Fantastic staff and great stay. The staff could not do enough from security greeting at the door, housekeeping, management and so on. Special mention to Awfar at reception for always greeting and being so helpful. All staff amazing. The walkway to the beach is a little bit tired and could do with updating. Hotel is spotless throughout and rooms and great. Bathrooms could do with an update. The pool toilets are dated and could do with an update. Bar on Mezzanine level is great to sit down but will not serve tea’s and coffee after a certain time (I believe 9pm) but still serve alcohol. This should not be the case for a 5* hotel. There is no reason tea and coffee can’t be served alongside alcoholic drinks. Food is excellent throughout the hotel restaurants and the breakfast is excellent. Overall a fantastic stay and with small improvements this hotel could be even better than it is. Great location on palm too. We would definitely recommend this hotel and value for money on the palm.

I was greeted warmly on arrival, and from there everything just improved. Daniel, the concierge was a real gentleman and a true professional. I enjoyed every aspect of this holiday. The room was perfect and the outdoor pool and beach were fabulous. The indoor pool was cool and and the gym was very functional. The guys on the door were always on hand to hail a taxi and everywhere was in close proximity. All in all I couldn't of asked for a better time. We will definitely be back.

What can I say this was one of the best hotels I have stayed at. The service was the best I’ve seen and experienced. Big props to Tony the security guard who always opened doors for us and provided us with an excellent service to ensure we felt safe and secure at all times. Keep it up Tony and see you again soon! The best hotel I have stayed in! Just checked out after my 9 night stay in the dukes hotel and I could not fault this hotel! Every single staff member from house keeping, security and restaurant staff everyone has been so helpful and made us feel so welcome every single day. The rooms are beautiful and a good size, so clean and house keeping attended every day to clean our rooms. The hotels breakfast was one of my favourite part of the trips, the selection was something I have never seen before, it catered for everyone there was such a large selection. I really recommend this hotel, it has been my favourite yet, and I really hope to return soon. Thank you to everyone at dukes!

We stayed for 5 days with our parents in Dukes The Palm. Loved the food and service at the breakfast restaurant. Khyber restaurant in the same building also had tasty food. Our stay was pleasant, view from the rooms were amazing. Private beach and infinity pool was very relaxing with nice views. We would definitely stay here during our next visit. Very polite and hospitable hotel staff. Loved every bit of our stay here.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Duke The Palm Hotel in Dubai. From the moment our car pulled into the driveway until the smooth and hassle-free check-out, every aspect of our stay was exceptional. The attention to detail was evident as our luggage was swiftly transferred to our room. The breakfasts were a highlight with an incredible variety of options to choose from, making it difficult to decide what to indulge in each morning. The hostesses at breakfast were delightful, adding to the pleasant dining experience. The British meal night was a true delight, with the fish and chips standing out as excellent. I would wholeheartedly recommend experiencing it. The room itself was spacious and welcoming, complete with a balcony that offered a great view. What truly stood out was the hotel's cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. They made our stay truly comfortable and memorable. The indoor pool, lazy river, and infinity pool were fantastic ways to relax and cool off. And the sea, while warm, required sea shoes or sliders to avoid burning your feet on the sand (a valuable tip for future visitors). We didn’t have young children, but there was a Children’s are by the lazy river too. All in all, I can't praise The Duke The Palm Hotel enough. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone seeking a wonderful hotel experience in Dubai. It's a gem that offers superb service, spacious rooms, delicious food, and great amenities. We look forward to booking here again in the future!

Staff were all excellent and very helpful.The breakfast restaurant was amazing! Even the director/manager in that restaurant was super sweet and helpful, and he even went out of his way to help me call a local pharmacy because my daughter wasn’t feeling well!!! Rooms are stunning! We appreciated being offered an upgrade for a small amount! Highly recommend and so close to the shopping centers.

