What a totally fantastic place to enjoy a fun and activity packed holiday. Every member of staff at the hotel was friendly, professional and couldn't do enough to make sure your stay was first class. The rooms were large and spaceous and kept incredibly clean by the service team. The food was excellent and plentiful. The choice at the breakfast buffet was enormous and there was something for everyone. Would not hesitate in returning and am already looking forward to booking again next year. Thanks for a fantastic time.

The good parts: - Hotel staff was extremely friendly, making extraordinary efforts to make our stay as memorable as possible - Food was amazing. From the buffet breakfast, the restaurants and the in-room dining, everything we tried was delicious. - pool area and beach are a nice place to be and be seen. What could have been better: - We didn’t like the room decoration. We know that W hotels have provocative designs, we’ve stayed in any of them and most of the time we like them, but this was not the case. Common areas (lobby, restaurants, pool, etc.) are nice though. What I was very unhappy with was the pool. This was summertime, so having a proper shade is very important, especially traveling with kids. To our surprise, all of the cabanas were fully booked, most of them by people not staying in the hotel just coming to spend the day. I believe that hotel guests should have a priority and shouldn’t have to pay more for the cabana than what they paid for the room.

This place is amazing. It's more the people who work here who make this stay incredibly nice. They seem to know when you need something, you don't even have to say it, they immediately sense what you want and come to you. They work very hard even though its so hot, they never seem to be tired or annoyed, although its ok to be tired regarding the hot weather. I would never get this kind of service in another country. And its like everyone is responsible for one task, which makes this place run flawlessly. I'm also so thankful for the people at the valet parking who make my kids laugh all the time and help us with our bags. Everyone in this country is so nice and helpful. Its not easy to travel with kids, but people make it so easy here. And of course the food is amazing. Such a variety everyday something new. Thanks:)

It is stunning inside and out. The 4 restaurants are top class, as are their rooftop bars. There's a well-equipped indoor/outdoor gym as well as a spa. Plenty of IG scenes await in the pool and beach areas too. My room was very stylish, spacious and a great ocean view from the balcony overlooking the W monument. It's the staff that made it extra special though. Really friendly, helpful and sincere with plenty of laughs along the way. I didn't leave the property for the first 3 days!

Welcome and checking in was easy. The Surprise birthday treat was a surprise. The room was clean. Just remember to reserve the big lounges at the pool ahead of time as you’re not informed of this until you try and use one. Lifeguards on duty we’re polite and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was a variety of foods available and most of the staff were polite and very friendly. Shout out to Naveen who was on duty at breakfast for making our stay memorable. Such a friendly staff member who made sure we were well cared of and worked with a smile on his face. Looking forward to taking my kids this time.

I canceled another reservation at a better hotel that was cheaper for this, and it was a disappointment. I mainly picked this hotel for being pet friendly, they asked me for all the details beforehand to prepare, when I came to check in they had issue and made me wait one hour for check in only to go and see nothing was prepared. The room had so many issue too, the mini fridge wasn't working, had issues with the TV, the iron had plastic on it and ended up ruining a new shirt that I had just bought. We asked for breakfast and we got the breakfast with a large piece of sharp metal inside the food. Every issue they say they will fix it but never do. I still have my messed up shirt while receiving an apology. Nothing was done about the breakfast, no replacement meal and still had to pay for a full meal that I threw away. Then finally hot water stopped working in the middle of taking shower, that's the basic for a hotel, I asked them to let me check out multiple times and their manager kept saying he'll fix things, never did. Finally the last half day, they upgraded us to another room for the hot water, the new room also had hot water issues, at that point I was so tired and only had half a day left in my vacation so I couldn't bother arguing anymore. But in the end I paid more than I pay for much better hotels for this service. They didn't take responsibility for any of their actions. To top it off, their pool was so tiny, and they had rules saying no religious wear there which felt very discriminatory. We ended up booking at Atlantic Water Park instead of going to their pool. It costed more than nearby hotels while being the worst of them all. They were supposed to reach out to me after, it's been 3 weeks and they still haven't.

