Suzie was fantastic. She answered all of my questions, was very personable, and practically became my personal shopper. I went into TB looking for a gift for my dad's birthday (original idea was golf balls). Although they didn't have golf balls, she asked if my dad liked polos, I said yes, and she pointed me in the direction of the polo shirts, specifically the ones with a more sportier weight (now knowing my dad is a golfer). I walked out of the store spending $60 more than I planned on spending and I am satisfied with that, largely due to the excellent customer experience Suzie provided. She is a manager right now, but I could see her becoming a store manager in the near future! Two thumbs up.

On last Saturday (11/12/22), we visited Palo Alto store (Stanford Shopping Center). Robin (one of the store sales person) helped us a lot with a merchandise. He was so nice, kind, and humorous with a high spirit welcoming us. We had very delightful shopping experience at Palo Alto Store. Thank you so much, Robin for your full smile and humor..!!

Great feel good place. Always smells fantastic. Beautiful beachy clothing and they are made well. Also a limited selection of various items such as shoes, jewelry, candles and the like. Above my reasonable price range, however the company has now introduced a few sales which helps for acquisition.

I really like Tommy Bahama products. And have many pairs of pants, shirts, & jackets in my clothing. I was disappointed yesterday to attended a facility to have a wonderful young lady sell me $500 worth of clothes and when I explained I had a pair of jeans that look like they failed asked me to come back they would take care of me. These pants had pockets and belt loops failing attachments on all sides. The pants were nine months old. I carry nothing large in my pockets and because of all points failing you could tell it was a defective piece of fabric. When I returned to exchange the pants the manager intevened and said it had been too long and they would have a taylor reinforce it was the best they could do. In all my years of buying these products I've never had a failure. In no way did I anticipate if I ever did the company would not stand behind the products but instead stand behind their policies. Word of warning to everyone maybe look at other brands if you intend to wear jeans more than a year :-)

As I told Robin in the store I HATE shopping, but could learn to enjoy it shopping at Tommy Bahamas. The quality of the merchandise, helpful staff, even the music make me want to go back. Look forward to many more purchases.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tommy Bahama store, and I must say it was an absolute delight! From the moment I stepped inside, I was transported to a tropical paradise. The store's vibrant and inviting atmosphere truly captured the essence of the Tommy Bahama brand. One of the first things that caught my attention was the impeccable interior design. The store's layout was well-organized, making it easy to navigate and explore the wide variety of products available. The staff at Tommy Bahama was incredibly friendly and helpful. They greeted me with warm smiles and were always ready to assist me with any questions or requests I had. Their extensive knowledge about the products and their genuine enthusiasm for the brand made my shopping experience even more enjoyable.

Rhonda was a wonderful help. She was able to track down my shirt. Also due to limited quanity Jacob was able to get it expidited for me. Great Staff!

This was my first time shopping at Tommy Bahamas. I was pleasantly surprised of the quality and overall fit of the clothing. I had no idea I would be able to wear my usual size, a large and with a 5’10” 175 lbs frame because the website models look like size 2. I needed several outfits for an upcoming Caribbean cruise and the store had everything! I went to the store in Stanford Shopping Center, Palo Alto, California. I will definitely shop here again! Elizabeth, the store’s sales assistant was awesome!

Don't care for mozt of the new styles. Also the $50 off if you buy $100 worth of merchandise seems like a bit of a scam. We had picked out a shirt that was $99.50. Cashier would not let us use the coupon towards the purchase. Yes I realize technically we had not reached $100. But everything is conveniently priced at $99.50 or $149. So really you can't use the $50 coupon for a $100 purchase due to the way they price their merchandise. It felt like a " gotcha"

A really fun place to shop if you like tropical. Great clothing made well of very nice fabrics. Pricey but you get what you pay for. Great, very service-oriented staff.

This chain does have basic Aloha Shirts, but nothing like the selection in Hawaii. They also have few of the better 100% Lawn Cotton shirts that the Tori Richards brand boasts. Beyond shirts the remainder is mainly "tourist" wear. If you have lived in Hawaii, you may be disappointed.