I reserved 8 rooms at Dukes The Palm to celebrate my 40th Birthday last month (December, 2023) with my friends and family in Dubai. The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The rooms were nice and clean with great views of the city and ocean. The front desk staff were amazing with the check in process and they attended to my needs and that of my guests. The buffet was exceptional, really good!!! So many options to choose from during breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Great British Restaurant staff were very helpful and attentive. Ensuring I had a great experience during meal time. The security guards and concierge are not left out, the greeters too, they were good to all of us in the group. The hotel has a private beach area with an infinity pool, there’s also an indoor pool. I will stay here again the next time I visit Dubai.

Great location and beautiful lobby/restaurant/pool/beach areas. All the staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The rooms feel quite dated and have my pet peeve of too much unnecessary furniture! I would rather have more space than a writing desk and a coffee table, but that’s personal preference I suppose.

Dukes is an amazing hotel, the rooms are incredible and the pool area and private beach is great. Steve on the front doors was amazing and really helpful. The breakfast was one of the best I have ever had and the staff couldn’t do enough for you. The only down side would be the pool is far too deep it’s 1.6m, we took an 8 year old with us and I wouldn’t say the pool is child friendly or even adult friendly as I couldn’t stand up either! He had to wear a life jacket in the pool just to float.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful, great breakfast and dinner at the Khyber was brilliant with an amazing view. Thank you to all staff who made us feel welcome, great hospitality and service. The hotel is in a great location and views were excellent too. Lovely beach and opposite the mall too. Thank you to Desert Gate who booked all our excursions as well.

This hotel is located in an amazing place, close to things like the sky pool and a mall with a beautiful beach out the back that overlooks the city. Rooms were exceptionally clean and refreshed well. All the staff were welcoming and lovely, the security always asked how we were and made us laugh and the waiters and waitresses couldn’t be helpful enough. Absolutely stunning hotel full of wonderful people. Will 100% come again.

I recently stayed here for my cousins wedding and had the best service provided. The staff are very very welcoming and are always happy to help at any time of the day, regardless of whatever time it is. The staff are also very friendly and no matter if they are busy, they will still always stop and say hello. Awfar, in specific, was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. He made us feel very comfortable and helped us if we had any concerns/issues, which were fixed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be staying here again!

I absolutely loved my stay here. The service and attention to detail is exemplary and cleanliness of this hotel is second to none! We stayed at the Dukes the palm end of September . First time in Dubai it was amazing experience from time we pull up in our car at the door to be greeted by Steve who took care of our bags had us in reception in air-conditioning got us seats while we wait for check in .. food was amazing great variety for everyone.. all been treated like royalty....very clean room clean towel every day . House keeping was very good .. one of my friends had a birthday and his bed was beautiful done with balloon and petals.. this hotel i can not fault it .. Only one thing i found was i found it hard to get in and out shower and it was in bath and glass was not movable so very tight to get in and out . But over all amazing hotel would highly recommend to anyone 👌

Great place to stay during our business trip. The staff were at all times so helpful and friendly. One person in particular, Tony who greeted us at the entrance each day went above and beyond to help us with our equipment from the car and was super friendly and hard working. An absolute gem!

A beautiful hotel to stay in, absolutely enjoyed every minute of it and appreciated the service from the room, dinning and outdoors- Bishal in particular made sure every morning we were accommodated with the best seating for our 1 year old and had everything we needed. I really enjoyed the room service food as it was good quality, top hotel to stay in!

My second stay at Dukes was as relaxing as the first. The half-board option of breakfast and dinner is lovely, with so many delicious choices. It would be nice if water were included in the price of dinner, instead of a separate charge. The waitstaff is polite and efficient. The beach is glorious and wide, with a large, sandy swimming area. The lazy river is dreamy. The only downside to the pool and beach area is that there is only one bathroom. The room was well equipped and comfortable, but on a low floor and facing the street, which was a bit of a drag. The housekeeping staff, including Shuvo, were helpful and friendly. They kept our room looking gorgeous throughout the stay.

My second time at Dukes, couldn't fault it. Service is excellent, breakfast and dinner give more choice than you could ever need. Beach is perfectly located and the ULA bar is stunning. Great food and ambience. Thanks to Prasad and the team for looking after me so well. I will be back!

