If i was given a choice between being homeless and living in these apartments i would opt for the former. The interior is hideous and dark, it's like living in a cave. There are roaches everywhere. The AC is as good as dead, produces more noise than it cools the house. The washers and dryers in the laundry room are broken down 99% of the time. Not a nice place to live if you value a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I mailed my notice to vacate to the manager Priscilla Estrada 60 days in advance via their official email but she refused to acknowledge it and still found a way to steal 178$ from it, just because she can. I knew some drug dealers who lived here but were kicked out at some point. This is not a place to call home. Get a tent a pitch it somewhere in a park as you look for a place to call home, this is not a place to live. I feel like a one star rate is being too generous, there should be ratings in the negatives.

I've lived here 7 years. My a/c has broken down AGAIN , not worked for 6 of those 7 years, each summer. This time It has gotten as hot as 86 degrees in my home while management yells at me for calling after not getting a single response from them, after leaving voicemails. Seriously her first words were "scolding" me from calling to much. Remember she hadn't even returned ANY of my calls and B4 even addressing the fact it's 84 in my apt literally yells at me for calling to much. Really, fix my a/c and you'll never even have to speak to me. And telling me to turn down my a/c to 85 is not the answer to having a comfortable 78. I called the thermostat Tech Support, she doesn't know what she is talking about and a staff that doesn't know what to do. My a/c has run at 75 degrees while they look at it, try to fix it and they have not offered one dime for the costs I've incurred due to their negligence. 75 degrees for hours, do you know how much this is costing me to know fault if my own. And not a care from the Management of La Ventana. My opinion, I want to move. I would not live here.

Current resident for the past 2 years and within that time period we went through numerous different management. They amenities suck I’ve hardly every see a pool cleaner and they change the key to enter the pool. You only can access the fitness room through the leasing office which is awkward. The place is roach infested and they don’t do anything about it.Roaches in the laundry room it is so disgusting. The rent is extremely high bc this is not luxury living at all. The maintenance people does half jobs. I’ve only rented her bc I had to find a place quick.

Welcome to Disneyland for roaches. They are everywhere at all times. Super expensive prices for tiny and ugly apartments. Do not expect the office to email you back on anything. They never respond and they don’t care. We stayed here for 1.5 years because we had no other choice. If you can, stay away!!

I lived here for almost three years and never had any issues. The pictures definitely don’t match what’s on the website, but it’s a decent place to live. The units are on the smaller side, but with what I was paying that was okay with me. Most of the neighbors were quiet and friendly. The laundromat was a bit run down when I first moved in but they installed new machines. The machines were easy to use, you can use coins or an app on your phone to pay. The management was nice, Priscilla and Jose were always really helpful and friendly. Overall, I’d say they’ve improved a lot during my time there and I’d consider moving back.

They simple don't care about the residents or the property condition. I will provide photos that prove this. I wish it were just an opinion. Let my pics speak for themselves

It's unique. I have never seen or heard about this extreme type of slumlord behavior. They are so irresponsible and reckless with the tenants' health.

If you're looking for a great place to lease, La Ventana apartments is definitely worth considering. The neighbors are very kind, Alissa is extremely helpful and easy to work with, and the management team is top-notch. I have no complaints and would highly recommend this property to anyone.
