This Hotel is absolutely Outstanding! We honestly didn't want to leave. This was our first trip to Dubai and we have decided to make it a yearly visit simply due to the Fairmont, The Palm. The facilities were incredibly impressive, however what truly made this vacation/honeymoon a trip to remember was the service. Every single member of staff we encountered was kind, friendly, helpful and made us feel so welcome. Their service was incredible our entire trip, morning to night. We had a half board trip and the food was delicious, every night we were surprised with the most incredible flavours. I can't recommend this Hotel enough. You will leave having had one of the most incredible hospitality experiences. We can't wait to visit next year. A huge thank you to all the staff for making our Honeymoon so special and our 18 month old daughters first holiday so much fun. She was living her best life everyday.

Absolutely the best hotel in Dubai. Had been now several times there and it was always amazing. The breakfast, the dinner, the service, the rooms, the pools, the beach ... it cańt be better. Totally in love with this hotel. Also the location is great for sightseeing in Dubai and the area. The a cab you easy and fast everywhere.

The Fairmont Palm Hotel Dubai offered a pleasant stay overall. The hotel's exterior, especially the pool area, could benefit from an update to match its luxurious interior. The buffet's food quality could use some improvement for a more satisfying dining experience. However, the staff was exceptional, demonstrating great hospitality and creating a kid-friendly environment. The kids' club staff consistently stood out for their fantastic service, ensuring a delightful experience for younger guests. Overall, with some enhancements to the exterior and buffet, the hotel provides a welcoming and enjoyable stay, especially for families.

The hotel is stunning with every amenity you can dream. Hospitality is above anywhere in the world. The food in all the restaurants and especially room service is top notch. This place is as close to perfect as you will find. We will definitely re-visit.

Hotel itself is huge, well looked after and clean. We had a sea view on the eighth floor and upgraded to their gold status. Would have been a lovely break except my wife lost her farther just before we got there which put a bit of a downer on it. On our final day we went to the gold lounge for evening drinks, and a member of staff asked how things were as she assumed we were extending our holiday for a further week. We explained that we hadn’t booked any extension to our stay, she then told us we better cancel otherwise would be charged for it which I estimated would be in the region of £3000. I asked how can I cancel something I haven’t booked she then agreed and tried to look into more closely. After half an hour I went to see her as my wife already feeling very emotional with her family bereavement and was concerned they were trying to rip us off. I demanded a manager come to see us as we didn’t want this hanging over our heads on our final day. When he came to see us her admitted that the mistake was because the name on the new booking was similar, and he said this happens a lot! He agreed we wouldn’t be charged but no real apology. A 5 star hotel that belongs to the Fairmount brand shouldn’t be upsetting guests by making such silly admin errors. It made us feel it was our fault, so customer service from the “gold “ team fell short of what was expected. Good points were the general staff, all were helpful and friendly, the food in the restaurant’s was top quality except for the breakfast in the gold lounge where the cooked food was left to go almost cold. It was quite a disappointment to us considering the prices I paid for the upgrade.

I can’t even begin to express how amazing this hotel was, every single staff member was extremely kind and helpful and the general hygiene was phenomenal. The restaurants around the hotel were incredible too, I loved eating at Little Miss India every night. I will definitely be staying here again and I want to personally thank each and every staff member for making our stay so amazing.

Food quality and variation superb. Staff were so friendly and proficient. Free shuttle bus to 2 different malls. Rooms were great and daily were cleaned well and refreshments replenished. Quality of pools were superb and also right on the beech which was a lovely beech. Couldn’t critique the place at all.

The best hotel I’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous hotel and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms very nice and clean. Staff are amazing , friendly and they always smile. The view from our room is breathtaking especially at night. Thank you to housekeeping department for the birthday set up. My daughter was very happy.

A bit outdated. Cleanliness and maintenance with room for improvement and not 5 star level. Examples: Zigarette wholes and stains in the beach furniture, stains in the bathing robe, smelly pillows with notes in it, bird dirt on handrails, … On the positive side is the staff. Very friendly and helpful. Would I go there again? Only if price is 50% cheaper than other 5 star hotels.

