Stunning place We stayed for one week, everything was amazing Super recommend Beautiful hotel with a great location on the sea. Great service and hotel cleanliness. The reception makes you feel that you are really in the Emirates when they receive you with sweets and tea. The cleanliness is great in the rooms. The kids club is the most special thing to a family here. Because kids are always in the kids club. The entertainment team does a great job. Thanks Rixos 🙏

The hotel and complex is amazing. The rooms are well appointed with a comfortable bed, loads of towels and decent quality toiletries. Plenty of bars and places to eat. Quality of food and drink is amazing. Service is amazing with nothing too much trouble. Location at the end of the Palms gives good views across the estuary and the beach is clean with plenty of sunbeds and shading umbrellas.

Can't fault the place. For an all inclusive the food and drinks are excellent as are the staff who are very friendly and attentive. The food and service in the restaurants is excellent and the drinks selection is great, lots of cocktails to choose from and a good selection of premium spirits and multiple beers. The place is spotlessly clean and even our basic room was large with both a bath and shower. The beach area was clean and there was good service on the beach and by the pool. It's located at the far end of the palm so a bit of a distance to get off the palm but decent views and with the typical Dubai weather it's a great location for a break in the sun.

A very nice hotel. We had a lovely room with a sea view, the bed was very comfortable and there were lots of nice amenities in the room including a huge bath. The food is good and the drinks selection is very good. We particularly enjoyed our visits to the steak and fish restaurant. There is also a lovely patisserie serving delicious coffee and beautiful cakes. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t travel with children but this place is perfect for them, lots to do and they are well catered for. I had a massage in the spa which was excellent

I stayed at hotel early June. As someone who works full time on shifts, six days the place was exactly what I needed. From the moment of my arrival I was welcomed with immeasurable hospitality by the staff and experienced no delay in getting comfortable. From the general state of the hotel itself to the catering options and recreational activities had so much to offer. I was very impressed with how training with Mariana affected me. Her attitude is personal with precision and attention to each person. In addition to toning my body with an individual program specially prepared for me, she charged me with her positive energy. I dare say that this is the first time I have come across such a dedicated and professional trainer! It is by far one of my favourite spots of the country and a clear representation of the hospitality the country can offer. Suffice to say, I’m really looking forward to my next visit to the hotel.

The resort is consistently exceeeding my expectations! Steakhouse is superb in service with Katherine attending to us she did not only introduced the dishes but made smart suggestions as well, and took time to take last minute requests! Such an asset to any fine dining restaurant. Will come back to this outlet and hoping to meet bubbly and service -oriented attendant. Food is amazing! And clearly exceptional!

We had such a great experience. The staff is incredible, so nice and so sweet to our kids. You were perfect. We loved the food. The rooms were clean. We had a room that might need a little update. Some damage on the floor and walls, a rubber strip at the window that was a bit loose. Minor stuff, did not affect the stay for us but would have made it a 10

Great overall vacation, food was good and quite varied. Great service overall. A few things that I can mention a bit annoying , one is that pool closes almost one hour earlier then scheduled, and there's always someone asking for your room number during breakfast, lunch, dinner - absolutely unnecessary from my perspective. Strange enough you cannot have drinks on the left side of the pool (5 meters away), however you have it on the right side - anyway some rules generally make no sense. Also we choose not to have our room cleaned every day, but once every 2 days - the housekeeping is basically calling every day to clean the room and leave notes that they could not clean the room. We had a good time with the Exclusive sports club time, they kept us quite active during the vacation with various exercise routines (yoga, cross-fit, water sports).

We visited Rixos The Palm Dubai and I must say what a sensational time we had during our stay. The food is amazing, the pool and facilities were outstanding. Special thanks to all the staff members for making our stay memorable. Our young ones particularly enjoyed the Rixy Club they can't stop talking about how they enjoyed all the activities and games, it was really the highlight of their stay. Can't wait to come back!

No words can describe how amazing this place is you need to come see for yourselves. There is absolutely nothing anyone could possibly complain about. The staff are so friendly and helpful they will do anything for you to make your stay the very best. Nelson the pool waiter WOW he’s at your service throughout the day waiting on you hand and foot nothing is too much trouble for him great guy! Keep up the hard work Nelson. The food is unbelievable! I had such a wonderful experience at Rixos. Starting from the check in, the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The suite was very nice and clean with such a great view. Every single stuff from the valet to check out were delightful and eager to help. The facilities were amazing you don’t need to get out of the hotel you have everything you need inside the hotel. It has an advanced gym that I have seen in a hotel. It is suitable for every family member even the kids. I strongly recommend that you try it.

