This McDonald's is not letting people in the by food. I don't know why the doors are locked and they won't let no one in. No worries I will not never stop by here again.

This is the second time at this location that I get breakfast. I order at around 6am not one single customer on line, and the orders have been complete wrong or complete disgusting. The lady taking orders every morning has no sense of personality or care for customer. How does an employee think is ok to serve a chicken that looks like it was dragged on the floor, refried 3 times and have the consistency of a cardboard or something picked up from the trash a week ago. The biscuit was dried and like gum. This the last time will be going to this location. One positive thing is the lady that gives the orders is very nice and friendly.

not sure what was going on at this McDonald's but they had the dinning area closed yet some people were inside, the place was filthy, the employees confused and they were not understaffed, so not sure why it was mayhem

I live nearby and more than once they’ve been closed during posted operating hours even when there’s staff inside. Today Sunday I got there at 10PM and they wouldn’t let me in,. They close at 11pm, look at the hours on the door in the attached picture…. If you do get service they’re very rude, beginning with the manager who is extremely rude…. Whoever owns this franchise, and spent millions to get it, your employees are dumping this great location down the drain! And fix Google which has you open 24 hrs!

Drive thru staff were somewhat slow, had to wait behind closed windows for some time not knowing what is happening. If they can communicate with customers more effectively it would be much better so we dont wonder what is going on behind closed windows.

Food is pretty consistently good and staff as well. My review is targeting their system. My last few visits have resulted in me waiting for 20-30 minutes due to their system being down. They take your order and then system goes offline.The drive thru is set up that you are stuck between vehicles if you want to leave, you simply can not. This hasn't once, twice or even either. There is a McDonald's a few blocks down closer to the University, just drive the extra 5 minutes to that location. I was able to place my order and leave within 10 minutes. This McDonald's management is terrible.

At this place, they constantly mix up orders, I don't know why it's more expensive than other McDonald's, they have a bad attitude towards customers, and the food doesn't taste fresh. In short, I won't ever go there again.

Order from this location on 8/25/23 from Uber eat you screw my order for 3 time in a month! You need to address your problems with your employee! You Suck! Will never order from this location ever again!

Says 24 hours but it’s not opened at 5am, there’s a sign on the menu saying opens at 4am and girl on the speaker sounds like she’s out of it and says “we’re not ready yet” didn’t respond when I asked her what time they open. While the other employee is on the phone right outside “getting ready”

Drive thru is consistently horrible throughout 10 years. What do you expect from McDonald's? But the wait is ridiculous and workers definitely incompetent. If I take the time to write this it's obviously a true testimony

Ordered a cheeseburger at the drive thru, I get home and there’s only cheese and pickles and NO BURGER!!!! Come on guys, how do you forget the burger?!??!

I cannot believe it when I pulled up to this mcds. I saw 3 different guys in the window, I placed my order on the mobile app and none of them even turned their head to acknowledge the fact that I was there. I spent $30 on the app and can’t get it refunded now I gotta call my bank. I know it late it’s 4:40 Am. And on the guys came outside saying there’s no cook. So you’re telling me 3 men are there and not one of then are a cook. That’s ridiculous.

If you plan to come here to eat fast food. The breakfast is really good , but prepare if you need the bathroom , there is not toilet paper ☹️☹️☹️

Do not waste your time or money coming here. Team member Joanna was extremely rude and yelling behind the counter and to boot was eating an ice cream and had her mouth completely dirty while she was bagging orders. Very rude service not clean store .

Wow the reviews aren’t lying about this location. Stopped by in a rush quickly and placed an order through the drive thru. Whilst the service was good, the order wasn’t great. The cheeseburger had no sauce or onions and it was extremely dry. The caramel frappe we ordered with extra caramel and they barely put a drizzle on it. We had no time to wait for another so we just left but very dissatisfied with this location

I got a oatmeal. Not only was the oatmeal cold and watery but it was also less than half full. When I say less than half full I mean less than line inside the oatmeal cup and that line is halfway. When I added the fruit then it was halfway. On top of that they didn't even put it in a bag, it was just handed to me. Don't buy oatmeal here. I understand times are hard and people are trying to cut corners. Which is okay. But with oatmeal one of the cheapest grains out there it's a shame.

worst mcdonald’s i have ever been in. I placed a mobile order to pick up at the drive thru and waited 40 minutes just to end up parking and coming inside and waiting for another 10 minutes. If you are short staffed you should close the drive thru or at least let customers know.

The girl at the drive-through has no idea what she’s doing she’s so slow she looks super young traffic today was wrapped around the block down the street backed up on US one they need to put people on the drive-through were communication and social skills are the strength or during a time when it’s not super busy to build on that strength she was super rude to me she refused to take my order and discriminated against my disability because I couldn’t hear her in the window that I went to the first window I’m extremely disappointed she definitely needs more training.

Since this type of McDonald’s itself all alone in particular was really lacking the amounts of workers that it would have needed for better amounts of customer service in all of its own types of customer service departments in general, then McDonald’s itself as a restaurant franchise all alone in particular should always make sure that it always has as many amounts of people working at any types of McDonald’s restaurants that McDonald’s itself ever has in general that are all always as highly trained as possible to the very core on all of the types of ways that would all ever be needed to learn about in order to be able to provide the best darn amounts of customer services from all of its own types of departments in general no matter how many types of customer service departments that there all ever are at any types of McDonald’s restaurants in general regardless of the types of destinations that they all are all ever located at in general and so on and so forth. More than one time I have gone to this McDonalds and this is what they serve in the mornings!!! Bread is toasted like a brick and taste burnt and I have no other choice but throw it in the garbage and now I will have a horrible day without eating breakfast!! If I can give this place no stars I would!