The location is literally far from amenities so you need to pick up stuff before you go to the hotel or use the mini market inside, I love the pool it’s spacious with many sun beds and round beds, and those nice egg like cabanas, the hotel is huge and beautiful I love the atmosphere, the service is good, you don’t here outdoor noises such as cars or construction. The nightly price is high, the shop as well expensive compared to other hotels. They have valet parleying, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities are perfectly good. Definitely I recommend it. Oh last point they have pool access if you don’t want to stay in the hotel.

Stayed there October 2021 for ~ 1week. Great and special hotel, showing the exceptional style of the Marriott W Hotels. Staff friendly. We really enjoyed our stay, rooms very clean and spacious. Pool area really great, especially with the small separate pools. Unfortunately the hotel is promoting the pool area to day-guests, so that especially at the weekend you have to "fight" for a space at the pool. This is a NO-GO (!!!) for such a high class and expensive hotel and for us the only reason that we are not sure if we would stay there again. In addition the cabins at the pool area need to be rented via a minimum-spent. Also a NO-GO, if you stay in such a hotel. We just expect that ALL good cabanas + sun chairs are included, you will spent money on drinks anyway! We stayed at the Ritz Carlton during our prior visit where we had a different and more positive experience regarding the pool area. Otherwise everything was really great. The rooftop bar is nice spot, , the main breakfast area we cannot judge as we had breakfast in the Bonvoy Platinum area, this one was exceptional!!! So delicious!!! We loved it!

Service, service, service. Best service we have had in MANY years. The Game room staff is outstanding and so nice with all the kids. For us it was a pleasure to come down everyday and have fun with them. Thank you Stephanie and Mario. Our vacation was definitely better because of you. We will miss you. My girl is 13 months old and she loved every minute at the game room. Thanks!

I came for a visit only and all I can say is 'Wonderful'. From the reception to lift to the room, its so fascinating. The views from the balcony to the sea is relaxing. The staffs are approachable and nice. Will recommend to all the residents and tourist to go visit W The Palm Hotel and definitely you will not regret.

We celebrated my 50th Birthday and the service here 5 star and beyond! We stayed in the “Spectacular” and our accommodations were very clean and grand. We had the perfect view of the skyline, the beach and pool areas. Beautiful resort! The staff was always welcoming, super attentive and friendly. Thank you for making my birthday memorable! Take advantage of the daily breakfast buffets! So much delicious food to include local dishes! Never disappointing! Lots of amenities at the resort so be sure to take advantage of as many as you can! Everything from reserving your own beach cabana and pool pod (so cool), swim up pool bar, an on-site spa, hair salon, full service gym, multiple restaurants and nighttime lounges, designer art gallery and shop to buy unique things. We will return to this resort again!

I am leaving a review with frustration and disappointment with how they handled our situation and concerns. We stayed last October 2023, and until now, February 2024 our issue still not been resolved. We left the hotel and paid for everything, and the day after we were charged by mistake. We immediately called them and sent an email. We were told that “receipt” (amount charged) has been via email mentioning reimbursement. However, weeks, now months later and the amount we are owed has not been received. We kept updating the bank and we were told the amount has not been sent or received. So, we kept calling the hotel over and over, again and again and they have continued to blow us off, telling us there is no manager available, etc. We were also hung up on several times when we mentioned about our issue. Very unprofessional! It is really a disappointment that the management is not doing anything to help us properly, instead they continuing ignoring us. Our patience has ran out as there still has been no solution provided by the hotel. Book with caution

We loved the W hotel the palm! The staff were so friendly and the decor was modern absolutely nothing to fault. There was the perfect balance of family and adult time!! The pool and the pods were great. Buffet had a good selection all of the family were happy. The kids club was the best for my daughter, Mario and Yash were so welcoming and Mario played with her when the other kids had left she loved going back! everything about this stay was perfect. We really relaxed will go back ASAP

We really enjoyed our stay here. The service from the staff was excellent the whole time. The room we had was plenty spacious for us and the bed comfy. Breakfast had plenty of tasty options, especially the eggs Benedict. The wet deck area was perfect to chill out at and enjoy the sun. We found the restaurants there really good and the rooftop bar is worth a visit too. The hotel is a little further away along the palm and you'll be taking taxis to get into town, but they are cheap and everywhere in Dubai so not much of a downside.