We have had a wonderful stay at the Rixos! Firstly, Perera from house keeping has been OUTSTANDING and has looked after us perfectly - A true credit to the hotel! Our room has been exceptional every time we returned at the end of each day, with rose petals and flowers, we couldn’t have asked for more and an extra special effort was made for a birthday we celebrated during our stay - Thank you so much! I also need to mention Frederick at the pool bar - He has been AMAZING and has ensured we have been topped up with lovely drinks throughout the day! Amazing experience at this resort. The service provided by your staff is your biggest asset. This was our second visit and even by acknowledging this was a nice touch. Sarah and Chrissy from the patisserie were brilliant and offered a personalised touch. Service with a smile!

We loved our service from Nelson from the fruit bar. He is funny, attentive and remembers all our conversations. We were well taken care off as were so many around us. He was always looking out for the children, remembered their name and took his time to explain and made it a special memory. Thank you Nelson, future Nigerian President, you rock!

Staff were fantastic and did make the holiday a special experience. They couldn't do enough for you and worked very hard but were also consistently conscientious and positive. From the staff who helped with the bags, those that worked relentlessly in the heat around the bar and pool area, and in helpful staff in the restaurants. Cleaning staff were also excellent. Facilities are very good and the addition of Bar 1 is positive because otherwise a little quiet in the evening. Food was great in the buffet and the a la carte. Overall, will definitely look to come back and sad to be going home after 2 weeks.

We love the Kids Club!! Lots of Cool Activities! (painting on a board, art in painting with ink and water, lots of games, Cinema, activities in the children's pool with lots of dancing! Children don't even want to stay with their parents, they prefer to stay in the Kids Area, it's so much fun! The teachers are very Sweet and Attentive with the children!I feel very calm about leaving him, because I know he is well taken care of. thank you very much to all !

Absolutely amazing stay at Rixos Palm the quality of the hotel , staff, food and amenities are outstanding will definitely be returning. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and the extra special touch of a birthday cake and cake platter was a lovely surprise. The food selection is fantastic - steak house is a must visit although be prepared for the size of the burger !! The staff are amazing and work so hard to keep everyone happy and remember where you like to sit and drinks you prefer even down to iced water at your sun beds. Amazing coffee shop with take out cakes and sandwiches after a day at the pool too. Overall a fantastic hotel with an even more amazing team working so hard to keep guests happy that made out holiday amazing

Amazing hotel with everything you could ever need. Nelson at the hotel has been beyond exceptional in his service during our stay. He made sure we had everything we needed and was smiley and friendly. Cappuccino Onah gave a great service at the bar, always friendly with our children ordering from him and made us feel so welcome.

Just wow. Staff are fantastic, much more relaxed than The Atlantis. All inclusive was great for us as a family with food/drinks very good standard. Would be equally as good for couples. Ready to book the next stay here before we finish this one! Would like to thank all of the staff for making our stay amazing…too many names to mention!

We received great service throughout our stay. The staff work so hard right across every role at the hotel. Food and drink selection was great. Pool and beach area was beautiful. We just got back from a week at Rixos The Palm, having previously stayed in other properties and visited Dubai many times. Rixos was amazing, from the food, suite and activities/facilities, it was always top class. The most amazing thing, and the best we have had at any Dubai resort, was the service. From Daniel at check-in to the front lobby staff, baggage helpers, the poolside staff (amazingly friendly and attentive) and all the restaurant waiters and servers - you expect the quality of food etc to be a certain level at all 5* resorts, the differentiator is the service - and Rixos was simply the best. Thanks for a wonderful stay we will return.

Lovely hotel and friendly staff. So helpfully and very attentive. Nothing is to much for them they go the extra mile to cater for your every need. The lobby is delightful and the drinks are superb. The special cocktails are amazing. Big round of applause to all the staff for making it such a pleasurable stay. Would highly recommend.

Second time staying at Rixos and it was perfect. The staff are all so welcoming and friendly. They're very attentive and provide a lovely experience. The food and cocktails are lovely. Nice pool and pool bar. I'd definitely come back! Highly recommend. 10/10.