While most McDonald’s have drivethrough lines rivaling an expressway, I’ve never had a long wait here and the service team is super nice and energetic. While I personally can’t have anything other than the salads, my kids rave about the quality of the nuggets and crispy chicken sandwiches from this particular location!

Horrible horrible horrible service, all the dark ladies here are super rude and don’t know what they’re doing. I’ve worked with McDonald’s for over 10 years and this is just plain disgusting. Something has to be be done in this location and I will personally get in touch with corporate. Don’t know there names , but they couldn’t even charge me a mc sauce on the side sayin there not allowed too on top of that waited 15 min jus to order with no line but even better they got my order completely wrong

It was good attention. I don’t like they have the soda machine desconected, and I have to ask for the refill. Also they don’t give me sals I have to ask for it. They only give me 2 and we were 4 people with only two ketchup.

When we got are food from the counter. We didn't get any Napkins with are food.my wife went up to counter to for ask napkins she that Ignored. This's are first here at 1.30pm. Not good service at the time.

This Mcd's is terrible!!!... I've been there several times at night through the drive-thru. They won't take my order. They say it's only for Door Dash & Uber Eats. How terrible is that??!! Does Corporate know that???? The ppl that work there are nice. You call their number & it doesn't even ring. Sometimes the food is cols. I won't go there again!!! This Mcd's use to be good idk what happened to it!!!!! :/

The food is always good the service always is Bad! Always say they are understaffed. An old couple left because they couldn’t order on the kiosk and the employee just kept sending everyone to the kiosk. I said what if they don’t know how to use it. Her response am under staffed. But this is the case at this location always. Sad!

I order a chicken sandwich it was very dark. I took it back they told me they are all like that so I had to get something. I think you like need to change the oil.

3rd time at this place, 3 times disappointed the food is OK fast food. The ordering and waiting is just extremely painful.. I just made a mistake and came and came back. Important stuff first: quick & kind service, my order was correct and tasted great. I made a quick stop on a Wednesday night (around 9:15pm) for a #7 and an apple pie. I don’t normally review fast food places but I was impressed at how nice the staff was. I don’t know if the dude who was giving the food at the second window was a manager or something but it was nice to see him double checking his colleagues work and giving them tips how to best pack the bag and double check orders. (Maybe bc I’ve been to so many mcds this was different bc the staff was happy and really freaking nice).

Avoid these MCDs between 930pm. thru and past midnight. Unnecessary wait. No matter what day of the week. Always same. No one answers the drive-thru speaker for about 30 to 40 minutes. GMs have no clue what's up with this place at night

Very loud speaker my ear hurt when I left I asked for ranch sauce for my fries and they threw in a bunch of ketchup on top of the fries and while I was eatingy fries I ended up accidentally putting a ketchup bag in my mouth because I thought it was only fries and I hurt my tounge on the ketchup packet. This is the last time I ever go to a fast food place.

McDonald's is horrible. They are slow. Food cold. Service is unfriendly poorly staffed. They have lost their entire brand except for low cost garbage food.

This location is mentioned as being open 24h. We pulled up in the early morning and the service was rude. They mentioned they were not taking any orders and asked us to leave. Please review hours of operation or staff training. Thank you.

40 minute waits in the drive through :( Sometimes the inside of the store locks the doors so you can not go inside?! Most of the employees are super sweet though so that helps customers to keep returning.

Drive thru at night is terrible. Usually long wait, soggy fries, and missing items in my order multiple times. The lobby isn’t open so it’s difficult to run in and ask them for the item. The drive thru line is usually a long wait to get back in to ask for the order correction. Last night we ended up spending money on an order we never got. Will not be returning to this location.

How do you give hot cakes without syrup, plastic wear and napkins? I can’t even turn back as I would be stuck in traffic. The Spanish speaking lady who handed me my food clearly does not have the vocation for her extremely complicated position at McDonald’s.

From outside the door, you can imagine that you are about to have a fantastic experience in general; but when you come in and ask for services, you will not have the proper Service. The in-charge person will treat you like a stranger and not as a customer. There was no cashier to take your order, and you had to order from a machine where most items were unavailable.

This place is hit and miss. Many times the person taking your order is borderline rude, sometimes they're pleasant.

Went for some cheap post workout food. I don't eat the bun but the meat and veggies in the middle. 2 fish sandwiches and 1 spicy chicken sandwich. They were open late and POS machines working correctly unlike other places. The food is not drown in sauce. For the price and late night... Overall good

The waiters were too generous and terrible. They waited too long. They didn't treat you as a guest at all. It was a perfect day for them to be here

One of the worse experiences I've had. During the day the place runs great, but come night time, I have no idea what happens. Long story short... waited 45 minutes, the manager Maria had deleted my order by accident, I asked for a refund because I no longer felt like having it. She didn't know how to do that, she went to the back and brought me some cash (seemed to be hers), then I asked her to return it to my card..... After lots of words, disrespect, and even some insults, she figured out how to return my money. I love the place, but will never go there again at night. Night time is for Burger King which is a few blocks away. They should promote someone else to manager, not a person that can get loud with clients and give attitude. Im sure there are plenty of people that would say the same. Oh and she refunded me more money than my order.... no idea how, but she messed that up to.