We stayed at the hotel for one week and were very pleased with hospitality of all staff, excellent services, food and facilities. We can recommend this hotel to those who like comfort and pleasure. I tend to believe the reviews for this hotel are not real. I was shocked by the quality of everything in this hotel since it is a 5 start with a good rating. My room didn't have a outlet in the bathroom and I had to use a hairdryer next to the bed, the lighting in the bathroom is just one tiny bulb to create a romantic atmosphere, not to see yourself in the mirror. The dishwasher was broken and the water in it is dead and smelled. The biggest question for the people who were responsible for projecting this building. The single leaf door on the side is designed to ensure that the entire hotel gets to the beach, once again the entire hotel! Anyone who was in charge of this hotel tried to get out of it to go to the shop on the other side as many people from this hotel do? In the lounge, I got one of the worst pizzas I've ever had, because they just warmed frozen pizza for the price 3-5 times of the regular pizza all over the world. The beach is not very good, especially the sand compared to the Caribbean. There is no animation, no convenient pool for children, and again how it can be that the entire pool on the beach is 1.6 meters deep? One of the worst stays for such money especially compared to any other resort in the world. When I told the receptionist that I was dissatisfied with the hotel, she simply ignored what was said. There are also a good stuff. The hall was fabulous and the breakfast was good with different options. In addition, they show EPL games in the lounge, so I didn't have to look for a place to watch it during my stay.

My wife and I stayed here for one night during our trip to Dubai on our honeymoon. I had reserved a room with a bathtub. When we arrived to our room, it did not have a bathtub. I asked to speak with the manager and after waiting 30 minutes, his only resolution was a discount on a future stay. The beach had a lot of very sharp rocks and shells on it. My sunglasses were stolen. There was a stray cat in the dining area during breakfast that scratched me. I asked for a pineapple that I saw and was told that I couldn’t have it. The entrance to the hotel is difficult to find when you are unfamiliar with the area. For a 5 star hotel, I feel as my wife and I got treated as thought we were staying at the Budget Inn.

I’m having a lovely stay. Hotel is spotless and beautifully presented. The pool setting is dreamy and I’m looking forward to time at the beach. Food and cocktails are delicious and Rumman and Mirzo were lovely servers at breakfast . Kind , attentive and friendly. They were helpful with places to go and things to do for my trip. As a solo traveler their conversation and attention was welcome. Thank you.

Stayed here back in June and had a lovely experience. The staff were all friendly. The rooms were a good size. Food was lovely. The views were incredible from the hotel. Will definitely revisit this hotel in the future.

Very nice hotel and excellent location. Chef Khadija served us at breakfast and she was very welcoming and attentive. Great experience overall. My only issue is the extortionate prices they charge for drinks by the pool. They'd definitely make more money if they were reasonable prices.

A really royal treat, the design and interiors are really luxurious, the personnel is very friendly and real professionals. The room was very comfortable - we had a deluxe suite, where you had absolutely everything for cooking and even an iron and ironing board, which was really helpful. What could be improved is the placement of toilet paper in the bathroom, because it is somehow in the lateral back side and quite uncomfortable to reach. The restaurant on the 15 th floor has a very beautiful Indian design and an amazing view on the palm.The great British restaurant was also very nice and the food, it was really a plenty and every evening you could find something different. The beach and the pool had an absolutely astonishing view of the Dubai marina and the sea water was so transparent and clean, we saw even some tiny fishes. There you feel yourself really like royalty from the way the personnel treats you and the location offers you privacy and accessibility to every thing in the same time.It is just opposite to the famous View of the palm so on New Year’s Eve from the view we could literally see all the fireworks in Dubai, although from the hotel’s beach one could admire the beautiful fireworks of the marina

A lovely hotel on the Palm. It’s well located if you don’t want to have to travel far to get to the Marina and into downtown. The pool area is lovely with a large infinity pool overlooking the marina. When we were there, there were plenty of sun loungers around the pool and on the beach. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms well equipped. We had some flickering lights in our bathroom and therefore the four stars. Also, having booked two rooms together, I would have preferred it if the rooms were at least on the same floor rather than the 7th and 13th however this is a small point. Staff in the restaurant and around the resort were attentive and couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was lovely. There’s a large variety of foods from different countries. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay again.