Perfection from start to finish. What a wonderful stay at this beautiful resort. I was apprehensive about staying here with it being far away from some of the main tourist attractions and shopping areas, but that was not a problem at all. Situated in a beautiful beachfront location plenty bars and restaurants nearby and the shuttle bus to the Dubai and emirates mall which is a massive bonus, the food in every restaurant is amazing and every staff members made you feel welcome and like a valued guest. I’ll definitely stay here again.

My family and I came for high tea on a Sunday. It was so lovely and the treats were delicious. Clarissa and Samal were our hosts and they did a wonderful job. They were so attentive and quick with any requests. Very pleasant service. I would highly recommend booking here

My friends and I had a Beautiful experience at the Fairmont the palm. The rooms were pretty nice but often smelled musty (could be from the AC). There were many amenities that we took advantage of like the gym, pool, and spa. The spa was absolutely amazing. My friends and I took advantage of a sale they were having for an upper body massage and the staff doing our massage were great! The overall staff at the hotel were exceptional, especially Riko, Wisdom, and Neli. They were all so sweet and treated us like family, my friends and I absolutely loved them! Overall, I would come back as this is pretty central to many beaches, restaurants, malls, etc.

It was an amazing stay at the Fairmont The palm. Excellent service by the team of room service and house keeping. The facility has an amazing private beach where one can relax out. The kids pool and kids play area is one of an attraction to keep the kids happy and going . Adjoining there is a walk in the palm that connects to the POINTE area. The breakfast at the flow hotel has every single thing covered - we had a great meal

Came here to eat at Little Miss India. Excellent food, easily some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Beautiful location and perfect, attentive service. Absolutely loved the theatre of my whisky being poured. 10/10 will come again.

Love it around the pool. Lots of different pools to choose from and the beach too. Location is great on west palm with lots of dining options available. Re the poolside food menu: Bring back the vegan burger that you used to have. You have just introduced a new one and it’s nowhere near as good as the old one. I like the veggie patty with the curry spices. This new one is the same as every other restaurant.

Absolutely loved my experience here! It’s not the newest hotel on the Palm Jumeirah but the service was wonderful, the pool was huge, and the food was delicious! The staff here are amazing and very attentive to guests. The restaurants were wonderful! Only critique was that the buffet was not very good. The breakfast was always a solid start to the day but I would skip the buffet for lunch or dinner and eat at one of the restaurants. We also loved the free access to the beach and the easy access to the boardwalk! It made it so easy to explore. Definitely plan to come back.

Rooms were beautiful and it had great amenities such as access to a large pool and beach. However, their telephone service was below par as had to call at least 10 times (no exaggeration) to finally get a booking confirmation and was initially sold a more expensive room than I needed.

Very nice hotel and definitely very good location that overlooks Dubai city costal line, the Palm Jumeirah, and nice beach area. The beach is very big and the swimming area is also big enough not to feel crowded anytime. The pool here is also nice with very beautiful Palm trees all around the pool line. If you're looking for a day use, i would totally recommend this place. 👌

The employee was very helpful in my concerns I am not sure what her name is but she was perfect. The hotel seems very nice with the perfect price range and I look forward to coming there more often. I would 100 percent recommend for anyone. Families, friends, colleagues.

Our organization held an event with more than 200 delegates and the event went on seamlessly. Our contact Estela (Thea) was absolutely incredible. We could reach her at any time with any request and she handled it immediately. The hotel was in a perfect location and I loved the boardwalk behind the hotel. Great trip overall.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding your hotel's swimming policy, which prohibits guests from swimming in the morning (6:30am) . As a paying guest who values a refreshing swim to start the day, this policy has greatly hindered my overall experience during my stay at your establishment. First and foremost, I would like to emphasize that I chose your hotel specifically because of its advertised amenities. I had envisioned the opportunity to enjoy a leisurely swim in the morning, providing a rejuvenating start to my day and allowing me to embrace the full benefits of your hotel's facilities. Unfortunately, I was astounded to discover that the sea is not accessible during the morning hours.

