Had an extremely memorable staycay during the weekend at this hotel and it was simply fab! Excellent service, beautiful view from the room we booked, kids totally enjoyed their pool time swimming, breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of international and Mediterranean cuisine to indulge in. Room service, staff, parking facilities all top notch! Love the whole experience!! Would definitely record and also come back again! 💛

Great beach, sunbeds, pool and service. Appreciated the complimentary water bottles on the beach. Generally, equipment and furniture are a bit old and not perfectly maintained compared to other 5 star hotels. A construction site next to the hotel was very noisy, this is downgrading the experience.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm during our stay where the excellent service extended seamlessly from the moment of entry to the checkout process. The commendable efforts of the housekeeping team, efficient front desk service, contributed to an overall exceptional stay highly recommended. Getting an upgrade for our Anniversary was a great bonus start of our vacation in Dubai. Kudos to the following folks who decorated our room with anniversary theme: Michelle, Ceren and Housekeeping team at Waldorf Astoria Dubai for creating such a positive and enjoyable environment. Experience the stay and then you will understand. One small negative is that during check-in, noticed they were offering Welcome Drinks to everyone expect (us) during our check-in. Not sure because we were different ethnicity group, it disappointing to see not everyone gets treated equally. But decorating our rooms and getting upgrade makes up the difference. We came here on our first holiday and had a great time. It is a very friendly and clean hotel. The staff go over and beyond with the hospitality. Beach towels are provided by the pool / sea and the rooms are cleaned to a really high standard daily and specially thanks to MR Atabod. I would overall recommend this hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you :)

You haven't experienced service until you've came to Dubai From the valet to the front desk to housekeeping everything surpassed your expectations Everyone was so friendly rushing to assist you with anything you needed. Half the staff appeared to know your name anytime you walked by asking if there's anything they can do It was my wife's birthday and they left roses and a cake in the room without even requesting it. The rooms were always cleaned and the hotel maintained. It did take an extra 20 minutes every time we wanted to leave to go anywhere since it was at the end of the palm but still what an experience

I used the hotel day pass for the beach & pool. Both areas are amazing, perfect for a relaxing day and beach water is just great. I had lunch and the food is tasty and high quality. Amazing service and Thanks to Denis, that works at the beach, we had an incredible day and for sure we will came back for a long stay. I highly recommend!

We booked this hotel several times, because we really liked the rooms, the design of the hotel, the beach and how tidy everything was. Unfortunately, it isn't really acknowledged from the hotel when you go there every year. Last time, a staff member let it seem like he didn't believe we went here the last years. When we got a room with the loud and huge generator next to us, we kindly asked for another room. The charge was pretty high, but we still took it. It would have been great to acknowledge guests who go here every year. The staff was also a little bit stressful because of tips and the construction workers a little pushy towards female visitors. Otherwise the hotel is nice, but we will we will try others now.

Stayed at the Waldorf Astoria Palm Jumeirah in 2019; was kept up most of the two nights on the weekend stay due to the loud music from the hotel’s lower level. Was given complimentary 2 nights which I redeemed in 2021 and lo and behold my family and I were again kept up due to the loud music. For an establishment with a reputation that a Waldorf Astoria should be carrying, I’m writing this hotel off. It feels like nothing more than a block of apartments above a dodgy street littered with nightclubs. Terribly disappointed at this. Do not waste your time thinking you will be enjoying a peaceful stay at an upmarket property. It is everything but. The Hilton Honors desk, meant to help speed up the check in process, was not staffed. Details contained in my reservation did not match with what the check in clerk told me viz. that breakfast was not included although it was and I had to email a copy of my reservation details on the spot to them. Avoid if you can. Try Sofitel The Palm down the road, much more classier establishment certainly with less cheap-sounding noise.

This is a beautiful and reasonable hotel in Dubai. The service is beyond excellent and the staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurants in the hotel were delicious as was the morning breakfast buffet. The hotel was immaculate and so was the spa. I highly recommend the Waldorf overall for everything positive in a hotel including their concierge service and a quiet and relaxed atmosphere both indoors and outdoors among the beautiful landscape, poolside and beach.

Pool service is A⭐️ Rajesh and Irfan were extremely attentive and looked after us with food and drink throughout the day, nothing is too much trouble for them in helping you. I had the pleasure of eating at Laos Restaurant. It is easy to book a table in advance via the homepage. The ambience including the open kitchen is breathtaking. The food tastes sensational. The service is excellent. Eshan deserves special mention. Super friendly, absolutely professional appearance and knows exactly what the customer needs. Only recommendable.

