Great experience! We were pleasantly surprised at how great this place was, we South-Dade-ians sometimes think we have to go to at least as far as Pinecrest or Coral Gables (or further) for a decent dinner but this place was top-notch. Small dining area but there were tables available when we got there, but I also enjoyed the somewhat small intimate vibe (and I believe they also offer takeout). The Sushi was delicious, a LOT of options including unique dishes and dietary-restriction-friendly options. The chef seems very caring and proud of his work, visited every table to check in. Will definitely come back.

Although Sushi Bay Miami boarders Cutler Bay & Palmetto Bay, which really aren’t small towns, you get BIG TOWN, Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, QUALITY - FLAVOR & EXPERIENCE for a low PRICE! This place is the epitome of the “best sushi”. The humble owner works his tail off ensuring every dish that goes out is of top notch. I’m talking from the appetizer, cucumber salad to the rolls, Sarah sunshine, one of my many favorites! Even the tap water is triple filtered. Don’t quote me on that though, I know it’s filtered. For crying out loud the fake crab “Kani” sushi lovers eat that everyone else offers, he doesn’t because it breaks down the quality and flavor of the rolls. What does he use instead? I’m glad you asked, REAL LUMP CRAB! Do yourself a favor, give Sushi Bay Miami a call for a reservation or call to make sure they aren’t PACKED, you will not regret it.

Best sushi, hands down. Everything is delicious and quality is unmatched. The owner and chef Ken is amazing and this spot is the best kept secret in south Miami.

Hands down the best tasting sushi I’ve had. This place has better quality sushi than all of those chain restaurants in miami, and this place is a little cheaper. The owner is a very nice and friendly guy too.

This spot is amazing. If you are looking for a comfortable spot for some spectacular sushi, this is it. Kenny is so personable and very talented. He chatted with us throughout dinner and made a point to learn our names. We will definitely be regular here!

My wife and I order take out from here at least once a week and are always happy and satisfied with our meal. The atmosphere is amazing and the owner Ken, is not only an amazing sushi chef but extremely personable. You can tell he is passionate about his restaurant and his craft. The sushi is hands down the best sushi in the area. Our menu highlights are the spicy tuna roll, crispy rice, orgasm roll, and the crab rangoon!

Amazing place!!!!! I felt like a close friend and then like family. We drank shots and had the best sushi, fresh crab, and so many varieties of Japanese beers that I had in Miami. Please this is a place you Must visit. Love it!!!!!!!! THIS IS A HIDDEN GEM!!!

Sushi Bay has been my favorite sushi spot to go for a little over 2 years now! I’ve gone to many boujee sushi places around Miami but this place is IT. You get miami city quality for a decent price here in Palmetto Bay. I can’t even pick what to recommend because everything, I MEAN EVERYTHING is so freaking good. There’s even omakase nights, it’s a must do. I’ve gotten a pleasure to get to know the chef Kenny. Great guy. I can see the passion and attention to detail to each thing he makes and the taste of his food speaks volumes. What can I say? Just come and experience Sushi Bay for yourself!
