Had the best time at Alice and Pete’s. Visited here three days while staying at the Marriott and playing TPC. Alison provided the best service, even with a rowdy wedding party. Highly recommend, best bar in Jacksonville.

The service at dinner is fine. The service during lunch is horrible. Waited over 30 min the first time to get our order taken. When I got up and asked for status this guy’s answer was “the server will get to you when he gets to you. We are busy and there is nothing I can do about it” Finally placed the order and then waited another 30min for salads. When we asked for status the answer was it would take another 20min, maybe 30minutes. We ended up leaving. Gave them another chance for lunch a couple of days later. Restaurant under staffed. the waitress was kind and doing her best. Waited 20min to get our order taken and 20min more for a salad. Dinner service was fine.

Food is okay - obviously Sysco/GFS - expect to wait at least an hour for nachos. After watching our beers warming up for 15 minutes on the bar, we finally grabbed them ourselves.

Great hotel pub. Big indoor/outdoor space, good drinks, and a mini island green you can buys balls for to support charity. Love this place, shout out to Colleen and everyone else who makes us feel welcome every time we go!

I honestly don’t know how this place has a 4.2, but the salsa taste like pace, the guacamole was super bland. The Turkey BLT sandwich was nice looking, but also pretty basic with the sauce that was on it. Also, my partner got sick and didn’t really have the burger in his stomach too long. The patio is nice. The beer is good.

Needs to be updated and old TVs replaced

Very nice casual restaurant in the Sawgrass Marriott (below the lobby). Great atmosphere, outdoor seating with gorgeous views and prompt service. Drinks were good, food was great, prices are good for location. I would come back again! I had the Turkey BLT (yummy), hubby had loaded nachos (HUGE!). A good experience!

The food used to be so good here… the fried green tomato blt (with pimento cheese) was excellent, and their wings were the best (smoked then fried with chili lime Buffalo!). Now the food is limp, stale catering fare. The second star is for the ambiance… outdoor seating is very nice here. But to whatever chef headed things before… you were certainly wronged in this instance!

Of course the hotel is great but there Wednesday night trivia show is the best Wednesday nights 7:00 it's a fantastic show with a really good host.

Great food, prices, and service! We will be back.

We have been coming for years around two times a year for vacations as a family of four. I am happy to report that the service was timely and friendly. The food for the kids was superb to a lot places. The quantities were good. Great improvement from the past two years.

Terrible service, Terrible Server, we had to keep asking for things they forgot we ordered & they act like your asking to be served is an inconvenience. Food was no better than a chain restaurant! Worst of all the table was SO sticky & we saw the server had JUST wiped it down b4 we were seated so what's on that dish rag....ewww

Great place to get a good lunch. I had the burger and it was delicious and huge 😋. Wife had Chipotle chicken jerk sandwich and it was very good too. In and out in 30 minutes too.

Food was good, but service wasn't very good. Server was nice but would go long stretches without checking on me,

Upon entering the restaurant at 1:30 pm we found the floors to have spills scattered about. It was a "seat yourself" situation, so we sat at a booth and had to ask the server to wipe out the table (which had crumbs and sticky water rings). Her reply was "sure, but the table are just sticky". We should have left, but we just checked in and had starving kids. The order came out wrong. No big deal, they fixed it immediately. However, the chicken tenders were completely raw on the inside. The entire time our server acted like she hated her job and like we were bothering her by being there. Not our best impression of this hotel right off the bat. Hopefully, the other dining establishments are better...