This Hotel is an Amazing Place. We stayed there in January 2023. The atmosphere, the Food and location is breathtaking. However, the employees/ Service make this Place outstanding. The Guest Relation Manager Eli help me to arrange a Wedding Proposal - he arranged everything in Perfektion and Made this Holiday unforgettable to us. The Service on the Pool (Foley and team) is excellent. We enjoyed every Minute. In conclusion, we will come back and can highly recommend this Place. Laura & Helge

Our stay at the Waldorf Astoria has been absolutely incredible, the staff have been so friendly and helpful throughout. By far the best service we have ever experienced! Santosh was amazing, he set up our sun beds on the beach every day and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We will be so sad to leave! The food was exceptional and catered to all diets - the vegan food was amazing! We would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely come back. Thank you so much!

This is my second time at WA, I was choosing between several hotels and happy to be back here after the covid “era”. WA this time is even better (last time it was nearly perfect). I am thankful for the caring attitude of the staff. Room was spacious for the three of us and clean. Variety and amount of food is risky if you are on a diet ;). Beach and the sea were lovely. Personal THANK YOU to the team on the beach — Sheran and Dinesh — who made our vacations exceptional. We plan to come back :))) The only “cons” for those who like a lively neighborhood: hotel is located far enough from the center, it is a 15-20 minute ride from entering the Palm. Though I like the area

We had a business conference here in the ballroom hall. The breakfast and snacks options are great with wide range of pastries, cocktail sandwiches, fresh juices, cut fruits, teas and coffee selections. The staffs are very courteous and attentive.

This was our 13th wedding anniversary date. We had a nice spa treatment and then got day access to the beach and pool. Above all was the friendly experience provided by Dinesh Thomas and Foley. They were just stars in the sky that made our day bright and full of magic. Thank you to all of them and the rest of the staff of the spa and pool area. We’ve lived in Dubai for 10yrs and don’t often (if at all) find experiences like this. Well done to everyone and thank you for making our day very pleasant! Hope to see you again!!!

Stayed at Waldorf Astoria in Palm Jumeirah with my wife and we had a great time there. The service was really remarkable. Service was exceptional everywhere in Dubai but specially at this hotel! From the moment we were greeted by valet to the moment we got into our room the staff was absolutely great! The room was really clean and very spacious and had a really great view of the Palm Jumeirah. Not a lot of hotels have comfortable beds but this room had one of the most comfortable beds to sleep in. Our housekeeper, Jane, was very sweet and left us really nice notes and made different animals with the towels which was really cool! Thank you for making our stay here really great and comfortable!

Had a very lovely beach day, the sun beds have mattress’ and are so comfortable and you get nice big soft towels and cold water on arrival ☀️ Ojo, Dennis and Lawrence were very attentive and kind. I had a Margarita Pizza at my sun bed which was delicious! I could pay by card at the sun bed too. A very good size portion and it tasted fresh from a stoned baked oven. I will be back soon!

Great place. Incredible staff! We had an amazing stay. We also were treated so nicely and were given an upgrade for a better room. We also had the pleasure to be served by Waruna who was one of the servers in the buffet restaurant. He is the absolute best! Made our time there even more special!

We loved our stay at the Waldorf Astoria Dubai. The food and everything else was great. We would like to give recognition to a team member Joshua who works in the kids club and we noticed he does so much more for other people. He was so kind and treated everyone so well. We loved our stay and the kids in our family had so much fun. They played video games, air hockey and so much more with him. I hope he gets the recognition he deserves as he does so much to make this hotel a better place.

Spend the day outdoors at the beach and pool. Dennis and Joseph provided exceptional service and were very hospitable. We also enjoyed a 90 minute massage at the spa. It was wonderful. Wonderful Saturday brunch, pool & beach day! We enjoyed awesome lunch with great food from all Astoria restaurants at one place, delicious and beautifully presented variety of food! You have a Gault&Millau rated restaurant at the brunch with delicious ravioli! We loved the beach, the fly board experience together with the amazing sunsets views and food!

Spent the late afternoon at Sunset 55. Great weather, amazing sunset, beautiful setting. Kids had lots of fun and service staff were attentive and professional. Shout out to Thomas, Jon, Darshan, Ola - keep up the good work!

