The tea was decent. That's why i gave them 2 stars. Customer service however needs serious work. Two occasions we've gone there but today solidified it. The girl at the counter acted like she didn't want to be there and the way she responded to my 12 year old daughter who wanted to treat me to some boba tea really set me off. To have such a cute little tea spot in a great area but having employees not carry the energy you expect is bad business and kills referrals and return customers.

The tea is actually pretty good. But I am so disappointed at the service. It was a chaos inside. We ordered online to save some waiting, but it wasn’t ready 30min after the app saying “ready for pickup”. We asked twice and spent a total of 40 min there before we got the tea! Hoping they can improve it.

Dragon well tea with passion fruit jelly 3 tiny boba pearls. Absolutely love it, just the right amount of ice so it's nice and cold, taste is on point, refreshing as can be. Price is peachy.

Very intimate space with minimal seating . Staff is very nice . Many combinations of drinks can be created for you to try something different with each visit. Love the fact that you can tell them your sweetness level for your order. Do wish they had better seating though. Would be a cool atmosphere to relax and journal in the morning and catch up with a friend during the day.

The quality is always great in terms of the tea, however get there before 9:30. They "run out" of tapioca pearls around that time. Me and my SO had to add our own.

A little expensive but DEFIANTLY worth it, if you want something simple and refreshing get the strawberry green tea. My personal fav is the passion fruit green tea with Less tapioca

Today was my first time going to this place and I got the chocolate milk boba tea at 100% sweetness. I enjoyed it so much. Its only the second time I have drank boba tea and the first time was a bust. Me and my s/o wanted to try a better quality and came across this place and we were deeply pleased. 100/10 will come Again.

I usually go to the one at the beach and I have no complaints but not so much with this location at sunset. It was our first time coming here and my daughter ordered her usual drink (miu's milk green tea with tapioca) which she gets at the other location too. When she got it, it didn't taste like the usual drink she gets. She didn't like it so she came back to order another drink since the flavor had changed but they told her no that she could get another drink so she asked kindly if she could add more sugar and they did it but it didn't really made a difference, it was still bitter.

We love Mius teas and the variety of the menu. Also it is one of the best priced products in town. The only downfall I have found is that the service is definitely below par. It feels as if the staff could care less if you come in or not. We keep coming back however because the tea is really good and at a very good price. If they fix their service issues it will be a fantastic 5 star spot.

I am obsessed with this place! I always try a different green tea option with a new add-in option (jells, boba). My favorite thing is they have different percentages for the amount of sugar added. I am a 10% of sugar because I pick the fruity options of the green tea.

Went in for a toffee black tea with coconut milk and tiny boba, Took a sip of it and was very tasteless. No coconut milk flavor and barely any boba compared to others given out in front of me and ones that I’ve previously gotten. I’m a loyal costumer my wife and I always come by for teas. First time I can say I was let down . The drink was trash,. I came back inside with the drink and kindly explained to the cashier that the drink was not made of good quality as usual. At first she acted like she didn’t understand and looked at me clueless. She said she couldn’t exchange it. The drink honestly wasn’t made as they usually make it. Then I just think to myself, I’ll just get another drink . Then I order a strawberry green tea with ice cream and strawberry boba (paying for another drink!) 🙃 the girl made the drink as If she don’t wanna work or if I’m asking for it for free or bothering her. There was barely any ice cream and barely any strawberry pop in the drink, my second drink (strawberry green tea)! both ended up in the trash. spent $16 for two teas that weren’t even drinkable. Plus tip . I’ll be taking my money somewhere else . They don’t value costumers here.

Love the tea here I am always willing to make the hike just to grab my 25% black mango tea lemonade with Boba and lychee. However I did come into a problem when I showed up at 9:50, 75% of the drinks were not available. I believe if you are open, you should have everything available not just some drinks.

So bummed. I loved their milk tea and decided to try their lychee tea and there were black stuff inside I wasn’t sure if it was ants, or what and now I don’t think I trust going back.

Great tea shop, I recommend downloading the app bc sometimes the line can be a little long. The application is great and texts you when your order is ready. This place is small and has no seating but downtown South Miami is lovely and there are a few public benches to sit or better yet walk around. If you love boba you need to give them half an hour after the store opens. I recommend the Thai tea latte, the kiwi green tea is also delicious. Great selection of white teas Finally you can choose sweetness which is a game changer.

The stuff is very nice here! Everyone is so friendly and give good recommendations. Love it here!

Place is very cute! The fruit teas are amazing, but the milk tea tastes a bit smokier than what I’m used to. Still good though and highly recommend!

If you would like a great vibe and being greeted with a good attitude, forget this place. Nothing out of the ordinary in this area, basic boba. The server who also takes the orders was unnecessarily rude, probably just a dry human who doesnt like their workplace. Btw the don't accept hundreds! Lol.

Mius tea is so good I love how they have the option of how much sugar/sweetness you want. I love how nice the inside is it is my favorite boba place

We were in Miami for a company trip and craving boba. Miu's Tea was the closest spot. Located near Espinola Way, the walk here was easy. Honestly, I had low expectations but was pleasantly surprised.

I come here daily and get the same tea every time . today i had a very disappointing situation with the girl with short blond hair. Service is incredibly downgrading. I only come back for the tea but not the service.

The quality of the boba tea is not that great. The boba itself is very chewy and sticky, constantly getting stuck in my teeth. The tea was mediocre at best and definitely not as good or of higher quality as many reviews led me to believe.

Favorite place in Miami to get boba teas! Service is always kind and efficient, and the boba itself is delicious and just the right texture. Highly recommend!

Decent bubble tea and it’s really close to the university of Miami. 4 stars because my expectation was too high and the favor is not strong enough for me. But it’s a good place to get bubble tea with different flavors.

This place is small , so we’ll put the space, always a line that isn’t long but it shows people enjoy the drinks here. Very refreshing and nice spot for a boba tea place. So pretty inside. Also I love the options for milk ,non dairy is a must !!

I came in person to order 2 milk teas with ice cream and regular boba. They didn’t have the ice cream which was fine. However, once they were making my drinks they told me they only had enough boba for one of them. They said they could do tiny boba instead and I agreed although I had never tried it. I only said yes because I wasn’t sure what to do since I already paid and would be losing the money I spent for the topping. Which ended up happening anyways. When I got the drink, it was not good at all with the tiny boba and I mentioned it as nicely as possible to the girl working there. She just gave me a nasty look and said she could remake it without the boba. Once she gave me the drink she just gave me a rude look and didn’t respond when I said thank you and have a good day. Not to mention that they put the regular boba in the drink after mine which is unfair. Usually I love coming here but with this service you won’t catch me here ever again. They need to hire better people who actually have some empathy and customer service skills.
