An excellent hotel with beautiful Ottoman architecture throughout. We stayed 10 nights in a Superior Family room got a free upgrade overlooking the sea and the swimming pool. The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable, the bathroom was a good size with branded toiletries. All the staff from the reception right through to the Concierge and the room cleaners were very friendly, helpful and professional. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food for everyone. The spa was excellent we went there 6 times. Had a great holiday will definitely come back again. Thank-you to all the staff at the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray for a great holiday.

The place was great The most remarkable thing I loved about this place ! The staff ! They are all friendly ! Nice and helpful in every possible way! We stayed there for few days ! The first day we got our room at 1:30 am! The pool area are very very decent size ! The kids loved it The beach is very sunny- hot However! You will be surprised as I did ! When the beach closed with sunset and the pool closed at 8:00 pm! Didn't like that especially that day time it was very hot and swimming at night will be nice and cooler. I wanted to add the breakfast but didn't like the offer - they should work on providing the breakfast with cheaper price or different levels/ access I liked the view - liked the daily water and open request water. The room size was good We found a hair in the bathroom so we didn't use the top! Otherwise ! It was great place and holiday we spent there ! The breakfast - the cleanliness needs more attention

Great hotel but I wouldn’t call it a 5 star resort because the location is far from down town and it’s on the edge of the palm the swimming pool is very busy. The breakfast is average for the price of this hotel but there are cues at the breakfast. The service is amazing, I didn’t quite like the design of the rooms but the bathroom was amazing. The beach was very rocky almost cut my foot when I went to to the beach. Overall amazing hotel nice view but if you are looking for a resort and going in and out of the hotel it isn’t the best for the price.

Staff service at the front desk, breakfast and housekeeping was just superb. Polite, humble , quite sociable and kind. The female staff at the Spa and the buffet breakfast were quite a treat, beautiful and fun to chat with. Onsite parking available and a selection of restaurants. Room service for dining was also impeccable and delightful 🙂. Bad points, quite minor though I absolutely hated guest smoking on the beach ⛱️. No camomile tea in the room or comb during my stay. I was told it was a special request. Not sure why, but anyway the enjoyment of sitting by the sea enjoying the peace and quiet during the early hours of the morning and sunset was just incredible.

Absolutely beautiful. Visited October 23 and the hotel, service and food (with so many choices and restaurants) was simply amazing. The staff were outstanding and so very polite, helpful and attentive. The hotel itself, what can I say except WOW in every sense. The location was perfect. The views you can see. The Spa was simply outstanding. We will be going again and to the same place. Thank you

Beautiful hotel, with big and comfortable rooms. It has direct access to the beach and has a nice swimming pool. The spa is amazing and free to use. The breakfast is one of the best that I have tried, and I strongly recommend eating at the Lebanese restaurant, as the food is delicious. It is a pity that we stayed only for 3 days. We will definitely go back there in our next holiday in Dubai.

I recently spent my 40th birthday with friends and family at this beautiful Hotel & Resort. We spent a week in one of their 4 bedroom Villas. It was AMAZING. Each room had it's own restroom and there was a private swim up pool that only the villas had access too. The restaurants were 5 star everything was fresh and delicious. The staff was wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We will definitely be back.

I'm pretty sure this is the best hotel I've stayed in in my 30 years of travel. The room was large and beautiful with a Turkish theme and enormous stone bath The staff were super attentive and polite. The food was delicious and the club lounge very cosy. The location was perfect at the end of the Palm so also very quiet.

Very luxurious and welcoming. All the staff are friendly and helpful. You can get a taxi so easily at reasonable prices and food delivery too. It's a family friendly place with lots for children of all ages to do. Grown ups are well catered and entertained for. All sorts of device chargers available in room.

