canceled
another
reservation
at
a
better
hotel
that
was
cheaper
for
this,
and
it
was
a
disappointment.
I
mainly
picked
this
hotel
for
being
pet
friendly,
they
asked
me
for
all
the
details
beforehand
to
prepare,
when
I
came
to
check
in
they
had
issue
and
made
me
wait
one
hour
for
check
in
only
to
go
and
see
nothing
was
prepared.
The
room
had
so
many
issue
too,
the
mini
fridge
wasn't
working,
had
issues
with
the
TV,
the
iron
had
plastic
on
it
and
ended
up
ruining
a
new
shirt
that
I
had
just
bought.
We
asked
for
breakfast
and
we
got
the
breakfast
with
a
large
piece
of
sharp
metal
inside
the
food.
Every
issue
they
say
they
will
fix
it
but
never
do.
I
still
have
my
messed
up
shirt
while
receiving
an
apology.
Nothing
was
done
about
the
breakfast,
no
replacement
meal
and
still
had
to
pay
for
a
full
meal
that
I
threw
away.
Then
finally
hot
water
stopped
working
in
the
middle
of
taking
shower,
that's
the
basic
for
a
hotel,
I
asked
them
to
let
me
check
out
multiple
times
and
their
manager
kept
saying
he'll
fix
things,
never
did.
Finally
the
last
half
day,
they
upgraded
us
to
another
room
for
the
hot
water,
the
new
room
also
had
hot
water
issues,
at
that
point
I
was
so
tired
and
only
had
half
a
day
left
in
my
vacation
so
I
couldn't
bother
arguing
anymore.
But
in
the
end
I
paid
more
than
I
pay
for
much
better
hotels
for
this
service.
They
didn't
take
responsibility
for
any
of
their
actions.
To
top
it
off,
their
pool
was
so
tiny,
and
they
had
rules
saying
no
religious
wear
there
which
felt
very
discriminatory.
We
ended
up
booking
at
Atlantic
Water
Park
instead
of
going
to
their
pool.
It
costed
more
than
nearby
hotels
while
being
the
worst
of
them
all.
They
were
supposed
to
reach
out
to
me
after,
it's
been
3
weeks
and
they
still
haven't.
