We recently attended a cocktail course with Stefano at LAB bar - we are the interior team of a 75m yacht. I had asked if we could tailor the course to suit our particular needs and it was not a problem at all for them, I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication beforehand. Well structured, interactive, fun and we all learnt so much from just a day, it was so worthwhile. Stefano is immensely passionate about his craft and I couldn't recommend this highly enough.

Stylish bar in Santa Catalina that offers all kinds of cocktails, not just classics but also modern creations. Big variety, so if you are lost, just tell the barman and they will recommend something for your taste. Funky decoration and good music, correct price.

We were walking around the neighborhood looking to get a drink before our dinner reservation at a restaurant around the corner. Luckily, we found the Bar Lab. It’s fantastic. Our server was super sweet. She greeted us and allowed us to pick a seat. We went for the comfy yellow chairs towards the back of the room. The cocktails were fantastic!! The real deal. They were tasty and that packed a punch. I got the Rum and ginger drink and my husband got the Kahlúa Coffee martini. Delicious!! We will return.

I absolutely love this place, the drinks are amazing quality, the people are even better. The staff including zanzy, Tony, riccarda, manolo, papone e paoletto. They offer such amazing service and great cocktail choices and skills.

I booked a 2-hours cocktail masterclass here for the bachelorette party of my friend. It was simply amazing, the best activity of the weekend, all the 9 girls loved it. The bar was privatized for us for the class, and Stefano and his brother taught us how to realize several cocktails. Then we all had the chance to prepare 2 cocktails by ourselves. We learned quit a bit about how to do a cocktail but most important, the atmosphere was at its peak and the girls will never forget it!!

Great masterclass and workshop on cocktail making. Personal, informative and with a lot of passion. The bartender gives a very interesting workshop. Many thanks to the owner and bartender who made our stay in Mallorca more enjoyable. Good luck and hope to see you soon.

Absolutely amazing . Very cute bartenders too

The bartender (or waiter?)was soooo rude to us... he was rolling his eyes and made faces when we (3 of us) wanted to pay separately. He made us pay waaaay before everything: he said the people are coming in and he won't remember who payed already. (There were max.10 people in there. The street was kinda empty.) He spilled out our drinks and he didn't even offer a paper to clean up or say sorry. NOTHING! He just walked away. No warm greeting with a smile. It seemed he was stressing a lot. If he works in the hospitality he should make a little effort. For example a nice greeting. That is all. My cocktail was FULL of ice and alcohol on the bottom with lots of sugar. It was crunchy. 😄🙉
