Awesome service, our waiter was amazing and was so friendly he was included in our conversations. I highly recommend Adam as your waiter. The chilled seafood tower was delicious. The lobster bisque was great but needs more spiciness. The steak was over cooked but still tasted amazing. I requested a medium rare and received medium well, but it was still tasty.

First time here, and it was quite lovely JACOB IS EVERYTHING!!!! Try to sit in his section if at all possible. His attitude was amazing and he was very attentive. His knowledge of the menu was impeccable!! The food was amazing. And you don't get little tiny portions like you do at so many other pricey restaurants. They are literally enough to share with someone else. Amazing dining experience.

Our first time there. We decided we wanted a really good steak place and we went with Google. It was very fancy and honestly we were not dressed for the occasion. They accommodated us and were very nice. Our waitress Sarah 2as awesome. Very friendly and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was outstanding. Hot and fresh. The crab cakes were awesome! I highly recommend this place. It's a little pricey so will go back on special occasions. But it is worth if you want high quality.

Pretty good. The value isn't exactly super high, because of the cost. The food is great. One of the steaks was a little tougher than it needed to be (for the price). I've been to the restaurant several times and it's the first 'tough' cut I've experienced so it is generally not the case. The service is great and adds to the experience. I have reviewed other steak houses higher not because the quality is higher, but the value (cost to flavor/quality ratio) is higher. I'll go back for sure, and for a special occasion it is great. The sides are for splitting which is something I really enjoy. Something about passing around the potatoes and sharing Mac and cheese adds to the feel. Also the service is great. The staff makes you feel welcome and had a nice personal feel. I enjoyed the night and it was 100% worth it because of the service.

The filets were fantastic, the lobster Mac and cheese was great at well! The filets were cooked perfectly and the lobster mac was excellent! Our server was perfect. She was very attentive and helpful, she made sure my dad's 81st was a special occasion. Thank you!

First time customer and was completely impressed. The wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The food is amazing and the restaurant itself was very clean and spacious. Atmosphere was calm and relaxing. Celebrating my birthday, they decorated our table. The blackberry sidecar was delicious, the filet with blue cheese and garlic crust melts in your mouth like hot butter, and the lobster mac and cheese was creamy and delicious too! They even brought me a slice of their Chocolate Sin cake with a candle and Happy Birthday written in chocolate sauce! This cake is literally a sin!!

I have been to MANY Ruth’s Chris and I must say this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at one. I asked for medium rare and my steak was cool and purple throughout,, essentially raw. My son ordered medium and his was cool and purple as well. My youngest had a 4 oz kids filet and it was cold and very rare. Out of 4 people only one steak was cooked correctly. We sent them back and they came back mostly well done and tough. The manager lady came out and brought the recooked steaks and said something to the effect of hoping it’s now how I like it instead of saying it being correct. She was not apologetic and could of cared less. We were in a side dining room w 8 tables and I saw 2 other tables return steaks. I wasn’t looking for food comped or anything but feeling like the actual gave a crud that there were so many errors made would have been nice. I will never go to this establishment again. I just hate that this was my son’s birthday dinner while he was home from college.

We had a wonderful dinner with excellent service. We will definitely be back to enjoy many more meals because of the service and attention to detail.

Went there with a party of 10 to celebrate two birthdays. While the food was good the service was horrible! No one cleared our finished appetizer and salad plates and they brought the entrees before those were finished and stood there waiting for us to move our dishes to make room. When we asked them to wait to serve the entrees, the waiter made a face and acted like we were a pain. Requested wine list was never brought. When I followed up with the manager a few days later, he apologized and said he would check into and call me back. He never did and after calling and leaving unanswered messages, I finally got to speak with him and he told me he would comp 50% of our dinners if we came back. He said he would email me to confirm but never did! Nine of us will go back to this restaurant. In the past all their restaurants we have eaten at the service was great so this experience was very disappointing!

