Love the Aqua grill, very classy, wonderful spot for special occasions or just a classy date night. Amazing wine menu. They have the largest scallops I have ever seen, and I eat scallops at every opportunity! The pork ausobucco is amazing! And giant snow crab lages!? to die for They even gave us a nice treat for my birthday. Thank you!

Unexpectedly, one of my best meals of the year! Aqua Grill is a low key but classy establishment that employs quality personnel, presents a great menu that you can modify as needed, and a relaxed but engaging atmosphere to enjoy a wonderful meal, great company, or just kick back and watch a game. The food preparation was absolutely perfect! The portion size, the blend of flavors, the presentation... It was all spot on! The bar menu is really cool, very creative, and unique. I highly recommend Aqua Grill!

Since it's close to a large Marriott resort, I was not sure what to expect. When we visit Florida, we are on a mission to find the best key lime pie and found it here!! The fried green tomatoes with bacon topping was the best fried green tomatoes I've had. I got their flounder as recommended by our server who was efficient. I wouldn't say overly friendly but he got our order and took care of us. Strictly business which I'm fine but not personable. His recommendations were just okay. The 5 star is for the food for the mahi and shrimp tacos, key lime pie and fried green tomatoes appetizers. I did notice the hostess to manager to servers working well as a team. I will come back here when I visit this area!

Love how the menu changes seasonally with go to options always available. Service is always perfect and every meal makes me leave thinking “THIS is how good food can taste?!” Other restaurants just can’t compare. Best restaurant in Jax/Ponte Vedra

The food was fantastic! I had Bang Bang Shrimp as an appetizer and a salad. The Filet Mignon, whipped potatoes and asparagus was amazing. I topped it off with a delicious bread pudding and icecream. The service was also excellent and I highly recommend Aqua Grill.

It was a really good experience. There were only a few things in each category that kept it from a 5 star review. Food - prime rib was delicious, cooked to perfection. We also had the deviled egg appetizer, unbelievably good! And we tried three desserts, my recommendation would be to skip all but the pecan torte! Everything was really top shelf! Except for the stuffing. It was a rounded, gelatinous mound, tasted like cafeteria food. Service - our server, Natalie, was delightful. Our order came out very quickly and exactly as ordered. We didn’t see her very often and sat with empty water glasses. Atmosphere - beautiful place to spend Thanksgiving. We started in the bar, beautifully appointed and then were moved to an outdoor table right on the lake and near the fire table. It would have been awesome searing but the lake was pitch black, so there was zero scenic appeal to sitting outside. Overall, highly recommend.

Very nice place but they didn't have salmon or lobster for the lobster roll. The server didn't really check on me and I ran out of water. Small things but added up to an ok experience altogether.

We had the Mediterranean platter as an appetizer followed by the salmon salad n grilled mahi entree. The mahi was amazing. My favorite was the Mediterranean platter, which was awesome. Unfortunately I ruined my appetite for my salad, which was not as good leftover because it got soggy. Next time I'll get either or, not both. Obviously the portions were large. The service was great and the view over the water was nice. I'll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful dinner at Aqua Grill. The food from Appetizers to desser5 was delicious. We were all very pleased with the flavor and seasoning of our dishes. We ordered the shrimp Appetizers and one special Appetizer caprese salad then for mains We ordered rainbow trout, grouper, eggplant Parmigiano and the scallop carbonara special. All I highly recommend again the stars were the rainbow trout and scallop carbonate. For dessert We shared a delectable creme Brule. We also enjoyed whiskey, palmoas and the Godivatini. The atmosphere is lovely warm welcoming with great views. Our service was great from hostess to departure. Only slight downside was a little wait for drinks so we adjusted by ordering when half empty 😉

Nice dinner spot! Service was great and the food was very fresh and unique. We ordered their Locals Only drink to share that was a bit watered down, the clam appetizer (delicious), and then swordfish and blackened sheepshead as our mains. The food was delicious and our waiter said they bring their fish in same-day. I will comment that the ambiance of the place does not fit the price point. It feels slightly outdated and not as upscale as you’d expect. Other than that, it was a great dinner.

Aqua Grill was a great experience. We went there for a quick lunch while out sight seeing. The service was very good, the mahi and shrimp tacos were great and the wine selection is amazing. It was very clean. Next time we are in the St Augustine area we will definitely be back.

