Janae is excellent. Very kind, friendly, helpful, empathetic, resourceful, professional & all around pleasant ultrasound tech. Melissa finished up my procedure & was knowledgeable, friendly & kind as well. Maria who took vital signs very nice. Good listener. Receptionist was friendly & smiled. Dr. Reddy was quick encounter & in a hurry. I'm sure he was & is a busy guy & the fact there was nothing abnormal reviewing my examination probablyis why it was so quick. The few minutes I saw him, he seemed very knowledgeable his field of work & sounded confident with my results. I hope I got everyone's names correct. They are all appreciated & made my visit great. No complaints related to my visit or this office. I would highly recommend Desert Vein & Vascular Institute to anyone needing their services. Great staff!! Most Medical offices I've visited past year have had snotty attitudes & act like the patient is inconveniencing them which i feel is unacceptable, unprofessional & rude. The staff at the Palm Springs Desert Vein & Vascular Institute office location had a staff who all were extremely pleasant & made you feel welcomed throughout your entire visit with genuine smiles & true concern for their patients.

I can not say a bad thing or offer any improvements to this medical staff or to Dr. Lee. Dr. Lee has the best personality to be around, his bed side manor is just perfect. He is informative, insightful, and gentle, and his procedure communication skills that are 100%. The staff he has around him are just delightful lights of joy. They make you feel cared for and welcomed at all time. They are all informative and take pride and joy in their jobs. Always with a smile and kindness. Love being so relaxed with them you are able to share a joke or two to make the day light. If you are able to pick Dr. Lee's office you will hopefully share my same experience and happy out come to my visits there. Amazing staff, everyone was so kind! Office was immaculate. Honestly, it didn’t feel like a doctors office waiting room. Wait times were nothing. They called me back right away. Dr. Lee was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel extremely comfortable the whole time. The process was virtually painless. I’ve had blood draws that are more painful. Please don’t wait to see him if you have painful varicose veins like me. I am a medical professional and he is top rate, 5 stars. All the way! I’m so happy and grateful I did this procedure with Dr. Lee and staff at Desert Vein and Vascular.

Dr John Lee is an excellent doctor and an above and beyond surgeon. He’s basically gave me new life by providing surgery for my blocked aorta and blocked bi-femoral arteries. I couldn’t walk to my mailbox without severe pain now after Dr Lee’s surgical help I am pain free and able to do all things I need to do in life which I could not do before seeing Dr John Lee. Excellent doctor and is an honest man telling you up front what you need to do for yourself. Follow his advice you will be a healthier person for it! 5-Stars for this doctor-

I was surprised and very satisfied by the professional service from the entire staff. Dr Reddy and his sonogram team, explained what they were going to do and how it would help me. The receptionist was very aware and listened to what I needed. Thank you, Desert Vein & Vascular team.

The office was supposed to call and schedule another test and never did. I have tried calling their office on two occasions and my call was neither answered or returned. Not quite sure what to do now as my Dr wanted tests completed. And the Dr at this office also wanted the test completed. The person at the desk would not schedule me on my way out the day I was there.

Scheduling was extremely difficult to coordinate with multiple Dr. Although the Dr was pleasant and explained the procedure extremely well. Appreciate the work he does to help people heal and live a active life. Thank you!

Dr. Reddy and staff are about as good as it gets! They made my multiple procedures smooth, efficient and comfortable. And no complications and great follow-up.

The front receptionist Araceli was nice. The technician who scanned my legs was very informative, professional and friendly! Sweet young lady. Dr. Lee explained the procedure very well and what the process is. Relaxed environment!

I just love Dr Lee and his staff. I've had several procedures the last few months, and ultrasounds w/ Shelsy who is so sweet and thorough. Coming to the office is always a good experience. Plus, most importantly, Dr Lee and staff are extremely efficient and I always feel good when I leave there knowing that I'm taking care of my body. I completely trust them.

Dr. Lee is extremely thorough and professional. More importantly, he takes the time to listen to my concerns. Dr. Lee has preformed two procedures on me and the follow-up is the best I have experienced with any specialist here in the desert. His office support is extremely professional and on top of appointments and necessary referrals and or outside tests that may need to be run. Overall, a great experience that is still on going.

Quite disappointed in my appointment today 02-02-2023. There was no DR. there. I had a question that is very important to me that I was hoping to get an answer to. I'm not sure at this point if I'm going to continue on with them or ask Kaiser to get me a referral to someone else. The young lady that performed the ultrasound was GREAT very professional

Excellent Staff and very knowledgeable vascular surgeons. Their outpatient vascular surgery center saves a heck of a lot of money.
