic massage, an aurvedic treatment, as well as a facial with Robita. She was great 👍

Overall we had a great stay the rooms are spacious the customer service agents are super polite and friendly. The resort food definitely left much to be desired, and because of the distance of the room to the dining locations and it would be nice if they had some golf carts that were more readily available to chauffeur you to these locations since their little bit of a far walk. Other than that great stay, thank you Anantara

Amazing! From the swift check in and check out, excellent house keeping, free ice lollies and fruit by the pool by the lovely Suresh, happy hour 3pm-5pm, service during breakfast and dinner, Sam and Win taking us to and from our room... everything was perfect. I got a lovely birthday cake in my room even though it was a week ago and I didn't even me tion my birthday... a beautiful touch by the hotel. Having breakfast until 11am was an absolute bonus and nice to have a lie in while on holiday. A perfect resort especially if you want the Thailand/Maldives feel in Dubai. The lagoons looked amazing and you can swim 24/7, we had a lovely swim at 11pm, the lights make it magical. I would definitely recommend!

Top Notch Service! We managed to get a tremendous deal for a Lagoon Access Room with half board. The room with the direct access to the lagoon was just beautiful!! The service from the staffs are extremely welcoming and couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend!! We will definitely be back!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Anantara, we stayed for a week in October 2022 as a group of 4. The resort is gorgeous, really well looked after and perfect for a relaxing holiday. We loved the lagoon pools, perfect to find a quiet spot away from the main pool. The beach was gorgeous and not too busy. Our rooms were spacious and comfortable. We stayed in the hotel, we had a lovely balcony overlooking the resort. A minor point but the soundproofing to the corridors could be better, perhaps we were unlucky but we did get disturbed a couple of times during the night across the week. The rooms are a little dated but they were clean and comfortable so we were happy. The choice of food and all restaurants were fantastic. Thank you for taking care of food allergies so well, this really does make a difference and makes eating out so much easier when abroad. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed at for dealing with allergies and this was a great surprise as I have come to expect little to no care. We were asked when making meal reservations if we had any allergies and this was before I could even mention a nut allergy. At every meal, when we were greeted on arrival, the allergy was mentioned and then again by our server at the table. The servers have clearly been well trained, helped with food choices and they said they would let the chef know for cross contamination reasons, really fantastic service. Even with the additional food (bread to start at Beach House/prawn crackers at Mekong), the servers took the time to let me know about allergens, without having to ask. All menus had full allergen information listed for each meal and the buffet items had allergens listed on a card by the item. 100% recommend for anyone with allergies or dietary requirements.

Love this place, brilliantly positioned so you are in the hustle and bustle of Downtown within 20 mins but far enough away for utter peace and quiet also. The family deluxe swim up rooms are exceptional….huge in fact!the downstairs area for the children is amazing and even has a PS5 for them to use and play. Cracking access to the lagoons too. The food is exceptional and of high quality and the staff are also fantastically tentative to every need! Highly recommended.

Incredible stay at this premier resort. Having stayed at various properties around the palm, the exceptional levels of service and lagoon really set this location apart! We indulged in the half board offer which was excellent value and highly recommended. A thoroughly wonderful stay and we are looking forward to returning soon!

Superb service. Really friendly workers. This hotel goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and relaxing. They’ve an amazing Asian restaurant called Mekong which do the best green Thai curry. Such a nice change from the half board buffets we’re used to. Instead they give a choice of about 3 restaurants and their evening buffet. Would definitely be returning again.

Every thing in this hotel is superb. The staff are all lovely and humble. I was so happy to meet my Ugandan brothers working so hard. It’s a place I would recommend to everyone. House keeping is done three times a day…

It was our first time in Anantara and we enjoyed a lot. It was perfect for family holiday. My kids enjoyed swimming. We love the room it was clean and amazing. The pool is only in our balcony and it was open 24/7 so you could swim wherever you want. The service is amazing, each staff was very respectful and great you with smile. The Breakfast is excellent, lots of varieties, also there is a room for kids to play Anantara is so wide, you can walk to check the place, there's lots of views from beach to pools etc. We love to come here again and spend our holidays. Thank you for all the staff!!!!

On the positive side, the hotel's location was fantastic. It was conveniently situated near popular attractions and had stunning views of the city. The staff were friendly and accommodating from the moment I checked in, and the room itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring. However, my disappointment arose when it came to the amenities promised by the hotel. The website and promotional materials had touted a range of luxurious facilities that I was looking forward to enjoying during my stay. Unfortunately, the reality did not quite live up to the expectations. The gym, for instance, was much smaller than anticipated Despite these disappointments, I appreciate the efforts of the staff to address my concerns. They were apologetic about the inconveniences I faced and offered assistance wherever possible. I also want to reiterate that the overall stay was comfortable and the room itself was up to par.

Want to feel like you’re in Thailand without leaving Dubai? This is the resort for you. Three tranquil lagoons and a lively pool. A variety of restaurants and a great service. I highly recommend the lagoon access rooms that allow you to step into the water from your room.

I just love this place!. The atmosphere is incredible, My guest relations coordinator was Minyar and I can guarantee she’s fabulous!!! everything is always impeccable with her. Great time in a luxurious resort! 3 large & chilled pools, nice beach. Very relaxed atmosphere, especially at the beach or in the 2 side pools. Rooms could use some renovation, but we will be back. Some makeover work is going on during the day (10-17:00) but not bothering. Service great & caring, food exceptionally, especially in the Bushman’s (and for Asian food in the Mekong)! You will not believe it’s included in half board. Location on the end of the palm is a bit far from everything but it’s also calm & taxi rides are cheap.

Always a relaxed time at Anantara. The serene atmosphere, the closeness to nature, such a peaceful place for a retreat. We had a great time out there 💕💕💕. And the food at Crescendo was good especially the desserts and most especially the gluten-free ones 😍😍😍.

Although they have 4 restaurants, the food is not great. The fact you have to pay for water everywhere outside your room is not good. Felt like everywhere yiu turn, you have to put your hand in your pocket. Didn't feel like half board.

We deeply enjoyed our one night stay. We felt like we were in Thailand not Dubai. One of a kind luxurious experience. The room was overseeing the lagoon. The room was nice spacious and clean, lagoon was fun to swim in and the pool was nice and clean. The food was really good to. Will definitely be going back

Lovely hotel, food is always really tasty at all locations and all times of day. Staff are really helpful. Location is perfect for a quiet beach holiday and is only a short taxi or metro ride to all the main dubai attractions. Only negative is bottled water is charged the à la cart restaurants at quite an expensive rate, but it is provided free in the room

The service from the staff is exceptional. Sarani and Krishna took great care of us at the Crescendo and made sure we were looked after. They were fantastic! The rooms are exceptional and would recommend the lagoon access room (it is amazing!). You will not find a better hotel that offers everything in one place.

First breakfast at the crescendo restaurant. So much choice and all beautifully presented! You can even have curry!! My omelette was cooked really well followed by fresh fruit. Staff very attentive and can’t do enough for you. Highly recommend.

Had lunch at the Beach House at Anantara, The Palms. The ambience and food was fantastic. Nica, our server was really hospitable and friendly and made great suggestions for the food and drinks. Later had coffee during sunset. It was breathtaking and lovely. Emil was the server and he was great. He was very warm and friendly. Wonderful experience overall
