Firstly we were welcome by the beautiful MANISHA, she is a true gem to your establishment. 🐝👌💛 Secondly, your chef did an amazing job curating the whole hightea theme. 💛 Thirdly, it's going to be difficult to find a better High tea experience in Dubai after this one. 🤭....it wast my best High tea experience thus far in the UAE!, each item on the Beehive was absolutely beautiful and taste even more amazing on the palette. Ps: I'm not a big tea drinker more a coffee lover... in my opinion you need a strong bean. Your cappuccino and latte was too weak sadly 😥 The attention to details left our group in awe..💛 I'm hoping to bring another group of moms next month to experience Social Bee. Brilliant ⭐️ masterful ⭐️ beautiful presentation ⭐️ ambience ⭐️ value for money.

I've lived in Dubai for 14 years, so I've had a lot of afternoon teas... this one is certainly not one of the best afternoon teas. The theme is very nice, it is well supplied, however there is not enough salty (1 small drawer out of 4 only), when we asked for a little more salty, we were told that we had to pay extra. We couldn't try everything because there were too many sweet things .. there was at least 1/3 of our formula left, when we asked to take them for take away, we were told replied that we had to pay extra, which is unacceptable because it is not an all-you-can-eat formula and that we had paid for our pack, plus they were going to throw away the cakes that we did not eat! In the end they made us an exception and then told us again that we had to pay extra for the packaging to wrap the cakes. The cakes were good, but the scones weren't great.. plus they were cold when usually they are served freshly baked hot or warm. The service was not great, at least especially from one of the waitresses.. All these elements spoiled the atmosphere of our afternoon tea and it's a shame

Very poor customer service from the beginning to the end. We were 10 guests, booked for an afternoon tea. We arrived and did not like the area which were prepared for us as it was closed with a dinner setup. I asked to change it and the first answer no we cannot! I insisted that we can sit in the open area and their supervisor kept saying they cannot accommodate us! My sister explained and showed literally how to seat us and which chair and sofa to move in order to make the space for us without ruining the overall setup! You would think the staff are professional and should know the basics of accommodating large group but not at all, we were the one who guided and showed them how to do it. Then the drinks which we ordered took forever. Some drinks arrived and some came after the food/snacks. No waitress was around to help or check on us most of the time despite being the largest group in the restaurant. We were the one asking them to come and clean and tables and remove the empty plates. Very poor customer service and I wouldn't recommend this place.

We came to visit Social Bee for the afternoon tea - it was one of our unforgettable experiences in Dubai! The idea and the concept of their afternoon tea is so unique. You can see the customised beehives in which they serve all savouries and deserts - it is one of the signature elements of the place, indeed. The presentation with dry ice and the way how ladies explaining the concept is very pleasant to hear and to see it. Apart of all above - let me highlight the most important - it is the food! Selection of the pastries, cakes and savouries - it is incredible and all so yummy. The culinary in charge is really giving his best at that place ! I would love also to mention the service - which was given from the heart with all smiles and positive vibes - Charissa and Winny are really doing great there! I will be back again soon with my other friends and families !

The afternoon tea at Social Bee was an amazing experience. The presentation was great and the staff were so friendly and attentive. We notified them that it was our wedding anniversary and we got a plate of chocolates that said ‘happy anniversary’ it was a wonderful extra touch that we loved. All the sweet deserts were great and we loved trying them however the savoury selection wasn’t to our personal taste but still looked great. The different types of tea available was fantastic. I would highly recommend!

The best experience for the afternoon tea in UAE. We really enjoyed the service of the team and would love to highlight Charissa with her charming smile and attitude - she was keep in checking on us and was very friendly and paying attention to all details. They have a very interesting selection of the tea ! Jasmine sapphire tea (totally blue collar!!!) - highly recommended to try :) The food selection is good - pastries and desserts are so delicious. We can see that pastry chefs are very creative and did their best to make remarkable and memorable experience - very delicious!! Just one thing to add - it would be more pleasant to have more selection for sandwiches. Overall - very impressive! The beehives - one of the best concept for afternoon tea we experienced in our dining.