A truly world class hotel in so many ways. From the first minute the staff are fantastic and nothing is any trouble for them. We have been impressed with every last detail of the hotel, the rooms are great, the beds very comfortable, pool area fantastic with very safe area for kids, beach is lovely and quiet. Food was amazing, the service from the restaurant staff has been incredible, special mention to Denver whose customer service and friendliness is on a different level to what we have ever experienced before. It’s down to people like him that we will be visiting the hotel on vacation in the future. Many thanks to you all

Absolutely amazing. We returned for a second time as a family and cannot fault this hotel. Everything was perfect, the staff, the room (which was kindly upgraded), the service, the beach and the pools, as well as the food. I also used the spa which was a wonderful experience. The views are incredible too. We can’t wait to return for a third visit!

I gave them two stars for the good location and nice facilities otherwise would have given them one star. We arrived at around 1pm and had to wait till 5pm to get our rooms. At check in the lady suggested I include breakfast for my stay and I agreed. The next day after having breakfast they inform me that breakfast is not included so I paid. The night before checking out I asked for a late check out for at least one of our rooms, they did not reply and then after many follow ups they told me that I would need to change to another room for the couple of hours extra I needed otherwise they cannot accommodate my request. Service level is not up to the facility and need to improve greatly to be at international chain standard.

It’s a beautiful hotel on the trunk of The Palm. Lobby is welcoming Arabic style design. Staff is friendly. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the beach was also large and felt very private and included a table, chairs, and outdoor chaise lounge. Breakfast buffet had lots of variety and was fresh and delicious. The adult pool area was relatively quiet compared to the family pool and was good for a dip. The beach is a bit rough on The Palm as it is man made so not as soft as the sand on the other natural beaches in Dubai. Service on the beach and by the pool was good and friendly. Burger, drinks, pizza, and smoothie by the pool were all tasty. I took a star off for two reasons: 1)The surrounding area is very loud until late at night and it was hard to relax and 2) They charged us quite a lot for the breakfast buffet which should have been included with our rate.

Party Hotel? Not what you expect from a 5 Star Hotel... Let's start with the good thing(s). The staff is friendly and there to help you if you have a problem. My son left his Nintendo Switch in a taxi, we spoke to the security at the hotel, and they were able to trace back the taxi driver and we got it back. In your room you will either hear the road or the construction work going on next to the Hotel. The pool is so crowded that we never had a chance to find a free place for 3. The sand on the beach is "hard", full of little stones. But not the whole beach, just the beach that belongs to the hotel. And there's always this annoying music on the beach. The worst thing about that hotel is the people, so many "party people". It's like a freak show in the evening. The staff is always running behind them to wear their masks. Many of them have no mask at all and are running without t-shirt through the lobby. At breakfast there's always a long cue and you have to wait. Food is nothing special, a lot of hot food like saucages. If you are from England and you like to party, then this is the right hotel for you.

Loved our 5 days there, great location, 5* service and atmosphere, truly felt like u were in a 5* hotel. Staff were super Buffet is definitely not worth £60 per person or a 5* selection and the private beach is much smaller than the pictures indicate and needs landscaping as the rocks and sand are rough. But the actual hotel and facilities and dervice are superb

Great hotel with superb service. Everyone was super friendly especially Mary on the concierge. Food was amazing, definitely recommend the hotel. We were on 6th floor which was very quiet. Alcohol is expensive but that's not just at the hotel. Great beach area and wonderful sunsets.

