One of the best burgers I ate in my life!!! The personal is super friendly, attentive. Food is delicious, made from local ingredients. Interior is very interesting. Love it!!! And will definitely be back this week! Thank you guys!

We’ve been there spontanously and the atmosphere combined with those all self-made burgers was tremendous. The service was excellent and our highlight were the dips which were fresh and super delicious. We highly recommend to have a meal at la nueva burguesa.

It is located in the district of Santa Catalina, to the west of the old town of Palma, Mallorca, and specifically on the main street of the district, Carrer de Sant Magí. It's impressive that all the ingredients are fresh and local, as they only use local bread and vegetables, meat from the nearby market and make their own sauces, rather than stocking up on ready-made packaged sauces. The burgers we tried were very tasty and unforgettable because of their high quality. But we didn't like that they didn't serve fries with the burgers, so just a burger is impossible to fill you up. We ordered separate fries, after receiving the burgers.

The best burgers I've ever tasted. Guys use only local bread and vegetables, meat from nearest market and make their own sauces. Fantastic! First time we visited this place in 2017 and backed here every time we trip to Mallorca (2018 and 2023).

lunch 9/9/2023 We went to eat on the recommendation of a person who lives in Palma. Everything was great. Meat, bun, sweet potato fries, burger composition, just everything. But none of that had anything to do with the super nice service. The lady was amazing, very nice and as soon as we arrived we felt very comfortable. Thank you for lunch and we look forward to visiting you again. :)

I don’t know if it’s because I was alone & outside this time, or they were a quite-busying group inside… but it took a time for them to notice I had finished my burger and come for the dessert… anyway, the food here is great, and fresh, and homemade. The banana dessert is great. Definitely not for people looking for a quiet-restful dinner.

This is a MUST when you come to Plama De Mallorca. So the whole experience A-Z was just LUSH. Very friendly, smiling and helpful waiting team , and very very massively amazing brilliant tastey Burger . Highly recommended 👌.

Staff was really nice and helpful. Place was decorated nicely and had great atmosphere. It might be a personal preference, but i didn't like the ketchup at all, and my other crew members shared this opinion. The burger had too much sauce in it (mayonnaise and ketchup), so i couldn't taste the meat nor the aragula. Food itself we tought was 2/5, but the staff made the experience much more greater, so i would give 3/5. I had high hopes for this place, and honestly i wanted it to be good. I think burgers should have less sauce and more aragula. Rest of the burger (and fries) are so heavy, so the aragula gives nice balance to it. It also adds unique flavour to the burger. I would recommend putting more aragula to the burgers. I would recommend this place, nice staff, food was ordinary though.

It's our favorite place. We've been to Mallorca 4 times and our tradition is to visit La Nueva burguesa. The best burgers in my life. All ingredients are local and fresh. Great concept, friendly owner, cozy atmosphere. Highly highly recommend!

Visited two times while in Palma and tried two of their vegan burgers! Both were delicious even though I‘d recommend the seitan burger over the falafel one. Great that they also offer extra toppings for the burgers :)

Amazing burger (Doms), but even better homemade ginger ketchup! I’ve never thought ginger with ketchup might taste that good. Lovely service and really nice atmosphere. Burgers are being made next to the tables, you can observe the whole process.

Beyond satisfied. The food was super delicious🤤, homemade ketchup is the best I’ve ever tried❤️. Excellent service👍🏻 Clean and neat bathroom with clean cotton towel for each customer. The atmosphere is so cozy and feels like home. Would come again.

So glad we made a stop here on our trip to Mallorca. The most out of the world flavorful hamburgers! They have so many vegetarian and vegan options. You can completely customize burgers. The falafel was so fresh and flavorful, we wish we ordered more! I had the falafel as my burger base and it was the best decision I made!

Super nice food, beer and crew, all burgers can come in a vegetarian version, which is a huge plus!! Also proper sized portions👌🏻👌🏻

Service was amazing. We can without reservation but there werent any places. They took my number and called me 30 minutes later when a place popped up. Food was great. We ordered several burgers and side and everything was delicious.

It’s a really good restaurant! Burgers are so delicious, nachos and fries also! Everything is homemade, even the sauces. And also the service is super nice, they take a good care of the customers. ❤️

Rude service, medium food, long waiting time for food. When i buy a bottle of water for 3€ and i dont finish it, i wanna take it with me to my hotel. They have a strange system to "save the planet" which seems more "save money on the back of our clients"...

Superb. We're from Manchester and this place is like something straight out of the Northern Quarter. The Galician beef that is used is on par with Aberdeen Angus in my opinion (but my wife actually thought it was better!). Very friendly waiter and a chilled out informal atmosphere. We're only here for 5 days but will likely be going back here numerous times 😂

Average and overrated… ordered burger to be 75% done, but was really maybe 10% done. Like unseasoned steak tartare on a burger. The bread was a bit dry, they should think of getting fresh brioche for their burgers, at least the choice. Fries not too bad.

Great place, friendly staff and excellent food. They do slightly undercook the meat, but they tell you in advance, so just order accordingly. Staff is polyglot. Ideal for such a touristy area.

Absolutely amazing burgers and very friendly staff! Been going here most fridays with work buddies for about a year, the burger meat they use is really great, followed with lovely sweet potato fries! The staff is excellent too! On more than one occasion they've given us dishes on the house to try! 😋 I recommend the Tim burger, medium rare!

From San Francisco CA USA. This is the most unbelievably good blue cheeseburger I’ve eaten. In USA afraid of law suits , all burgers are cooked Medium Well unless you beg. Check the pics I took of the plating and presentation. Like the amplifier in “This is Spinal Tap”, this one also goes up to “eleven”