Great service! We made a reservation and were seated promptly with our requested outdoor table. Ambiance is beautiful- waterside table with jazz playing. We ordered a white wine flight and the aqua new fashion for drinks (pictured). We also had the deviled eggs as an appetizer. Our meals were the baked salmon and my husband the seafood chowder and oyster Rockefeller. Everything was delicious!! Highly recommend!

It was a great birthday dinner! The restaurant doesn’t open until 5:00 but we went to the bar which opens earlier. Had 2 yummy Whiskey/Bourbon drinks and a LeBlon Brazilian Rum (Brazilian Housewife) drink with raspberries which was very refreshing and sweet but not too sweet. For dinner, we started with the Mussels appetizer. I can say they were the best I’ve ever had. Plump, not overcooked with a wonderful butter wine sauce. We shared the Wedge salad, which was good - as we expected. My husband ordered the scallops with fettuccine. It had a nice lighter sauce and the scallops were perfectly cooked. I ordered the Snapper with teriyaki veggies. I did not expect and entire fish - deep fried but tender and flaky inside. I will say that the veggies had too much sauce - you could hardly taste them. If I get it again, I would ask for no sauce and maybe some in the side. For dessert we shared the key lime pie, it was good and tart. The atmosphere is fantastic- we sat outside next to the water. The service was extremely good, both in the bar (Barbi) and the restaurant (Rhett). Great job to both of them!

WOW!!!! Absolutely everything was delicious. The restaurant is very nice and has a great cozy ambiance. Everything we ordered came out hot and freshly made. The whole snapper was the best we’ve ever had. Highly suggest.

We love the crab cakes and the atmosphere at this place. It’s very nice to sit outside with the fountain and fireplace going. There’s not much on the menu that’s a bad choice.

The Aqua Grill has the best and freshest fish and exquisite food. Our server Johnny was outstanding and his recommendations great. The cocktails, that me and my brother had were refreshing. I had the Brazilian Housewife & he had the Wild Bill, which was a little sweet for his taste. Our appetizers the deviled eggs and Ruby Red shrimp were so delicious. The shrimp were U-peel but so worth it. The Vidalia encrusted flounder & Mediterranean Swordfish melted in your mouth. All sides were the entrees were perfectly matched. We shared Aqua’s award winning key lime pie. Delish!!! The manager stopped by our table to ask how our evening was. It was perfect! All the patrons seemed as pleased as we were. The atmosphere is beautiful and there is outdoor seating as well. Can’t wait to return on another trip!!

What a lovely place to grab some delicious food and a wine flight! We had a lovely dinner! Sat outside- only complaint is that the mosquitoes were bad by the water after the sunset. Service was great, our food was excellent!

The food and atmosphere were great. We had a very good time...get the Brazilian house wife (or two). The fish and pork chops were delicious. The mac n cheese was creamy and the collard greens weren't bad either. We were outside but they had heaters so it was comfortable. With jazz playing in the background, you couldn't ask for a better experience. And our server (Rhett) was awesome too!

I wanted a good seafood experience while visiting Jacksonville Beach. Aqua is amazing. I wanted oysters raw and they were honest enough to say we can serve you 6. That’s on point. Tara the manager was so professionally available and personable that you forgot how well you were beings taken care of table side. I have key lime to go and it’s going to be hard not to speed home to enjoy it. Don’t let people fool you. This restaurant is spot on and worth every penny and wait.

Had the absolute pleasure of dining here a few nights ago. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The food was delicious. Plenty of gluten free options for me and my friend raved about the bread (I of course did not get to try that :( ). I did get to enjoy the scallops and it was phenomenal! Don't forget to try a wine flight!

This restaurant is AMAZING! The food was so fresh and delicious (we had the rainbow trout, ruby red shrimp, mussels, salad, and bananas foster bread pudding (A MUST). The best thing about our experience was the service. I was visiting from Texas and went there twice during my stay. The excellent customer service started with Breanna - she was very attentive and a lot of fun as our server. We sat at the bar the second night and were helped by bartenders Courtney, Barbie, Nikki and Tessa. It was a very busy night and the kitchen was backed up, but all of those ladies at the bar worked together to provide excellent service to make sure that our food came out and our wine was full the whole time. They made our dinner experience pleasant and fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