Brilliant Hotel Just came back from a 10 night stay (our second visit) with our three boys. I can’t recommend this hotel any more. The hotel location with its stunning views of Dubai are fantastic and a sea view room on a high floor is a must. Food, facilities and all staff were great. Special mention to Moses in the main buffet restaurant and Sarah in the coffee shop who were so kind to our boys, super friendly and were really good at their jobs. For the second year running, Yasin the main manager was the stand out member of staff who went the extra mile to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. He went the extra mile to make sure our 6 month old baby was comfortable in the heat and all his effort was greatly appreciated. Another great visit and would definitely return as well as recommend without hesitation.

We love this hotel even though some of the rooms are a little tired. The staff make this place and cannot do enough for you or be more kind and friendly. The hotel is immaculate & the food is varied and very good. The drinks are branded and you can have whatever you want, whenever you want. The kids club & staff are great & the children love it. The beach & pools are perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Amazing hotel. The people who work there are lovely, so friendly to our children. Drinks were great. We loved sitting at the lobby bar in the evening for a drink. Naresh served us and provided great service. Would really recommend the hotel for families. The kids pool was so good for our toddler.

Amazing place and the service and staff are literally ‘next level’. Great value for money and the kids loved it too The Main pool bar needs tidying up and also more staff to run it…simply they are over run and look hacked off most of the time which isn’t what you want to see on holiday. We had issues with our AC too either too cold or too warm and this wasn’t resolved during our 12 night stay…paying for an expensive King suite you would not expect this although they tried hard to fix it I think it’s just old technology that cannot easily be fixed it needs replacing and updating Some areas of the hotel need updating but I think it’s around 13/14 years old now so it is what it is but otherwise it’s an amazing place and location / quality / friendliness of all staff / service / amenities etc are excellent and we will be coming back for sure I agree with another guest we don’t need to be asked for room numbers every five minutes it’s a little tedious…

Lovely place to stay with the family with small children. The kitchen is perfect, you can feed even infants and toddlers. For older kids there is club where they can spend the whole day without parent advisory and it is safe. A lot of pools, clean sea line, availability of seabed will do your day. A lot of amusements in the hotel for adults too. Special thanks to Bodrum bar and newly opened Bar1. Lovely views and lovely personnel. As well as performers and singers in all hotel venues. And all the hotel staff is very friendly and do their best to suit your needs! Thank you all of you! You’ve done our days! ;)

Gorgeous hotel, with a special mention to the Nargile Lounge and the staff there. The barman is amazing at making cocktails and the waiters are so friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend this hotel and bar. Top shelf Cuban cigar was excellent. Multiply cigars to choose from. Brilliant service

Nelson from the Breeze bar made our holiday! What a lovely man, so attentive and happy all the time, nothing was ever too much. He made our daughter special drinks every day which she loved, fabulous coffees for me and constantly Topping up my husbands drinks. What a lovely man and a great asset to Rixos hotels.

Kids club was very good, kids did a lot of activities like pizza making, cookie making and staff are very attentive, fun to be around. Food was impeccable, very high standards, I would personally like to thank chefs Ahmed and Mehmet, who kindly took care of my dietary requirements daily, so that I could have a stress-free holiday. The staff overall are very friendly and efficient, even the ladies who greet you at the buffet area. I cannot fault the service. The rooms are very spacious. Overall an excellent hotel, very high standards.

We booked our stay at the Rixos for one week and we extended it for two weeks because our experience was very beautiful. Our little Boy enjoyed the Rixy Club and all its funny activities. This is a paradise for families. All the Staff is very polite, friendly and helpful. I remember with much pleasure Mrs. Elizabeth at the Patisserie, the cakes corner near the elevator. She is an exquisite person with a kind attitude towards the guests. It was very nice getting her greetings each day. Excellent stay. Thank you Rixos.

We enjoyed our stay in the Rixos with Ultra all Inclusive. The dessert also very good .The staff is very friendly. The rooms are large, but to be honest we never had the feeling of a 5 star hotel with ultra all inclusive. Thank you so much for the wonderful services

The all inclusive experience is what makes RIXOS hotel the palm the hotel to come back for. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and I could say that we had so much fun. It was truly an amazing experience. The staff are accommodating, very friendly with heartwarming smiles on their faces even though I can see that they are overwhelmed already with workloads. The COVID pandemic DID NOT AFFECT our wonderful experience with the hotel and for that we are grateful. Special shout out to Ms Adora and Mohd. Alkhatib.

