Now I have changed and these are my conclusions. First of all, you will not be treated by the same physio, but a different one every day. This is noticeable because they do not know if you are doing well or poorly, if they have given you certain exercises or others, or at what point in the rehabilitation process you are. Furthermore, each physio has their own way of working, so some days they tell you one thing, and others another. In the new center I work with the same person every day and I find it essential. They treat you 5 minutes on the clock. Nailed, not one more minute. I at least went with private insurance, I guess that's the policy they have. In the new center I am just 15 minutes away. After a month and a half I went back to the traumatologist and he told me not to go another day, that I was wasting my time. It wasn't a question of doing more or less exercises at home, because what he literally told me was "you need physio work." He had made very little progress in mobility. Luckily I changed because now I have improved a lot in less time. The physios are all nice, and certainly good professionals. But it is clear that they are not very happy nor do they like the mechanics of work. To me the comments about the good management of the center seem more than suspicious. Without a doubt the problem lies in the management, since the workers and the facilities are correct.

I don't understand how there can be negative reviews. The one who puts them in is because he is not used to going to rehabilitation with private insurance. For example, try going to Rotger first and then come here and give your opinion, I'm sure your perception will change completely. Huge team. From Jaime, Sandra, Jose, Tamara, Yolanda, Sonia... Kindness, attention and involvement of ten. The "cool gym." The clinic is very modern and well-kept. It is true that the same person does not always catch you, but you are in a COMMON room where you are seeing everyone and THEY COMMUNICATE among themselves, they know how to talk, and they ask themselves: What have you done to him? What did you treat him the last day? What hurts you the most? And obviously you also know how to talk. The human value demonstrated by them is not found in most places. When you've been going non-stop for a while, they're like your own family. RECOMMENDABLE.

Very bad attention. First they told us that the templates would take a week and they took two months. When they arrived they were harassing us in a bad way so that we would go look for them. Then when we go to get them after traveling from a distance we go to pay with a card and they tell us that we can only pay in cash (let's see who has €200 on them) so we left without the templates. Very well equipped rehabilitation center. They have several stretchers, stationary bicycles, treadmills, back protectors and several other things. As for patient care, I would say that it is good, they treat you well and the workers are very friendly. The doctor is very professional and very kind to all his patients.
