Traveled all the way from NorCal & once I got there, I was given the wrong room. Was then told that I needed to check in with the third party in which I booked the hotel. The room was correct on the third party’s end, but for whatever reason wasn’t coming up in the hotel’s system. Rather than wait a few more hours for the correct room to be available I took the room that was “ready”. I just wanted to change clothes & get on with my day after such a long drive. Upon entrance to the room I immediately noticed that it was not clean. There was a dead roach on the floor, the bed unmade, the trash was not emptied, towel on the chair etc. I informed the manager & she told me that the room had been cleaned & thoroughly inspected & even insinuated that I had dirtied the room since I had checked in about an hour ago. I was in the parking lot on the phone trying to get the correct room during that hour. I hadn’t even gone into the room yet. And why would I dirty the room & state that it wasn’t clean. Didn’t make any sense. The pool was also closed. I ended up leaving & transferring my reservation to their other location on W Lancaster which was so much better. The manager was very unprofessional and unaccommodating. I was very disappointed in how this situation was handled.

I was really happy with the stay not a fan of being charged to Park but they gave my family a break on that .great breakfast and staff and manager were nice as well as the man at the front desk during the evening. Overall the stay was great. We stayed at the Hilton right across from six flags magic mountain called Homewood a week prior and it was horrible stay we are grateful we found this place Clean we love that the windows opened up for fresh air unlike the Hilton across from six flags California

The standard... Rooms are always pleasant. Staff (sans front desk) are great (breakfast lady especially) - evening and night shift at front desk were great - morning seemed put off I wanted coffee... See photos - typical 'new' style Res Inn. Only issue - shower head needs re-seated - spays over into commode area - and the dripping on the long drain (very cool) makes musical sounds... One suggestion - get an ice maker for the lobby - when I check in at 10pm - do you really think I want to wait till midnight for enough ice to fill a cup? Would stay again without reserve.

Sparkling clean hotel. Very professional and friendly staff. Great daily breakfast choices. Quiet, peaceful stay. Views of the mountains from suite. Close to dining, shopping and Rushing Wind Church.

I will be honest, and say that this was one of the best hotels that ive ever stayed at. Ive stayed at so many hotels in the past and i know for sure that I will be coming back next month to this one. I know that the exterior of the hotel looks a little old and plain , but dont judge a book by its cover. LET me tell you, the rooms are luxury and have many amentities. Let me mention that the breakfast here was so delicious. The staff was very welcoming too. The guy at the front desk made the check in process very easy. Take my word and check in at this place, you wont be disappointed !

The Residence Inn Palmdale was the right place at the right time. When we arrived after a car breakdown, Yanelly at the desk made us feel really welcome and put us in a great room! Similarly the manager Christian was fantastic, and the breakfast was the perfect way to start the day. If my travels ever land me in Palmdale again, I will be staying here!

It's a nice place to stay, I may choose come again and pay for my stay. My job brought me here, and have no complaints 👌