The moment I entered the hotel until the time I left I was really impressed by the beauty of this place. The lobby is so beautiful, rooms are big and very clean, facilities are nice, there is place for kids as well. Good food and perfect service. Highly recommended place to stay in Dubai❤️

What can I say. Zabeel Saray has won my heart. The rooms the view the spa to the service 100% and well worth the stay. It's absolutely beautiful from inside and out. All staff here are extremely polite, helpful and always at your service. The only downfall here it's a ride away from all other amenities and shops and hotels. They definitely need a shuttle service to take you to the near by hotels on the palm. Which is a must investment they need to arrange. Other than that it's worth it xx

I really enjoyed my stay. The employees are all very friendly and courteous - they leave nothing to be desired. There are many options from spa to water sports and the in-house restaurants are highly recommended. Rajkumar's service deserves a special mention. He gave me great tips and is a extremely kind person. The private beach is clean and there are always enough loungers available. When I come back to Dubai, I will definitely book this hotel again. Just arrived but an outstanding welcome. Staff are very friendly. We visited the spa and enjoyed a massage. Definitely worth going there first to relax yourself in to a great break here. Still lots of building work going on outside the hotel but far enough away not to bother you. Dubai in general is a great place if you are a crane spotter. I'm sure the stay here will be fantastic.

We often stay or dine at Jumeirah properties and had a recent 2 night stay here. All staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. Some also went above and beyond with their service. The Valentines buffet food was out of this world, however, on other evenings the buffet wasn't as good. There is a fantastic selection of food at breakfast. I'd recommend going at around 8am when it is quiet. The lifeguards are very observant and friendly, keeping everyone safe. The pool area was busy during our stay but we did manage to get a bed each time by the pool as we got up early. The pool side menu could do with a larger selection of options, especially on a Saturday when Zenzi is closed for brunch.

By far my favorite pools in Dubai especially for kids. I love the small water park they have. My only concern was safety they didn’t check height for using slide. But the staff was present watching kids and lifeguards were present and friendly. Food is amazing. Definitely worth it to stay here if you have kids.

I would recommend to stay at that hotel because it has great facilities for the rate. The spa is fantastic and I enjoyed the massages. The food you can order to the room was very good and it was easy to order anything even off menu via what’s app. The service is friendly and very attentive but the hotel was so busy that I didn’t enjoy the breakfast room atmosphere at all. It s very noisy a lot of people and there’s not enough stuff to handle all of that. The rooms are nice the big bathtub is a highlight and the beds were comfortable but they are in serious need of a renovation it was not well maintained. I spent my birthday day there and unfortunately at was the least personal experience I ever had for my birthday. No complimentary or cake just a chocolate and unsigned Birthday card. That was quite sad and underwhelming. So I wouldn’t come there for my special day again.

I visited this wonderful place two days ago for a spa and to be honest l really had a great and unforgettable experience! Such a peaceful and quiet place. The staffs and ottoman spa were so friendly from the reception!, and The food was amazing, had a very relaxing massage by Krista! She was so friendly, and knows what she was doing! I will highly recommend her and Definitely coming back for another massage.

Had a fantastic time at the Zabeel, it surpassed our expectations. Id recommend the upgrade to a club room as it was great value. Earl who runs the club has a great personality (and memory) and makes you feel like a VIP or maybe a family friend! Jen in the club was amazing too, always remembered our drinks order from days ago and welcomed us by name every time! Really great luxury break thanks.

A getaway from the daily routine to an adventurous trip packed with luxury, cool ambience, and beautiful scenery. The rooms were clean, well designed, spacious with all amenities. They have several dining options for international, Lebanese, Indian cuisine in their 5+ restaurants. The spa was a real treat with privacy for men and women in separate sections. The staff are friendly, smiling, welcoming, knowledgeable and ready to answer any questions you may have about the hotel and its services. My only issue was the noise coming from the connected room. Sound insulation is not that great. Truly recommended for short or long stays for couples or families.

Very nice resort. The resort is clean and looks beautiful. The breakfast is excellent, enough choices for vegetarians. The rooms are spacious and clean. The housekeeper Nayeen was very good and gave us excellent service. Everyone at the resort was very helpful and friendly. The restaurants are also good for dinner and lunch.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Dubai so far and I have stayed at several. The service was exceptionally outstanding throughout our stay as well as the large array of food available in the buffet. The spa was amazing and had great facilities. Additionally, the outdoor pool was beautiful with many sunbeds to relax on.

