WARNING NEVER EAT HERE!!!!!! This place was disgusting had to wipe our own table. We were charged for things that don't have a price on the menu plus we were lucky enough to pay a 15% surcharge and food was terrible, my frappe looked like a frozen coke and my partners smoothy had a bit of metal in it not to mention the drinks didn't even come out till we had finished and leaving.

Coffee Club Oasis has great staff and is always clean especially the tables. Friendly, happy staff make this a good spot to visit.

Looks like in house service is a lower priority and Uber eats orders are first above all else, sad for in store clients. Once Uber orders completed and 40 minutes later received drinks, 45 minutes later food shame it was dry and burnt. We complained and asked for 2 drinks and received only one..so again ignored, no customer service or even care. Am I or other at table happy.....not even close- But dogs happy with food!

Got Drink and meal order wrong. Poached eggs runny came out had and breakfast was cold, drink order for no cream came out with cream. So had a couple bites of breakfast and lost the desire to finish. Felt disappointed paid for a meal I did not enjoy or finish.

Really bad. Cheesy eggs had no cheese and the eggs weren't actual eggs but powdered. Brought it to the attention of one of the girls working there and worse thing....No follow up. McDonald's does better and that's saying something!

We had an amazing experience dinning at this venue. Breakfast and coffee were amazing. I really enjoyed the Big breakfast. Service was quick too. Staffs are very friendly. Has enough parking available. Just need to wait a bit long.

Waited almost an hour for our bacon and eggs, even though there were only a few people dining there. Finally came out and all our meals were cold. Two of us had mushrooms, which were burnt and cold, not to mention that we only got a couple of little pieces each.

Absolutely atrocious treatment and I won't be back or recommend. Was abused by the manager asking "what's your problem" I was shocked as just tried to order my breakfast. The aggression was completely unacceptable and attack unprovoked. Would not give a star rating but have to select at least 1 star to post feedback.

The young lady behind the counter was very professional, courteous and pleasant to deal with. The service and the food was spectacular !!

Never had bad food, bad coffee or service. Hubby and I regularly pop in on a Sunday after getting groceries for a coffee. Staff are always so lovely, don't wait long for service and never got an order wrong. I work in the area and it's the coffee club I chose to pick up or uber lunch from. They always make sure the flat grills have paper between them and the salad, never soggy and always amazing!

Unlike my previous visit, I found the service to be fast, friendly and pleasant. The young man that served us even thought to add an extra fork with the cake order. It is the little things like this that impress. The venue was clean and tidy. I only marked down as four stars because I found the cake price a little bit expensive.

I ordered a chicken caeser salad from door dash it arrived in a quick timely manner only for me to open the box and see that there is no chicken in the chicken caeser salad very disappointed considering I paid $26.90 for a salad with bacon, cheese and egg with no chicken in it I feel ripped off I understand it would get busy especially with so many orders but I feel disappointed I spent this much and didn’t get chicken in the chicken caeser salad. I am now in the process of cooking steak and using that as a replacement for the chicken.

Came for a brunch on a weekend. I appreciate how the staff told us that there's a waiting period for the food. I totally understand hospitality can be busy especially on a weekend and this Christmas holiday. So thank you for your service.

Absolutely ridiculous waiting times. I ordered breakfast at 11 didn’t arrive until 1 ish, food was cold and not fresh. If we knew waiting times were gonna be this long would’ve ordered somewhere else!

I have been to many coffee clubs across Australia and this one is by far the worst. I've been here multiple times and everytime without fail my order has come out wrong and unsatisfactory and everytime I tell myself this is the last time I come here. 2 stars for location convenience otherwise would of just given 1. For example; Palmerston coffee club is the only coffee club I have been to that have not allowed me to exchange stuff in my order for other stuff for example chipolatas or bacon or sausages for salmon or swap hash browns for extra mushroom or tomato instead they charge me for the salmon and mushroom or tomato on top of the order. Many times I have sat there and watched my order sit there on the kitchen counter for over 10mins waiting for a waiter to pick it and drop it on my table. one time I ordered vege big breakfast with spinach and literally only got 5 pieces of spinach I complained about the lack of vegetables on my plate (I did order a vege big breakfast why would you even call it BIG BREAKFAST if there isn't even enough spinach to feed a rabbit) and was rudely told by a chef with attitude that's how much we normally put instead of helping the situation and adding more raw spinach without making me feel bad for something I paid for and didn't get instead I was made to feel like I was begging mind you the order was over $120. Gordon Ramsay would of been fuming. A few times I have ordered smashed avo on my vege big breakfast and got a sliced avo instead. Many times I have walked in and there no tables to sit on and the only tables available have not even been cleaned This place needs better management both at the front of house for communication and general etiquette and the kitchen maybe the chef she needs help more love has to be put into the food.

Went to coffee club yesterday, when I attempted to place my order I was informed the kitchen was closed as the chef had finished early, I found the person who served me rather rude.

Ordered take away and when I rocked up was stone cold and was pretty much an assemble your own meal(that was ice cold) they hadn’t even tried making it look decent everything was just randomly chucked into the box and this isn’t the first time definitely never getting food from here again

Arrived at the Coffee Club Oasis at 12:30pm for lunch and found that they had closed half the cafe for "cleaning". As there were no tables available, I sat within the area that was closed. I was approached by a rude staff member scolding me because I wasn't allowed to sit there. I advised there were no tables available out the front and queried why they would close half the cafe during lunchtime. She told me they close that section of the cafe before lunch on the weekend so they don't have to clean that section later and so they "don't have to keep cleaning up after customers". I was told that she would "allow" me to sit there this one time but warned not to sit there in the future when they close off that section. We were quite upset at her rudeness that we decided to leave. Best choice because we had a wonderful lunch and fabulous service at Coffee Club Gateway.

Very nice coffee and fattening cake. Great place to relax for a while after shopping. Staff are pleasant and helpful.
