I have been a patient of Dr. Vigneux’s dental office as long as I can remember. I recently had my regular cleaning appointment and as usual couldn’t have been happier with the service from everyone in the office. Carol along with everyone else, is always so friendly and nice! Some people don’t like to get their teeth cleaned but I’m just the opposite! That’s all because of the great staff at the office! Carol is so gentle that I think if my eyes stayed closed too long I might fall asleep! Thanks to Doc and the rest of the staff for always making me smile. Debbie

Dr Vigneux is amazing!! Never a wait, keeps to their schedule very well. Always honest and to the point. Always listens to patients concerns. I left a bigger Dentist group, I’d go in for a checkup and try to schedule a 6 month checkup afterwards and I’d be lucky if my next 6 months checkup could be scheduled within 9 months. Dr. V keeps a good level of clientele, makes it easy to schedule checkups!

I have been going to Dr. Vigneux's office for probably 30 years. Carole is my dental hygienist who is wonderful and Dr. V is a great dentist. Any issues I have had they have accommodate my needs in a very timely manner. Even after I moved to Belchertown from Palmer I continue to travel to Palmer for dental services at Dr. Vigneux practice.

This visit at Dr. Vigneux's office was for a cleaning & routine dental checkup. He was pleasant to talk to as well as his staff especially Carol they were all very pleasant to talk to really. He was quick & efficient. It was done in half an hour. I highly recommend his dental office for any dental needs.

Well it's Aug 2023 an had a cleaning done. The staff always makes me feel relaxed. Explain what's going to be done an talk to u while doing it which keeps u relaxed. Best dentist office. LV

Both Carol and Dr. Vigneux do a great, thorough job. I never felt like I was in any pain or discomfort and I left with clean teeth and a bright smile! Both are very knowledgeable about the practice and I would highly recommend this business to anybody who cares about their oral hygiene!!

My wife and I have gone to Dr. Vigneux for 5 years. We've not needed anything except cleaning and bitewings, but have been very satisfied with Dr. Vigneux, the hygienist Carol, and the office and scheduling. We do not have dental insurance and pay in full each visit and I think the charges are very reasonable for the good care they provided.

Always a pleasure to see Carol and Doc V!! They are very knowledgeable and they are always smiling and pleasant!!