Overall experience was very good. The amenities from Talis spa was included in our booking offer, the beach is very clean and so is the outdoor pool. The restaurants in the hotel are also very good. The rooms are spacious; however, the only I had was that there was not enough light in the room.

A beautiful well run hotel within the Palm area. It has an immaculate interior decor which will leave you in awe. We attended a Hindu wedding here which utilized the beach, lawn areas & superb ac restaurants. Definitely worth a visit.

This resort is just perfect! The restaurants, the views, the pool, the beach, and the guest room! The spa is the best I’ve been to in all my travels to 30+ different countries. Most importantly, the staff and the service provided were exceptional!! The housekeepers, and the entire staff took very good care of us.

Amazing hotel and amazing food. The three restaurants provided exceptional quality food. We had a south facing room with sea view which was stunning. Just some advice to the romantic couples - give time to filling the room bath for that relaxing time. The bath is huge and needed 45mins to fill!! but worth it

Adel would continue to surprise us after housekeeping service was completed and we would be delighted when we would return back to our room. Food was lovely and staff were very great and helpful. Hotel is impeccable and we have really enjoyed our stay . We would love to come back and stay here again .

Excellent hotel, upgraded our room on arrival, bonus room was excellent, with a view out overlooking the sea. Food was excellent and so was the dining hall. Ali and Lilley looked after us and nothing was to much trouble. Nice size pool which led down to the beach ⛱️ we were full board, which meant we had to pay for drinks, which can be paid in cash or charged to your room, just be aware of what you are getting charged for. I really enjoyed my stay at the Zabeel Sarray and hopefully can visit again.

I recently stayed at this supposedly 5-star hotel, and the experience was far from stellar. First off, checking in felt like a marathon – the process dragged on for an eternity My initial encounter was a nightmare. Imagine the shock of a room service personnel strolling in uninvited, turning a supposed luxury stay into an invasion of privacy. As if that wasn't enough, the shower water's unsettling yellow tint indicated poor cleanliness, raising serious concerns about the room's hygiene. On a subsequent visit, a different day of stay, we faced the same issue with the checking in, the AC unit emitted a deafening noise, comparable to being inside an aircraft engine. This forced me to endure a night without the supposed luxury of air conditioning. A 5-star experience? Hardly I strongly discourage staying at this hotel based on the numerous problems I encountered. The service and amenities provided were nowhere near the standard I expected for the price paid. If it were possible, I would rate it a flat 0 out of 5. I recommend exploring alternative accommodations to avoid the disappointment I experienced.

Excellent hotel , very high standards of service. This is a luxury hotel , but you definitely get value for your money. This is my second time staying in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray. The member of staff whose name is Raffy was very friendly and professional. He provided us personal help.

The hotel is good for kids and has a nice kids club and pool. Other than that the hotel felt over crowded we could not dine in any of the restaurants even though we were on half board basis but apparently the restaurants were too full. The room service was very slow and also the AC could not be controlled in our room on the first night it was freezing cold and then they came and fixed it the next day.

Our stay was amazing here, we loved the attention to detail by the staff. My daughter turned 21 while we where on our stay everyone was amazing, she was made to feel so special during her birthday. The spa is like no other, it is a must. The food and beverage at the restaurants at the Saray, are amazing. The Indian restaurant Amala is a must.

Stayed during July for only 5 days. During my stay, I encountered only friendly staff, always ready to help. Zabel Saray has several outstanding restaurants, international cuisine, a fantastic spa and much more. I hope to visit the hotel again.

This hotel is amazing. It’s the my second time here and I don’t have any regrets or complaints. Rooms are clean, service is one of the best. The hotel restaurants are really good, the morning breakfast is great, lots of selections. The beach is clean, so it’s the pool. The lobby… it’s so nice. Btw one of the Mission Impossible movies had an scene here.

