We had 2 nights booked but couldn't manage more than 1 so we had to check out early. The actual facilities are nice but the location is 0/10. This is a drinking and partying hot-spot. Opening your windows you are greeted by the sound of a busy street and party busses shipping dozens of drunk, screaming people around. The staff were not very friendly, the food was absolutely bland and tasteless, the air-conditioning in the room loud and the location so utterly terrible that I can't believe what high ratings this place has.

I absolutely loved Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma. I was in Spain for work a few weeks ago. I wanted to stay at a place where I can relax by the pool after full day’s work and the fact that it’s all inclusive and the food was absolutely amazing helped a lot because I knew that I don’t need to worry about searching for a place to eat or have a drink. Location is excellent. Walking distance to the beach and a ton of interesting restaurants and german bars, etc., but for me 2 beautiful pools and a rooftop lounge with live music was enough. Honestly I would stay here if I came in for vacation. Btw there is a ferry to Ibiza (takes about 2 hours) if you are young and looking for a serious nightlife experience. Overall the service, the room, the appearance of the hotel, even the parking right in front of the hotel which was extremely useful if you tent a car - all and all I highly recommend.

Most of the people we encountered at reception (not all) were not polite or friendly/welcoming at all. When checking out for example, the lady dealing with us did not smile once, or ask us how our stay was. She didn’t thank us for visiting the hotel or anything of that nature. This is basic politeness and professionalism that I have always experienced at other resorts but it was lacking here. The room was nice and spacious with a nice balcony but water leaks out of the shower which is quite annoying. The hotel is very clean and spacious with good facilities. The breakfast was good and enjoyable but dinner wasn’t too good and everything just tasted cheap and lacking in quality. The outdoor pools were very nice and the water was not cold which was nice. All the staff we encountered working by the pool and in the snack/lunch bar were very nice and polite and did always smile and give good service. Overall, I didn’t feel the hotel was worth the price paid and I would stay in another resort when visiting the island again

We spent here several nights with our baby, and it was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding, top quality, personal was friendly and supportive. We spent most of our time in the room as our baby slept a lot during the day, and we ordered dinner in the room, it was freshly cooked and delivered in the room while hot. We liked this hotel very much and will return in the next year. The receptionists were very supportive and helped us to organise transfer, arranged room upgrade with a better view and provided everything we needed in the room before our arrival.

Hotel is great, stuff is friendly and professional! We loved the stay there, for 7 days. Rooms were cleaned daily, pools were clean, prices at the bar were decent. We had half-board, and we confirm breakfast and dinner were diversified and the food was tasty. There were 2 things worth mentioning: 1. At dinner, even if included, you still need to pay the drinks, no matter what you want to drink: still water, beer, etc and 2. If you are a smoker, the designated smoking areas are missing any chairs for serving a relaxing coffee in the morning and are in direct sunlight which is a major pain during the day :) Smoking on the terraces (there are multiple) , pool area is forbidden. However, you can smoke on the room balcony Also, worth mentioning that if the room is facing the back-side of the mega club, it is a bit noisy, as during the evenings / nights party ppl are present, while in the mornings the noise is annoying from the recycling of glass bottels, and are many!! :)

I recently stayed at Hipotels in Palma de Mallorca. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The food was outstanding. However, some staff in reception and dining weren't as friendly as expected. Consistent service and a bit more warmth would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Feels like an 4 star hotel which is in the edge of bankruptcy. We went to the hotel a bit early but there was no ready rooms which was expected. We were told that room could be ready in half an hour and we waited. But it ended up waiting 3 hours in the lobby. Room provides nothing than cleanliness. There were no slipper, personalized soap, cofee/tea machines or any other additional small consumables which is a standard for 4 star hotel. They told us that for early check outs there is a breakfast buffet. We didnt buy anything with believing to their statements. It ended up with tea/ coffee and a 2 mini sandwichws all not suitable for vegeterians. Not worth its money.

The location is very good, better than inside of Palma, you'll get on a highway without much traffic and you can be everywhere on the island without worrying. I would recommend ordering breakfast here because it's better than 99% of the places in Palma, you get everything you could ever imagine, from pre-prepared sandwiches to high quality dark hot chocolate. At night and early in the morning it's basically a totally quiet place.
