Probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I could give negative stars I would. I placed my order in the drive through for two 10 piece nugget meals and both meals were complete raw when my girlfriend and I took the first bites. I went back in to hopefully get my food comped as well as new food because raw food can put you in the hospital. I did not receive a single apology and they refused to comp my meal. It was either new food or a refund. The employee helping me was completely disrespectful and gave me snarky responses. When they finally gave me my refund with no new food I took my receipt which the employee thought was aggressive and he then started to lecture me about respect. EXCUSE ME??!!! This place just gave me raw food!!! The manager wouldn’t come see me at all. Needless to say I left in a fury and immediately called corporate to report this. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE.

I have never! Running late for an appointment I chose McDonald's and the fish sandwich. THE WORSE EVER in my 30+ years. The bun usually is soft & warm. This bun was hard and when I touched the bun. My finger push through it and made a hole!That's how stale the bread was I asked for another sandwich because of the stale bun. The lady was like it was just made. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Lady McDonald's DON'T make buns at the store. They gave another sandwich and running late I didn't check it. When I got a block away to my destination I opened the box expecting a warm fresh fish fillet on a fresh bun. NOT! Same kind of stale bun. So disrespectful. Never will I ever. I gave ⭐⭐ because the soda was good. If you don't know what a bun suppose to look, taste and feel like... please go work for another fast food spot!

Do not eat hear.... Especially if you're BK! I walked into this place around 1:30PM on the 26th of June. I stood at the counter for about 4 minutes with zero greeting, help or anything. About 1 minute later a Hispanic male came in and was greeted 3 times in less than 50 seconds. The manager (lady with Burgundy blouse) was right there. She's part of the problem! I turned to him and said "Wow, you must be very special. I been here for 5 minutes (at that time) with no greeting, not even a look" and we shared a laugh before I walked out. They even tried serving him before me and he took up for me. While I was standing there I observed some Disgusting things. I seen a employee (Curly bk hair and joggers on) Sneeze into her hand while working the drink machine then remove cups from the drink machine while touching all over the rim of the cups. I'm not sure if the lady was special needs, but there's a employee that works with a yellow vest (not why i said S.N.) . I witness the manager ( Burgundy blouse) talk to her as if she's nothing. An that same employee with the vest was pouring sweat and I seen her walkin whip the sweat from her Forehead then go behind the counter handling food.

Can we please get non breakfast food at 5AM? Your breakfast is subpar, I just want a burger

Disgusting. One of the workers was licking ice cream off her fingers after her fingers touched the inside of someone's sundae, and NO she didn't wash her hands after licking her fingers, instead she hands me the bag with her nasty hands. I asked for a big Mac instead what I got was a Mac big, I do not know how in the world they didn't notice they put my burger in reverse?? It wasn't even busy, there were maybe 3 cars in the drive thru, and I was the only person inside.

I stopped by after leaving the Urgent Care, the young girl had me waiting about 5 minutes to order. When I drove up to pick up my food, she seemed as if she didn't want to be there. I had to ask her for napkins. McDonald's is not what it used to be, even the food can be horrible at times. I rarely go there 😞

Since nobody at the McDonald's wants to ever pick up the phone I'm just going to put it out there .. it was green AF im so disgusted

The workera are ruled and unprofessional. Very disrespectful and they don't care about the quality of the Food. Hate it. Never going back there.

The night manager AJ has awesome customer service.He is always respectful,calm,polite and always greets me when I walk in. Keep it up AJ thank you!

Serving warm sodas now to save money, they just put ice in your warm soda. So all the bacteria and fungus from the warm soda machine is in your warm flat soda… Enjoy. Still charging $3. Disgusting.

It’s McDonald’s don’t expect 5 star service but as long as they are consistent it’s ok. I HATE the cutler bay one next to the mall. That place needs a revamp REALLY bad

With McDonald's it's a hit or miss I was there had no issues got what I paid for and the service was not bad this time.

A visit here on Monday for breakfast gave me an expensive bill from baptist. Wouldn't recommend

I was there for a few minutes ,looking snack like 6 piece chicken nuggets, they give me 5 inside box, place was empty but two tables were dirty. I understand the pay more attention to the customers on cars but if you go inside isn't a pleasant place to sit.

This McDonald used to be one of my favorite, but for the past couple of years something happened, new owners or new managers and it's now one of the worst. Not just the quality of the food but the service has diminished so much that its my first time putting a negative review anywhere. A shame