We had a one day stay at the place and it was everything we could have asked for. The property is beautiful and extravagant. Our room had direct view of the sea and Atlantis. The balcony added to its charm which overlooked the beautiful pool and sea. 3-4 restaurants inside, each offering different cuisines and drool worthy.

We had an amazing experience throughout our 4 night stay at this hotel. The service is truly outstanding and rooms are stunning and extremely well serviced and presented. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Dubai. The kids also loved the pool area and beach! We will definitely be back!

Having just arrived from our stay in one of the most elegant resorts in the world, the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, there are no words to describe the architectural beauty, the professionalism and the attention of the staff. My wife and I really had a great time. The attentions are extremely exceptional and very friendly. The food is excellent . Perfect for family or just couples. My wife is not a fan of the beach and I was impressed when I saw her in the water, I sent a photo to our daughters here in New York and the girls did not believe that their mother was at the beach bathing, the water is so warm that she does not wanted to get out. We recommend it from the heart, you will not regret it

Amazing experience! Beautiful hotel. Staff were unbelievable! I have never experienced such hospitality. Our son enjoyed every second and did not want to leave. A special thanks to Felicity at reception who made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back!

Anyway, Jumeirah hotels have a very high standard compared to the other hotels. It was very clean and really very nicely decorated. Room are quite spacious with all the basic facilities. Housekeeping is immaculate. Overall a great experience. The staff was very helpful. The gardens and the beach were very well maintained and there were enough loungers. I really enjoy the service I received from my first time. The hotel staff members were more than accommodating for our needs. They were prompt, polite, and made us feel at home were all very friendly and accommodating. They were ready to help us with anything we needed. It was amazing experience. Definitely will go back anytime soon.

And as you will read over and over again, although the beauty of the hotel is above comparison the Hospitality is even beyond this. We celebrated my wife's birthday and every special touch was appreciated. Whether you are traveling for a special occasion or it is your 1st time in Dubai, this is the place to feel and be treated as royalty. We have been very grateful to have traveled to many beautiful countries and have stayed in everything from a humble, tiny 1 room flat to grand Palaces but we have a special place in our heart for Dubai and Jumeirah. Wow, what an amazing experience! This hotel is stunning, spacious, luxurious, everything is immaculate, staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. This was our first time in Dubai and we stayed in 3 other 5 star hotels on the Palm and this was hands down the best - a true 5 star hotel compared to the others. We actually missed it when we went to our next hotel. The attention to detail is exceptional - our rooms were not only cleaned to an incredible standard but the cleaners would arrange our sunglasses in order, leave a fresh sunglass wipe everyday, arrange our cosmetics neatly, leave plenty of towels and water, notes on the pillow, complimentary bathroom necessities, bed changing and room cleaned twice a day. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Jumeirah Zabeel Saray was excellent throughout our stay. From the moment we arrived there... service and attention to detail was always perfect. Very nice Hotel located in the palm 🌴 sits right on the beach and has incredible amenities. The Spa, restaurants, pool, outdoor areas, rooms, etc. Everything was on point. William at the front desk and front of house was excellent. Very caring and charismatic. Always making sure everything was to your liking. Definitely recommend Jumeirah hotels specially Zabeel Saray in Dubai.

The staff were all great people and very accomodating and courteous. The theme of the hotel itself is brilliant however in both the public spaces and the rooms the hotel could do with a complete renovation and upgrade, especially considering the price to stay here per night. Also the breakfast buffet was not the best, eggs were very runny and isn't the best for a 5 star hotel. The rooms are amazing however they really do need an update as it is quite worn.

Overall a good resort but over the years has gradually let standards slip. Mixed experience some good and bad but from my previous stays I feel the hotel is in need of a refresh. Restaurants and food quality is 10 out of 10 and the rest has room to improve and reach the heights previously set. Many Thanks

Hotel is still beautiful, rooms needs refurbishment. Food at breakfast is excellent. The beach is great. The pool I found to be the biggest let down. Towels out saving beds for hours on end no one using them. This never used to happen. And needs ending asap. Just use a bed when needed. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.