I would give a 1 star but the Service was 5 Star and the drinks were great! The wait staff was awesome. The non-meat options were extremely disappointing from a renowned restaurant. The menu shows 3 options but only 1 was available at this location. Imagine a slab of Broccoli with some oil on it. Yes! Picture it! The place is awesome and the quality is fantastic. The options .... Mehh!

Definitely will not be back on a holiday! Came for Easter for an early dinner and really wish we would have just stayed home. Our table was dirty (glasses and plates crusted with leftover food), it took at least 15 minutes to get a glass of water and even longer to be greeted by our server. I ordered a filet medium and it took three steaks before I received something other than well done. The server tried to tell me it is just the lighting but then realized the steak was way overcooked. I believe the plates were prepared ahead of time and sitting in the window because the lobster was dried out like rubber. No sizzling like usual. I also never received my side dish. No opportunity to order another drink. The manager circled around and visited everyone besides us. Really disappointing to say the least. We are regular patrons but this whole experience was miserable.

Our server Cody was perfect! The table was ready and decorated for our anniversary. The steaks were cooked to perfection and our sides and salads were a 10!! The manager Frank stopped by and was very nice. The back wait cleared our table when needed and was very funny. Thank you Ponte Vedra Ruth Chris for the perfect dinner experience. Keep up the great work!! Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic anniversary dinner this evening. Our steaks were great. The wait staff did a amazing job. We get a few opportunities a year to enjoy such fine dining and happy we choose Ruth Chris. Thank you again for a great dinner and wonderful night.

We were so disappointed when we opened our $60+ order of lamb chops to go at home. When asked how we wanted the order prepared, we chose the option right before medium well. (Slightly pink). My daughter started eating and when I took my first bite I realized the meat was completely raw. So disappointing to see something like this from a place we love. Needless to say we tossed the lamb chops and ate the salad.

Excellent dining experience. Celebrating my wife's birthday. The table had little birthday decorations on it. Our server was exceptional, the food was very good. Definitely a great experience.

The service was outstanding, cab sav suggestion by same server was spot on, very good! The 16 oz rib eye was ok. A tad grisly. When pointed out to server she said, " oh, sorry" Humm, why ask if that's all...Lobster tail tasted very good but was a tad tough. I guess it was from frozen. Cheese cake after was very nice! Overall disappointed, wish steak was less grisly. This was a birthday outing... should have been special. Why didn't someone take corrective action?

It was our 5th anniversary and we decided to come here for the first time. Overall, it was an okay experience. It wasn't exactly the coveted ambiance we were expecting. The food was simply okay, nothing to write home about. Some of the issues we had experienced were a dirty wine glass, missing the decor on our desert for the specific occasion, the main entrance was a bit heavy and awkward to open, and some of the guests didn't exactly follow the dress code as posted on the company's website. Music on the inside was intermittent at best, with most of the background noise unfortunately coming from some louder than necessary guests. The interior of the establishment however was appropriate and clean. Some of the positive things we had experienced were our very attentive and detail oriented waiter, timeliness and quality of the food, and the decorated table for the occasion. I don't think I would come back to this specific establishment being that time and time again, the Jacksonville area continues to disappoint in the restaurant industry as a whole. I would however give another location a second chance to see if things are better elsewhere.

I took my sister there for her birthday Friday night, which I've done for the past several years. Her favorite dish is the lobster macaroni and cheese. We only each took one bite, and took the rest of it home for the next day. Much to our dismay, we realized that there was literally no lobster in the dish. None. None the night before, none the next day. Also, it seemed there were no green Chiles, which actually makes the dish so amazing. On the plus, everything else was amazing, as always. I was so excited to snag a bottle of The Prisoner Zinfandel. The seafood tower is so, so good. The ribeye was perfectly cooked, and my favorite - the creames spinach- didn't disappoint. The waitstaff were impeccable, as always!!!