I did not staid at this hotel but I used the facilities as I was staying in the Fairmont apartment. I had a bad experience at this hotel pool, as I was accused of stealing a token from one of the securities guard. He came to the pool while I was having a good time with my baby and told me if I had taken his token and he said I need to check your belongings. I felt very embarrassed and people started to look around. And I told him, are you accusing me of stealing a token and he smiled and said yes man ??? Why would I do that ? I said to him, please you can’t check, this is embarrassing… and he said I need to check it, I said no, and no, and he said I need to check later. I felt so bad that I went to the hotel Reception to complain about it, and the receptionist at the desk was very friendly and she called the manager immediately. The manager started being very nice and friendly and said he would find out who was him and contacted me back. Guess what he never contacted me back, I think he was just pretending to be nice. So my husband and I decided to move to a hotel with a better support. Never coming back to the Fairmont apartment or to the hotel, they just care about how much you spend there, not about you, if you are being treated nice. Just because I stayed in they apartment instead of the hotel doesn’t mean I’m not a guest ? As it still part of the same thing and with the same name and reputation. Because what had happened it was at the hotel pool so this should never have happened.

Fantastic place. Very beautiful. But their water pressure freaking sucks. For the amount you pay, the pressure should be amazing. Everyone was nice and courtesy. Very clean and comfortable. Grounds were beautiful. Just fix the pressure.

Amazing hotel, attentive staff, perfect food as long as you avoid the swimming pool - junk food, however, it's clearly designed to meet expectations of the massively overweight British people. The beach was amazing, guarded 24/7 for no reason but it was good. Arabic people were very friendly, beautiful, clean and amazing,their children have such perfect manners. Europeans, especially islanders should learn from them. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing, the gym was very well equipped and the PT they employ was very knowledgeable. Restaurants were excellent, food was exceptional, rooms were clean and very well equipped. The bathroom tiles would require some deep clean though. The mini bar prices were crazy unreasonable but you expect that when in Dubai. Overall it was amazing experience and we will definitely come back.

A nice place to spend your day with family or just your spouse. They have a dedicated pool for adults and another pool with cold and hot water. Just for 150 AED that you can use for food and beverage

Building work was very frustrating in front and next door. We found the dust and noise annoying. The hotel itself is high standard and the room is nice, but we felt very overcharged considering the works next door that we were unaware of before booking.

Nice ambience with courteous staff all along the way.. went there for dining at flow kitchen so wasn't able to roam much around the hotel yet everything was excellent.. clean , kids friendly. Lot of Christmas decoration around which allowed usbto have some good pictures ;) ..flow kitchen was good . Food was simple yet with few varieties. Very basic yet tasty. Fruit counter was good with some good optiona.

Fairmont the Palm does not disappoint, and this is coming from an incredibly picky person. One of the first things I look for when booking a hotel are children’s facilities, having a 7 and 5 year old, I need to be staying at a property where they are made to feel welcome. The Falcon Kids club staff allow me to drop the kids off without any anxiety or worry, I know my kids are in good hands, that speaks volumes! Moreover the kids beg to be dropped off everyday. Thank you for creating a welcoming, caring and fun environment Keilagh and Charles! The staff in general throughout the property are kind, friendly and accommodating. The front desk management have gone above and beyond to make us feel at home and really are an asset to the Fairmont brand. Thank you Samantha and Farit!!! Valet staff are efficient and friendly. The location is beach front, without being overly busy or crowded. The rooms are thoughtfully laid out and comfortable. We are loyal returning guests of this property, even with an over abundance of luxury hotels in Dubai because it feels like home in all the right ways. Thank you Fairmont the Palm!

The service and the management in this Hotel is a total disaster. The Room Keys do not work, we had to change them approximately 20 times during our 10 day stay, I asked for a Fast check out 4 times and they were still not able to do it correctly, I even sent an email after I to ask for the Bill, and I received nothing, I then called and I am still waiting for it at the time of writing. Totally disorganized staff and incompetent management.

Room great with a fabulous view. Beach very clean. Breakfest very good. Dinner is why I don't give five stars.

Rooms with a view of the Marina are excellent, size of the room is relatively big, friendly staff. But there’s usually a queue to check-in/ speak to the Reception staff. Breakfast spread is nice, enough vegetarian options too