Incredible!!! Have just come back from a week at Rixos and I would give it 10 stars 🌟 if I could! So great for adults and families, the all inclusive is great! The food is delicious! The rooms are beautiful, the grounds are so well kept and if you have kids is amazing, they have so many facilities for little ones!!! Seriously great!!! Can't wait to go back next year!!!!!

Tonight is our last night, if we could extend our stay at Rixos the palm we would, it has been a wonderful stay. I want to say thank you to all the staff at the hotel they was all great and a special thank you to Musafill, our room attendant (hopefully the name is spelt correct! ) he was very kind and attentive. On two occasions he he went out of his way to create a special moments with towel creations and rose petals! It was incredible. Also, a big thank you to the day reception team who changed our room - it made the holiday! The views, beach, pools, hotel are just beautiful. We will most certainly be back.

Only visited the spa, amazing treatment from Julia 5/5! Facilities themselves could be expanded (only three male changing rooms) and cleaned more frequently. Would definitely come back for another massage and hammam after busy day at the beach.

One of my favorite hotels in Dubai! This resort has an excellent mix for adults and families, a very beautiful pool and garden area where you can enjoy and relax the entire day. The service is outstanding and the kids loved the entertainment at the kids club.

The hotel was great! Food, swimming pools, the rooms and the kids club with activities was great! We had a family photo shoot at the hotel on the beach too. Due to the weather and temperature, the make ups and hairs got messed up at the beach. Asma, the lady at the photography, understood our concerns and did amazing job in retouching and edition of our photos. They came out natural and beautiful. She was very helpful and did help us to take a great memory with us home. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Great hotel. The service is absolutely unique. Every wish is fulfilled. Even the wishes that you yourself did not even know. Restaurants are also very good. The rooms are also good. Especially recommended are the fantastic suites in the suite building. What can we say? All around perfect!

We express our gratitude to the staff of the hotel. I would like to note that all the staff are polite and friendly to the guests, so an atmosphere of good rest and good mood was created. Everything was great: room, food, beach, pools, room cleaning, mini bar, as well as activities by the pool, which were held by Anna and Furkan. It was a very busy day on a long weekend in Dubai, and we were able to get 4 day passes to this hotel and resort, so from that point of view it was tremendous! The setting is lovely, with the beach and pool right there. The food was quite good for an all inclusive and the drink was also passable, again for an all inclusive resort. We had a great time, and I would recommend a visit there, as it's a great view and location and it's on the palm. My one down side is that the service in the beach bar restaurant was almost non existent. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but we left and went to the main restaurant.

Rixos The Palm is an amazing place to have a holiday. Beautiful beach with stunning views, 2 swimming pools, Ultra all inclusive, gym with free classes, kids club with activities every hour - what else to ask for?! Staff is so helpful and working very hard to make every guest feel welcome. The highlight of my holiday were Anna’s classes of gravity yoga, sunset yoga and Pilates! First 2 gravity yoga classes I was on my own so got an experience of a private class of gravity yoga! It was amazing! Thank you to Anna and all the staff at Rixos The Palm, I had an amazing time and will happily book another holiday with you!

Excellent all around. Staff were attentive and professional. From reception to guest services to the staff in the restaurant. A special mention to Sarah, Loraine and Rose who were outstanding at the Patisserie Istanbul and so helpful and caring. The staff at the breeze pool bar were great. Our room was impeccably cleaned daily and the room mini bar well stocked. Staff couldn’t do enough to help and were eager to assist. Great shuttle service to the Mall of Emirates. No fuss. Great holiday. Great hotel. The all inclusive was a huge bonus!!