We stayed in the hotel mid September 2023 and we were very satisfied with the service! The rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast had so much variety and the location of the hotel was perfect! The staff was very kind and took good care of us. We also went to the rooftop gym a couple of times and we were happy there too. Ali from the gym reception was super kind and helped out when I had lost my AirPods. He found them and gave them back to me. Two things could improve though: The towels in the room smelled a little although they were fresh and the rooms smelled a little like humid. There was a little old smell.

I had an amazing experience at Dukes! The grounds are beautiful, rooms are clean and the staff is exceptional! I enjoyed daily breakfast at the buffet and want to give a special shout out to Akbar a server in the restaurant that always went above and beyond to provide great customer service. I just made the move to Dubai and will be staying at Dukes for many of my staycations after this great experience!

This is my first trip to Dubai and have had a brilliant experience at dukes the palm. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, so many flavours, and we had a lovely server called Mehwish who was great. The facilities are amazing and all the staff are friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend!

By far the worst hotel I have ever been to. Cold food at the buffet, you wait forever for drinks. For breakfast you are more or less forced to use the restaurant on the 15 floors, regardless of whether you want to. Ordering a cup of coffee can take 3 attempts or one is skilfully ignored. We were 11 people and had the problem of getting a table every day as no reservations were possible. We cannot recommend the hotel to the best of our knowledge and belief, if you want to get rid of your hard-earned money in Dubai there is a better place.

We got an amazing suite room with the perfect view. The hospitality was great from start to last. The staff at Khyber Restaurant were amazing. We throughly enjoyed our stay at Dukes the Palm. The staff we extremely helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of our room was outstanding and fresh water provided every day. We stayed half board and the food was delicious, catered for everyone. The pool was beautiful, loads of sun beds by the pool and on the beach. We ate and drank at the pool bar and the food portions were outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Wish we had stayed longer. Thank you to all the staff.

My husband and I, along with our daughter stayed here to celebrate our honeymoon. We had such an amazing time, the hotel is incredible, the pool is amazing and food is 10 out of 10. We have to say the biggest credit must go to the employees there, every single person we came into contact with was beyond exceptional. We would like a special mention for the lovely Akram (concierge), he was so friendly and helpful and was always a joy to stop to talk to. We are also extremely grateful for the amazing room upgrade we received...we are already looking to make plans to return next year! Top notch service. Incredibly convenient private beach that is clean, safe and beautiful. Great rooms and very very good breakfast. We came in July and thought it might be too hot and humid, but it wasn't. You probably won't be able to eat outdoors, but we did have a meal in the beach club at night. The beach and pool are great anytime of the day. And the staff there are very helpful and friendly.

My husband and I spent a night here and we are absolutely in love with this place. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the receptionist Beata, who upgraded our suite which was a pleasant surprise. The staff in the hotel were polite and helpful. Breakfast buffet was decent. The view here is amazing. Even though they don’t have direct access it is walking distance to the west palm beach and has a large variety of restaurants/bars.

Absolutely an outstanding hotel with fantastic amenities. A pool on the 12th floor, an infinity pool a few minutes away and a private beach. It was a truly amazing experience. The customer service from every staff member was fantastic and they really do care! This hotel is highly recommended. You will not be disappointed. Everything about our stay was fantastic. The facilities were fantastic, the breakfast downstairs every morning had some of the best offerings we ever had, the views and amenities and location…. I think what really rounded out our experience and made it memorable was the pleasant staff that made sure we always felt welcome. From the front desk receptionists and the building security, to Derick who was amazing and made sure my fiancée never needed to lift a finger or worry about a thing. We truly appreciate every member of the Dukes and we will surely be back!

