The park staff are really nice, but some of the people that winter in this park are not friendly. We were next to a couple from Canada that appeared to have been coming to this park for years. We left our little puppy for an hour one day and she barked for most of that and I felt so bad. She has a really squeaky bark but the behavior of the couple when we pulled in was not acceptable. The wife of this man was making the gesture slitting their throats. We will never go back there. I apologized several times and even tried to apologize to the woman and she slammed the door in my face. Good luck if you go there.

Not sure where to start. Just finished a 6 month workamper job here as clubhouse cleaners. When we arrived in October we almost turned around. It appeared very unkept. Shortly after the landscape workers arrived and got it into presentable shape. Website lues a bit. No horshoes, no water excercise. Pool is really too small for this. Activity director only interested in money making activities. No organized golf group Will not return. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is for the people (fellow workampers) we met here. Most of whom also will not return.

This is a 55+ resort with park models and destination trailers. Some RV's and 5th wheels. Some are for rent. Nice clubhouse, pool, hot tub, shuffleboard court, billiard room. Alot of activities to participate. Everything is kept very clean and sanitized

It's streets and water system are in tough shape. It's been a 55+ resort for 30+ years but now it's open to anyone, even families to bring old beat up campers and trailers in to live there. Neighboring Pleasant valley is much better for Rving and the rest of the 7 others sister parks are much better to winter Texan at or live all year round!

Had a water leak and ask at office for help. Was told there guy was too busy, so then ask for recommendations for a plumber and was told not to ask the service man for recommendations as he was too busy. Park occupancy is minimal at this time.I would think that you would take care of permanent residents first.

They never answer the phone, Office is always close and finally when you find a person they are so rude like rude. Attitude to the FULLEST. If you do not want to deal with people or answer simple questions. DO NOT WORK THERE!! Do not rent or buy lots from them. Whenever you want to sell, they have the 1st saying and want to buy it from you so cheap. If someone does not like you or you have a disagreement with an old tenant, FORGET IT. DRAMA ALL OVER 24/7. Nasty service.

Nice place. Many of the residents prefer to speak French. In the USA we speak English!

Nice people. Good music. A/C not worth a darn. Way too warm in the clubhouse. We did enjoy the BBQ sandwich and e fee dances.

We stayed in one of their mobile homes for 3 days. The park is very quiet and the mobile home is clean and in good shape. We will definitely go back there in the future.

Our Winter Texans are the people we always wait for here in the south. Where their presence brings forth support to those around us in buisness and personal. Great atmosphere and compassionate people. Highly recommend. --Robert