We had a senior one bedroom suite which was enormous with three balconies. We were lucky to have a corner suite. They are ready for a bit of a refresh here and there due to wear and tear, but hugely spacious. Note that you don’t get a cabana included with a one bed, only 2 bed upwards. The hotel is located at the end of the palm, so quite a way to get anywhere but cabs are cheap and the hotel has a car service which was really good. They waited for us whilst we shopped etc I am not a big gym goer, but Furkan took the yoga class and was fantastic and so encouraging that I went most mornings at 9am. The highlight of the hotel is the staff. They cannot do enough to make the stay fantastic and give you everything you require. The staff are world class. The restaurants are lovely and diverse. Pool area is wonderful with swim up bar and fun vibe. There are quieter pools if you prefer. Abadul from house keeping was excellent and everyday left beautiful rose petals on the bed and left the room and bathroom spotless. The only comment I would make is that there could be an effort to be more sustainable and reduce plastic and food waste and laundry doesn’t need to be daily for sheet changes

Our stay at Rixos Hotel was an outstanding experience filled with attention to detail for guest comfort. The room was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The staff, notably our guest relation agent Maria, were extremely courteous and responsive. The pools were immaculately maintained and the hotel's top-notch SPA complex ensured our relaxation. We are eager to return and enjoy this superb holiday experience again. Highly recommended for those who value high service standards and an excellent vacation.

Amazing hotel, very clean, wonderful employees and they are everywhere... the resort is absolutely 5 stars. The food is delicious and cocktails are great. The hotel doesn't feel crowded and overwhelming. The rooms are big and they clean the rooms twice a day! Not that we needed. The kids club are super friendly and absolutely adored by the kids. Every single thing is catered for and you feel relaxed and pampered. Will definitely return and definitely recommend to anyone who wants a family or relaxing holiday. We're loving it right now.

As always, a great holiday in the spa center. A pleasant atmosphere with aromatherapy. I liked the spa treatments and various massages. different saunas and hammams gave a special feeling. Mint-scented steam room, massage rooms, excellent swimming pool, very good staff.all suitable for a healthy holiday. It is also an ideal Center for family holidays. Also good massage services. Service there are comfortable places for a high level of relaxation. Pleasant music plays to the ear. With his aesthetics, he gave me peace of mind.🤩

I am very satisfied to have frequented this wonderful hotel during these vacation periods. I was taking a few fitness classes as part of the exclusive sports club. It was so good we felt comfortable and the classes were on top. The instructor Cheikh was open, adorable, kind and he spent too much energy for the proper functioning of these courses in addition he was humble. Really I recommend it.

Came to the Rixos for a girls trip for 5 days and we couldn’t of had a better experience, the service was outstanding and nothing was too much trouble. It is at the very end of the palm so if you want to venture into town it’s around 30 minutes but this wasn’t a problem at all. We had the family suite which was perfect and beds were very comfortable. Very relaxed atmosphere, great cocktails and good food for an all inclusive. Would definitely recommend!

I've spent my weekend afternoon with my friends. We enjoyed it a lot. Food was just awesome. The beach is very nice. I loved the staff serving us things constantly 😊❤️ But if you want to spend a calm beach day, just avoid the pool area:)

While on holiday at this fabulous hotel with my wife I found myself taking a couple of fun fitness classes as part of the exclusive sports club. On the first day it was aqua boxing then an aqua jump class. The instructor Shah was brilliant, he was energetic, encouraging and made the classes a lot of fun. Perfect when you’re on holiday and don’t want to push yourself too hard. Would highly recommend.

We stayed at The Rixos on the Palm end of January 2024. The weather was perfect for us and our little 3 month old baby girl. The location is right on the top edge of the palm so therefore it’s super private with its own long beach, 4 pools (1 adult only, 2 kid friendly non-alcoholic and 1 with a swim up bar). The hotel in general is very quiet and relaxing. There is a separate kids club and pool, which looks a lot of fun for the kids and attentive staff. For us we chose the quiet pool near the seafood restaurant and a stand out for us was a secluded little section at the back (photo attached) and one of the staff members Nelson. We saw Nelson each day and he was very attentive, making sure we had plenty of refreshments and bringing a great energy and friendly personality. The staff definitely elevate the experience. The only room for improvement is in the hotel rooms themselves. They’re clean and well attended but could do with a revamp just to keep up with the rest of the hotel.

Had a lovely stay for 6 days in January. The location is stunning! The hotel facilities are top class. I really liked the gym and leisure facilities. The food was out of this world, I much preferred the turquoise restaurant for lunch as it was much quieter. The staff are first class, really helpful and always take the time to have a conversation. The only downsides were: 1. The hotel room was quite dated. The rooms are in need of a deep clean and modernising. 2. The disused beach club outside. If it was open it would have been a fantastic addition. Overall a great experience, would definitely visit again when the hotel gets a refurbishment.
