Nice location in the center but very poor service and staff really unfriendly.... The cars and buses traffic is making the whole experience very noisy and disturbing. Our 2 Croissants arrived completely burned and the coffee doesn’t taste great at all ...

Not sure what has happened to this place … we used to like coming here once a week for breakfast. However standards have really slipped. Before the tortilla was fantastic … fresh and seemed home made …. during the last several visits the tortilla is now hard, rubbery and cold in centre, seems like cheap factory manufactured …They have also changed the accompanying bread from nice fresh baguette bread to the hard, dry local bread that is not particularly appealing …. For now they have lost regular customers …. Which is a shame as it is a nice spot to sit

Nice location but that is all the venue is good for. Mediocre & over-priced food by the London standard. Poor service as the waiters are not interested in serving at all. Forgot a tapas that we ordered. Extra item on the bill that we did not order. The list goes on...

The service is awful and veryyy long. Food is just ok but they launch the plates on the table without caring in anyway about the client. Even when there is a lot of client you could take car at least a little bit. Will never go again !

HORRIBLE! The waiter was so rude and shouted at me because I couldn’t speak proper Spanish, even though I tried, and he kept raising his voice in Spanish and I felt threatened. Food came wrong with even though I pointed what I wanted on the menu and cold, and the Serrano sandwich was meant to be hot… I went there because someone told me they did hot sandwiches but it was a mistake…. Bad customer service and bad food 👎

Worst service I have received the waiter walked off mid ordering our meal!!. The menu needs work doesn't even fill you up. Ordered a drink with my meal and after 20minutes and getting the waiter attention for the second time, I then received my drink after I've finished my meal. I don't want to be stereotypical but the acknowledgement and the way the waiter ignores us is it because maybe we're English, the locals next to us was fine, no-issue. Wouldn't recommend if you're hungry!!. Go somewhere else. Very ignorant and disrespectful the way they ignore there paying customers!!

Very decent place to eat despite being located in the midst of touristic hotspot of Palma. Good service and solid food. Great for lunch.

Delicious tapas, won't allow food from McDonald's (next door) to be consumed at their premise even some in your party order and eat there. Annoying especially for families where kids crave for the happy meal but you want some proper restaurant food. But otherwise friendly service with great food.

Not the place it used to be. I remember when I was a kid, this bar used to be the TOP place no longer is. It has swapped into a place for tourists. The quality of their products has decreased significantly and prices have doubled since the last time I went there.

Used to be a Bar with tradition in the center of Palma. Seems to turn into a tourist trap now. 4,10 Euro for a small Coke is just too much. Locals will probably not go there anymore. Was my last time too.

Among the worst places I've ever visited. Rude waiters and slow service even to Spanish standards. We left without ordering food. Beer was OK, but when you're after lunch, what's the point. Stay clear!

This place has a great location. Good staff. The coffee is really bad and the ‘llonguet’ absolutely terrible 😑. The price is incredibly high (€ 8.10 for a flat white and a mini sandwich). Not recommended 🙈

Not a very nice service. Overpriced for quality. And the waiter called us “chicos” just because we have short hair.

Well priced well presented Breakfasts that are a set price, but also offering off menu choices, prompt service, great place to have Breakfast and watch the World go by...

We had the breakfast menu which is really good and the croissant. We also had coffee in the afternoon. Anytime you sit there the atmosphere and vibes are good

Really nice centrical spot, the staff is really nice and the here-say is that they sell the best bicadillos in town. We had the pleasure to eat breakfast here and a bocadillo on the day we arrived in Palma

Very bad service. We were sitting 20 minutes outside and nobody recognised us. All other guest were really upset because they experienced the same service. Never again

The service is garbage...the waiters are sighing, rolling their eyes, it's like you're annoying them - and we were speaking in Spanish... The food (tapas) are so bland it's unreal...I'm convinced nothing is home made...The bread is so dry as well... They forgot our order twice...also we asked about missing food after 30mn and they said they were out...

I would avoid. Tapas was "school cafeteria" level. No tastes at all. Nothing fresh. Bread stale. Island most expensive sangria?

This bar was recommended in a guide book but failed to live up to expectations. The sandwich was good but the rest of the food was pretty average. Location isn’t much to write home about either.

nice place to people watch. lovely ice cream and cool beer . pretty good value for your money . if your around palma and need some refreshments youll not go to wrong calling here.

€20 for 1 litre of sangria that comes pre made from a tap. I found this out when I made a complaint to the waiter. Very disappointing especially for the price!! Wasn't offered a refund or any alternative. The place has a central location but the food and drinks are at best mediocre and over priced. All the buses driving passed are very noisy. There are many far nicer places to eat and drink nearby.

Established in 1936, this place is great to have drinks and tapas. Waiters are super quick.

Food and drinks are great at this established Bar in the heart of Palma. The prices are on the higher side but this is compensated by the central and sunny location right at Borne (where most luxurious stores are located). Despite great food and drinks the service is terrible. Taking up to 20/30 minutes to take your order and also around the same time to bring the bill, requiring to ask for their attention several time. Make sure to bring enough time and patience when coming here.

The staff is extremely unfriendly (almost disrespected dare I say), so if you ever need help with anything, whether it be directions, having to use the toilet or anything of that kind, you must know that you will most likely not receive neither a greeting nor a smile. Even as a customer, consuming drinks and food, you should not expect to be treated any better. "Hello", "thank you" and "you're welcome" seem to be part of the unknown vocabulary of the staff.

A great place for breakfast. Very tasty sandwiches and tortillas. I was pleasantly surprised by the staff

It was very busy but it shouldn't take an hour for the lady on the next table to get a cheese sandwich, which didn't arrive, so she left hungry, having been charged for her eater and no apology. Our goat's cheese salad turned up 15 minutes after we'd finished the rest of the meal. Again, no apology.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Great drinks at good prices. Will come again.