I came with my husband to the hotel during the festive period and it was one of the greatest experience I've ever had because our stay was fantastic. One of the hotel Staff *Moses* was really helpful, right from the door step to the room. He was really attentive and gave us an excellent service. Everytime we are going out to take a taxi, he always ask us if we need water because water is life. Definitely coming back here next time but in all, the team is very cooperating. Thank you for the great service, we love u guys.

We come used the beach club as I’ve heard good things about it from a friend who lives in Dubai. It was great Samad was amazing with my son and the rest of the team were great. 100% recommend coming here.

I went for a day pass for beach and pool, the pool is not convenient at all and it wasn’t clean to the level it should be as well. The service was great and fast with good food and drinks. The staff were very nice as well.

Amazing hotel, loved everything about it. Atmosphere amazing, so many pools, different zones and adult only areas. Private beach, great food and drinks, excellent views. Very attentive staff. Would very highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Dubai.

Just came back from a short family trip to Dubai and we spent a few days at W The Palm: everyone loved it! We were celebrating my in-laws 50th Anniversary and the hotel surprised them with bubbles, cakes and balloons.. such a warm welcome! Since I am a Marriott Convoy Gold Elite member we also got upgraded to sea facing rooms with wonderful views over the Palm and the city skyline. Rooms are huge, super clean and with a lot of amenities. We also had a balcony overlooking the pool/beach but unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy it. Staff is super friendly and attentive all around the hotel, breakfast was yummy with plenty of choice for all tastes. We didn’t have enough time to try Akira Back but we had lunch at Massimo Bottura’s Torno Subito and it was pretty good. Plenty of loungers all around the pool and beach, and they also bring you ice cold bottled water all day long. The adult-only WETDECK is fun and they also have a good 2x1 happy hour. Will be back for sure!

The Hotel was great, super big & clean. The staff on the restaurants and bars are very friendly & helpful. The Staff at the information & reception could more be kindly. The price at the hotel was definitely too high. 10€ for a bottle water are crazy. We need to pay for breakfast in our first day 90€ for 4 persons. On our last day we had no chance to have breakfast because our flight was in the night, so totally we loose over 150€ because of the staff.

10/10 in all aspects. Congrats to the hotel manager and his team for crafting such a wonderful experience. The Wet Deck is among the best “beach clubs” I know. Fantastic views of the city and very nice Japanese restaurant on the top floor. 100% recommend this hotel if you are looking for a trendy and very “vibey” hotel in Dubai ❤️ not adding photos of the hotel room since to me, W hotels are always a very unique experience that each one should discover 😉

The W Dubai The Palm is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff! From the moment you arrive and each day that you return from your adventures, you're greeted warmly at the entrance usually by several staff members. I stayed in the Ocean View, Fabulous Room with breakfast plan. It had a beautiful view of the Arabian Gulf. I'm glad I had breakfast included because the food at Liv restaurant there was so good! Every morning there was different items from different cuisines and some of the best made-to-order coffee and latte ever! My only issue preventing five stars is the lack of hot water in the shower. I was there for 6 nights and the first 2 nights were great, but for the rest of my stay, I only had tepid temp water. I called for service which got me a hot shower the 2nd night but on the 3rd night, same problem. My other two friends who each had their own room had the same problem so we just dealt with it. Upon checkout the young lady at the front desk told me the hotel was aware of the problem. What put this trip over the top was the impeccable service of Trajancho Gichevski at check-in and the daily attention to detail from Joe. Joe even saw us to our car when we unfortunately had to check out and head home. Despite the one issue, W Dubai the Palm is a 5-star stay!

