I am on my first visit to Dubai and the experience with the Hilton hotel makes me not want to come again. I purchased two rooms with a sea view and one of them was given to me with a partial sea view. The guy at the front desk justified this as how their hotel classifies the rooms. I explained to him that all over the world the same expressions are used for opening the vision. After two days of living in the first room, he gives us a room with a sea view and we move out at 10 p.m. He didn't even apologize. In the two days I went to the reception and complained that we only have one towel to use and there are four people in the room and no one brought a towel. A disastrous experience. Only the name Hilton remained, the unforgettable experience promised by this brand is terrible. They ruined my vacation! In the restaurant, if the dishes are empty, you wait 30 minutes for them to fill them and you have to remind them at least 5 times. There is no manager to tell what bothers you. They only want money and not to offer the paid services. If I'm lucky the manager reads I'm in room 328. Only the lady Noerina we left with a good impression of the hotel .

Also room cleaning staff, very effective, responsive and making things, so easy for you. Short message to the management: - better organize signage for gluten-free food and drinks. - make your staff happy… they will make your customers happy 😉

We had a suit on the sixth floor. The room had 2 balconies and was huge. The service is great. Especially Kushma from housekeeping reads your every wish from your lips. You feel like God in France. The hotel grounds are also very well maintained and huge. You don't need to worry about not getting a sunbed. There really are plenty available. We also liked the beach club in front of the hotel. Unfortunately, there is a disco not far from the hotel that makes a lot of noise. And it goes on from midday until 10pm. Nobody seems to be happy about this. Otherwise you have a great view of the Dubai skyline.

Amazing hotel and people. We stayed for a pool day and had the best service my Brenda. She is so friendly and welcoming. She made us feel at home and paid lots of attention to use. Thanks so much Brenda for your great treatment and service.

All staff in the hotel are super professional, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness throughout is excellent. The food is of an extremely high quality and the atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and enjoyable. The only let down was the charging for water in the restaurant and around the pool (it isn't made clear the water is charged to your room). Also we booked a triple king deluxe room and after waiting 6 hours at the hotel to enter the room at 3pm, it was only prepared for 2 people. We asked for a third bed and someone came up to make the sofa bed but didn't put the full mattress on it which was stored in a cupboard so it was a little hard and lumpy. We also had to ask the next day for the extra slippers, towels, mugs, drinking glasses, robes, etc but only received towels and a robe so we had to share the rest between us for the week. Also kids have a separate pool but tend to use both, it would be nice to have an adult only pool. But all in all an excellent hotel of the highest standard which we'd definitely visit again. Great hotel with staff that can’t do enough for you. Loved the pool space, the buffet and restaurants were incredible, and the overall quality of the rooms was brilliant too. The gym is surprisingly well stocked for a Hilton I found, which meant I could get a decent workout every day. Location-wise is pretty good too as your close enough to most things on the palms.

Hotel is clean and modern. We were satisfied overall. However, breakfast was not good. Quality of food can be better. And special thanks to Brenda at the pool. She was very helpful and kind.

I stayed in this marvelous hotel for 5 days. The moment I have entered the hotel I was fascinated about the large lobby, decoration and the ambient vibes this place has. The employees were friendly and the check-in and check-out processes were quite fast. The room is cozy, clean and quite High-tech, all the lightings is connected to a smart boards. The room balcony with a nice view of the garden fountain, the swimming pool, beach and the landscapes.

While planning my trip to Dubai, I was overwhelmed by the vast number of hotels to chose from. Hotels in Dubai are exceptionally plentiful. But, I took my time, did some research and decided on the Hilton Dubai Palm Jumeirah. For a number of reasons. And, I am utterly DELIGHTED that I choose this hotel. It was a very comfortable and welcoming stay. The hotel is very clean. The staff are AMAZING! All you will see are smiles and helpful, friendly faces! Staying at this hotel is a huge reason why my trip to Dubai was so amazing!

Our staycation was nice but nothing special. So it s nice place for someone who want to ordinary experience. I like the breakfast. There is various option for breakfast. But we didn’t like to pool because there is hidden step and there is no any measuring. So we hit to step and injured our feet. They should put something on sitting area

the entire staff at the Hilton was beyond phenomenal!! From Rap to helping us check in, to Farkhod being up with us at 4AM to load our bags into the car. We were treated with respect and care during our five day stay. Highly recommend this place for families and friends and take advantage of the amazing views :)

We are very pleased with our vacation, we have been vacationing in this hotel for several years. All at the highest level.
