I've been to this salon a couple of times, but today was miserable. First, they were extremely understaffed, and I had to wait around 15 minutes to FINALLY get my haircut. I asked for a 1 inch trim, but they layered my hair (it looked really ugly when they were finished!), and cut off around 7 inches. I always prefer longer hair, so I trim very little every once in a while, but now I have to wait 1-2 more months until my hair grows back (probably going to be uglier since they had layered my hair horribly). $45 in total. SO DISAPPOINTED.

Love Nancy! I'm very picky about color, and she does a great job. Friendly & convenient salon, too. She works very hard to fit everyone in, as has a minimal staff due to Covid. Local residents, please support Nancy & bring your business to her!

Nancy is really great, she’s the only one I trust to cut my hair after having a bad experience elsewhere (I have long hair fyi). She’s meticulous and makes sure the length and layers are even, even when it’s very busy. Prices are so low and I hope they stay in business a long time so I can come back. (She’s very busy since she manages everything herself with no front desk receptionist, which is probably why prices can be so low, so if you are understanding and patient about that, it’s so worth it and the best place I recommend)

I called one day earlier to confirm the appointment. But when I was there for my appointment. The store is closed and I made a few phon calls and no one picked it up. It’s disappointing as I made all the arrangements but they simply ignored it

Not a great haircut. Asked her not to blow dry my hair and she said she couldn't cut it wet, without telling me before washing it. I asked her for a trim and she cut way more than we discussed. I don't think she has much experience with wavy/curly /thick hair types, because the cut she gave might work on straight thin hair but not on mine. She also thinned the ends of my hair way too much

Received a pedicure and really liked the venue. The woman who did my pedicure was very caring and good at her job ☺️

So disappointed with this place. I went to Nancy Bee this Saturday to get my nails and eyebrow done, I was gonna get regular manicure but a lady there (I don't remember her name ) convince me to get the gel nails. So I choose to get the French nails, and I asked if she knew how to do it, and she said yes. (what she clearly don't know how do it, as you can see in the picture) I asked her more than twice to get the lines of my French thinner and she was always saying that would look beautiful when she finished with it. And also with my eyebrow I asked to just CLEAN IT, She made a mass with it. Terrible service, as I was late for another appointment I paid and left the place (and even paid $40 for this service) and came back later on the day to ask them to at least remove the polishing from my nails and they said that they couldn't remove it because as it is a gel nail I have to wait for at least 2 weeks to get the color off. Terrible place, terrible service. I don't recommend this place.

Nice place. I made an appointment online but when I got there it was pretty slow so I don’t know if an appointment is necessary. The girl who did my hair was SO thorough and went back and checked and rechecked my haircut which I really appreciated. Recommend!