Our stay at The Dukes was absolutely amazing! Myself, my husband and 7 month baby girl stayed for 4 nights and by far was the best hotel experience we have had. We were upgraded to a Superior Suite which we were proper happy about as I had put in a request before arriving as it was my husband’s 30th we were celebrating. All the staff were so helpful and cheerful, they loved playing with our daughter and going the extra mile to make her smile, bring her own breakfast and come to check on her often. I would definitely recommend The Dukes to anyone who wishes to stay on the Palm and get 5 star service. My mother will be going Dubai in March and I will be booking her in the same hotel so she can experience the same 5 star service. Thank you for the incredible customer service, you were great!

Dukes Dubai was a great experience. Excellent staff who were always there to help. The breakfast buffet was great with many options. The view from the rooms was spectacular. The hotel also has a great location, where you can travel to and from places around the city, quite easily. The parking services were exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone not looking to spend much money but also have a good stay in Dubai !

I cant say enough good things about this hotel. The staff ( in particular the guys at security, golf cart drivers and luggage handlers) the food and the whole experience was 10/10. Every meal we had at the hotel was lovely and all staff super friendly and helpful. We got engaged on our trip at this hotel and are thinking of having our wedding here ! Thanks for everything. An amazing experience. The staff are very helpful and kind. Vidhi was an amazing helper and very kind. Dukes have a kids club which all the kids love. The pool is great with a view over looking the beach. The beach is very calming. My experience was great and I can't wait to come back here one day

Service was below average. 4 clerks standing outside talking and none opened the doors for us the week we were there. Coffee machine & Iron didn’t work in our room. Called 3 times for it to be changed. Clerk at the door who arranges taxis lied about the price I was going to be charged. For the price we paid, other hotels would’ve served us a lot better. Wouldn’t go again and don’t recommend.

Amazing beautiful hotel, lovely lady at the reception gave us an upgrade to a suit, another lovely guy brought us refreshing tea while we were checking in. The hotel is full of buzz, scenic location, loved the room, the indoor swimming pool, lazy river, outdoor pool. Breakfast was of huge variety, tasty and good quality food, the restaurant gets very busy though with queues to egg stations. The room service was good too, the food was yummy and nicely presented. We did not like the tiled area around the pool, it gets very hot from the tiled ground and the buildings around. Also, the food at the indoor swimming pool was not to our liking, for the prices charged it should be of much better quality, but it was like from cheap takeout. Anyways, I can not wait to get back!

Great experience, hotel was very good all staff are great & very courteous, lovely pool & nice quiet beach with plenty of loungers, not crowded! A special mention to Aamir who assisted on check out & got me a great price on a private transfer back to the airport. My only gripe was the light switches in the room very temperamental!

5 stars all around. A friend who has lived in Dubai for 15 years recommend we stay at this hotel, and it sure was a great recommendation. From the moment our car pulled into the driveway right through to the uncomplicated, seamless check out. The transfer of our luggage to our room, the breakfast in the mornings, the hostesses at breakfast, the indoor pool, the British meal night, and the activities coordinator, all contributed to making our stay an exceptional experience. There is such a variety of foods available for breakfast, we were spoilt for choice, and I was really impressed with the quality of food on the British night, especially the fish and chips - excellent! I would definitely stay here again, and highly recommended it.

It was a nice vacation in this hotel. The service is very good, everyone is very friendly. Faruk was particularly friendly and helpful. He gave us recommendations for excursions, explained routes and arranged a taxi. The hotel was clean but the rooms were a bit dark. More daylight would have seemed even friendlier. A little more variety at the buffet would be nice. An advantage is the private beach. All in all we were satisfied.

Our breakfast at the dukes is included with our package, although if it wasn’t I would definitely have paid to eat here! So much choice including freshly cooked omelettes eggs etc made in front of you! We definitely recommend! Chef Khadija manages breakfast and has it run very smoothly with great food all round!