I visited this hotel with my 15 year old daughter, for 10 nights. I am 55 and this hotel was perfect for both of us. The staff were all incredible - so friendly and welcoming. The hotel was spotless and the food was amazing. The pool area was perfect - lots of places to sit in the sun and the shade. Fab location. I would definitely book this hotel again.

Stayed here during the weekend in December with my family. It is a party hotel, so we had terrible experience with the noise. Basically we could only sleep after 2am … they even move us to a different room , but was not enough. In the good side the rooms are nice as is the view . Also nice beach front with lots of things to do. Kids are not allowed in the wet deck. Food is good. Service in the beach and bars is nice also. I didn’t found the front desk lady so nice. Did not have us basic informations or the hotel upon check in. Was only worry on getting our passports… Unfortunately i don’t think we will return… the noise is a no for us no matter how good is the rest .

Excellent hotel. Probably the best W I’ve been to. Rooms are amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and kind. As a titanium elite member of bonvoy I got upgraded to an amazing suite. Food is very good Also at the wet deck (pool area) highly recommended

Worst experience ever. I don’t recommend the spa. I have face a very bad experience with the spa. Few months ago I have booked a massage. The massage table were not working and I was freezing. I raised a complain and the Manager offered me 50% discount for my next massage. I wanted to give it a try again. However the price have doubled. 830 AED for 90 min massage while knowing that the massage tables are not working doesn’t worth it at all. The receptionist from the spa is really nice and her attitude is a bit pushy. There is other nice spas in Dubai. Less expensive and offering a better experience.

We only came here for the Candypants brunch so our memory may be a little blurred 🍹😅 but that should be a testament to the service. The brunch was brilliant, fantastic food and great cocktails and incredible service. The hotel staff were great too although we didn’t interact with them as much as. The view was great too.

W Dubai The Palm is an awesome hotel! It's located on a beautiful island and has a stunning beach. The rooms are super cool and comfy, with great views of the ocean. The staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome right away. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. The pool area is fantastic, with lots of loungers and a fun vibe. Overall, it's a perfect place for a relaxing and fun vacation. I highly recommend it!

This is by far one of the most wonderful hotels in Dubai in terms of customer service. They have happy stuff which reflects on the way they treat customers. It worth every penny you spend. Love it and will come again xx

All I can say is WOW. we stayed here for 5 nights with our 1 year old daughter and I couldn't fault it in any way. Every detail of the hotel was remarkable from the decor, cleanliness, atmosphere, smell, facilities, dining options and the staff were incredible. So attentive, polite & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done with a smile on their face. The reception staff, cleaners, valet staff, poolside staff, lifeguards, dining staff, maintenance staff, just every staff member we came across and they were all amazing with our daughter and made a fuss of her. Our room was by far one of the best hotel rooms we had ever stayed and we will certainly be back.

Lovely atmosphere Good service and cuisine! Excellent hotel, delicious meals, immaculate accommodations, and stunning décor. Ideal environment and mood excellent food is also available at the pool. Happy hour is from 3 to 5 p.m. Amazing hotel, roomy and modern with a distinctive, great vibe. Also amazing was the meal! The concierge made us feel very welcome and took great care of us throughout the entire stay. He never hesitated to help, and his attention to detail was superb.

A great hotel on the palm. The staff is very nice, the beach, pool as well . The spa is also very good . The kids club is great ! The only thing I was not expecting is the party spirit of the hotel ( but obviously I was the only one not knowing that the W are parties oriented ) so it was quite some loud music on the week end. I forgot to mention the amazing breakfast which is probably one of the best I ever had !!!! The food in general is delicious , on the beach , at the restaurant in the evening . And their Japanese restaurant is also fantastic !