I went for private dinner at Sunset55 with my company. They came all the way from Thailand. They’re so amazed with the hotel, the sea-views, staffs, food, and service. Everything is beyond expectations. We had dinner at Sunset55 by the beach. It’s full moon so the view was just amazingly beautiful. The food are delicious. Thanks to the DJ that she joined us at the dance floor. It’s one of the best dinner I had so far in Dubai. Highly recommend everyone.

We live in Dubai, and although we have our pick of beautiful world class hotels, we find ourselves being drawn back to the Waldorf on the Palm time and time again. The setting is beautiful, the food is first class and the pool area is perfect for our family. But it’s the staff that sets this place apart, particularly Borzo and the rest of the team around the pool area. Very, very happy customers!

Yesterday I visited Waldorf Astoria and I had a great experience. Everything was good including the menu for me as an African man. Chef Tarun and Chef Jyothish your food was so delicious the burger was exquisite 😋. Bartender Leonard thank you so much for the drinks that were 100% taste. The pool restaurant is a must-visit! I was blown away by the truffle fries - they're perfectly crispy and loaded with truffle flavor, making them an absolute indulgence. But the real standout dish for me was the calamari rings - they're some of the best I've ever had. Tender and perfectly seasoned, they're a true delight. But even beyond the food, the atmosphere is just incredible. Dining by the pool on a sunny day is pure magic, and the staff is always friendly and attentive.

Great family and friends holiday break at the WA - breakfast was amazing - especially loved the crepes and french toasts. fruit bar and variety of salads. Beach and the team there were great, water provided, beach towels and parasols always available and clean. Restaurant by the pool - great food, and also service. My kids loved it, and felt safe at all times. Some of the reception team - wish they listened and try to be flexible. We wish they were as friendly as the rest of the WA team. Thank-you esp. to the house-keeping and breakfast team, you made our holiday super enjoyable!

We spent the day are the pool and beach today at the Waldorf Astoria and it was awesome! the perfect daycation! There is an adults only pool which we really enjoyed a lot. Everyone with kids can use the other,larger pool which is also lovely. Thank you to our waiter Thomas for outstanding service! It was worth every cent to come here for a day!

Great hotel, lovely rooms and bathroom. Staff where friendly and helpful. Great for families but watch the pool side when wet, it's extremely slippery for adults let alone children. All I all very happy with our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel

The service at the breakfast and around the pools and breakfast are great, but the reception is below standard. We extended our stay with two days, only to find out after returning from a sauna that the doors of our room was locked. Reception could not help us until outstanding diner payment was made. After explaining that people do not bring wallets or mobiles to their sauna apparently did not make an impact. For many hours i could not enter my room. This was a very very unpleasant and unfair experience in an otherwise great week. Rooms are OK, not excellent.

We spent an afternoon here at the pool and were able to get loungers, towels and bottle water quickly (and every set of loungers had its own umbrella). Food and drinks were good/fresh too and didn’t take too long to arrive. Beach was very close and convenient. Overall we had a relaxing time at the pool. Also shout out to Dennis and Thomas for great service!

A fantastic hotel with a dedicated and very attentive staff. From the beach support team to the room and reception team, everyone was extremely helpful. 5 stars also for the sensitivity with which they decorated the room with animals and a little cake for my son's 11th birthday. Excellent food as well as cleanliness all over the hotel. We stayed in a suite and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this hotel for both couples and families. The kids loved it and so did we. A bit far from everything and the island has one exit and one entrance which makes it hard to get to the hotel considering the congested traffic but once you pass all that, the area the hotel is in is real quiet. The property is perfect and the staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet is a must I suggest considering it since there isn't much restaurants around in the island. The pool food is limited but it's real good as well. Overall will def reconsider staying here for a quite relaxing vacation.

Excellent service in the spa! Very professional staffs specially Alyssa from the reception who is very charming and very polite. She was so patient with me and answered all questions in details. Alas! The massage was the best decision we did. My mom loved the massage and our therapist Mira and Joy have the most heavenly touch! Thank so much guys for the amazing experience! Can’t wait for another spa day for me and my mom. Ps. They left us a very nice hand written note which is a nice gesture and i think its cute and unique

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in, every single member of staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Not a single issue with the room, I was fortunate and got a room with a wrap around balcony, views of Burj Al Arab, Dubai Marina and the Atlantis. The service and housekeeping was top notch. Lovely private beach and excellent service. Water activities available at a extra cost but very convenient being at the hotel. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment we arrived the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely clean with beautiful ambiance, fresh flowers, fantastic restaurants. The beach is great with staff ready to set you up with towels, beds and umbrellas. We used the in room dining, breakfast buffet and lunch at the beach/pool. It was always fresh and easy to receive with fantastic service. All and all we were very happy with everything.

