I've been going here for years. The quality of the haircut depends totally on the person who does the job. A few have been truly awful, but most have been great. I've learned to ask the name of the ones who did a good job, and then call ahead and find out what days/times they are working. My favorite left a couple of years ago, but I've found another favorite -- after one major disaster.

I go out of my way to come to this Great Clips because the experience is the most consistent of all the locations in the area. It is a cheap salon so don't expect supermodel results, but if you're a simple dude/gal looking for a simple trim, this place usually works out pretty well and is never really busy.

The service is friendly. They get the haircut size right but the finishing (especially on the sides) has been very poor over last couple of occassions. They use mostly machines for haircut and barely any scissors. Therefore, the final trimming and shape suffers a bit. I have to had to do minor adjustments on my own later.

I do not like my haircut. No layer and look ugly. Need to find another place to redo.

This is a great place to get your hair cut. The owners and employees are all so kind and genuinely nice people. I came here after I had a bad experience at another Great Clips and the owner fixed my haircut which I was really appreciative of. For the short time I was sitting in the waiting area, multiple customers came in and requested specific stylists which goes to show that they do quality work. I definitely recommend them.

It's ok for a basic haircut, but don't count on it looking stylish. Employees don't seem to listen. No matter what I tell them, I seem to always end up with the same too-short too-thin cut.

Nice little place for our kids to get reliable and reasonably priced haircuts. Friendly staff. Online booking works well.

The lady didn’t follow the instructions for my sons hair cut , she did what she wanted leaving him all patchy and attempted to do a line up on him when we didn’t ask for one and she left it all uneven, and when she notice we didn’t leave a tip she said something in her language and made a face. We come here often but after today this will be the last time.
