Traveled
all
the
way
from
NorCal
&
once
I
got
there,
I
was
given
the
wrong
room.
Was
then
told
that
I
needed
to
check
in
with
the
third
party
in
which
I
booked
the
hotel.
The
room
was
correct
on
the
third
party’s
end,
but
for
whatever
reason
wasn’t
coming
up
in
the
hotel’s
system.
Rather
than
wait
a
few
more
hours
for
the
correct
room
to
be
available
I
took
the
room
that
was
“ready”.
I
just
wanted
to
change
clothes
&
get
on
with
my
day
after
such
a
long
drive.
Upon
entrance
to
the
room
I
immediately
noticed
that
it
was
not
clean.
There
was
a
dead
roach
on
the
floor,
the
bed
unmade,
the
trash
was
not
emptied,
towel
on
the
chair
etc.
I
informed
the
manager
&
she
told
me
that
the
room
had
been
cleaned
&
thoroughly
inspected
&
even
insinuated
that
I
had
dirtied
the
room
since
I
had
checked
in
about
an
hour
ago.
I
was
in
the
parking
lot
on
the
phone
trying
to
get
the
correct
room
during
that
hour.
I
hadn’t
even
gone
into
the
room
yet.
And
why
would
I
dirty
the
room
&
state
that
it
wasn’t
clean.
Didn’t
make
any
sense.
The
pool
was
also
closed.
I
ended
up
leaving
&
transferring
my
reservation
to
their
other
location
on
W
Lancaster
which
was
so
much
better.
The
manager
was
very
unprofessional
and
unaccommodating.
I
was
very
disappointed
in
how
this
situation
was
handled.