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, from the moment we parked outside the hotel on arrival, the car and suitcases taken so we can start our holiday and relax. Credit to all the staff from everyone on reception, spa, waiters/ chefs, pool staff, kids club, to room service. Everyone is always smiling, making you feel welcome no matter how busy they are. They really do go that extra mile to make you feel so so special, a great personal touch! Jane our house keeper was exceptional at ensuring the room was always smelling fresh and kept super clean. Incredible place to stay while in Dubai. Location is great, the beach and the view are so nice & close. the staff are so nice and helpful! on the last day we asked to check out late (17:00) . however our room has been sold already but the staff at the reception offered us a different room where we could stay as long as we need, free of charge! they transferred our Suitcases. Breakfast was great. Rooms are s big and clean (very very clean!), bed is large and comfortable. We loved this place!!

Have just come back from an amazing 4 night trip at the WA on the Palm. What a fabulous hotel ! The service was excellent from start to finish. The entire WA team go out of their way to make your stay perfect ! My partner and I had some wonderful chats with a few members of the staff and unfortunately I didn't get all their names. Thomas at the adult pool was fabulous and had impeccable customer service skills. It was a joy to spend our trip at this hotel and can't wait to return. Thanks to the WA team !

The hotel was truly awesome. The staff were amazing and made us feel so welcome. I have given 3 stars for location because, if you wish to just stay at the resort and enjoy the facilities, I would gone it 5 stars but for those like me who like to explore, it was a challenge to give off the Palm. Best spa in Dubai! The staffs are professional and very welcoming. Alyssa and Patricia who booked us is professional and polite. Follow their recommendations you will not regret. And the highlight that i will not forget is the massage given by joy. Shes amazing! Look for her! Must place to visit!

Great place for a family stay. We stayed in August so rates were so good for the value we received. Also word of advise 1) Awesome deals through American Express travel and even better for platinum members 2) In case you happen you happen to experience any issues/inconvenience during your stay, I would recommend speaking directly to the hotel management. They are approachable and really great! For example I had an issue so I spoke directly (and politely) to the manager on duty i.e. Mr Samey Alzaafrany. I was so amazed at how he went above and beyond to solve my problem and made sure I am happy with the experience.

Had a great time staying at the Palm, it was a short stay but we made the most out of it. Mr. Nadeem was so courteous. He went out of his way to help us and always had a smile on his face. Thank you to Mr. Ryan as well for being so attentive. Overall it was a pleasant experience and the people there made it much more pleasant.

We arrived early morning before check-in time but they still happily checked us in without a problem as well as provided us with a room upgrade. How awesome is that?! I have stayed at Waldorf Astoria in different locations around the world, and I have to say that their service never disappoints. It is just impeccable!!! The hotel is very nice and beautiful. The views are amazing. The room is excellent. Indeed there was some unpleasant smell in the room, but I’ve asked to change it and they kindly helped me. A little choice of food in the main restaurant. Sometimes very specific dishes. With kids a little bit difficult in this case. The pool is very nice. The main pool is enough deep. The beach is also nice. The sea is good, clean enough. But the bottom of the see is in some kind of mud. Don’t understand why there are no reviews about this thing. I had a problem, but kind attention from the management could solve it in some way.

Right from the time we arrived into the Hotel, we were greeted warmly. Check in was handled quickly and professionally. We had an amazing sea facing room for two nights and our entire stay was lovely!!! F&B staff are courteous and polite. Housekeeping dept. super efficient.Oh yes! The SPA is awesome!!!! Overall, I think you have a great team that ensure every guest is treated special, in a beautiful, luxurious hotel. Keep up the high standard!!!

We have travelled the world, but Waldorf Palm Jumeirah remains one of our favorite hotels. We have stayed here multiple times over the last 5 years, with guaranteed luxury and excellent service. The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with a brilliantly large heated pool, with different levels for the kids to play on. The service here is excellent and very friendly, attentive and genuine. The suites are large, well furnished and come with lots of little touches. Breakfast here is exceptional.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting the private beach at Waldorf, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. This beach is a perfect blend to all preferences. The food and drinks are delicious. Moreover, the staff at Waldorf’s beach were exceptional. I must highlight the outstanding service provided by Denis, Kumar, and Nadick. They were very friendly and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met.
