Who ever is the hiring manager at this facility needs to be fired immediately. The workers here are ridiculous. They will pick on you for everything. There is couple normal ones but very rare to come across. The rest need a therapist to help them. I never write reviews but I thought I could save some people some money. Go to another gym where you won’t be bothered everyday . I canceled my membership (:

Terrible gym, if you feel like working out in a prison where the staff is always telling you what to this is the perfect spot. They come up with new regulations and rules every other day. If you’re planning to sign you family up there it’s not even worth it.

The gym music is atrocious. There is absolutely no reason to play hannah montana or high school musical in a gym. Now it’s December and we are playing Christmas music and country. Why?

Have had several bad experiences whenever going to this gym. Every time I try to stretch and do ab workouts, one specific worker always storms through the gym like she/he is on a mission to tell me I’m not allowed to lay down AS IM DOING MY WORKOUT. How else does this person expect me to stretch. I have attended the yoga classes here and they always required me to lay down as well so why don’t they rush to the rescue to the class. Very unprofessional staff. Needs to hire more qualified individuals, not some children that act like they run the place. Would give zero stars if I could.

I registered my son as a member and yesterday I wanted to add myself to the membership, I was told that my son's membership fee was chargered wrongly because their system was not updated promptly in August, they asked us to bear the consequence of loss. I didn't agree,it is your fault, why I should bear the consequence? Then they refunded the membership fee without my permission. By the way, the swiming instructor are part time, they are not professional.

This gym is beautiful. Yet my experience has been consistently interrupted. Experienced forgetting my headphones and told listening to music on low aloud is not allowed, even when the facility is empty. Another occasion was told not to use one of their rooms, even if it’s empty and no classes were taking place. Delivery of rules could be better so that I can navigate around the gym without interruptions.

Bad place they have a bad life gard the first time he tell us the t shirt we said ok and the next time he told us the short we said ok and we get one and the there’d time he told me mom this is not swimming cloth we talk to him and the get us out 7 time out of the pool you have to change

Beautiful lifting area or just workout area upstairs! It has everything you'll need and is very cleanly! Also the downstairs has a pool and courts to play on! I think that overall this place is awesome to go to with pretty nice prices if you are a student! Everything is clean even the locker rooms and overall I think that this place is pretty good to go to! I get a great workout there!

My son was drowning I had to jump and get him by the time I got him out life guard was too late busted my knee had 2 surgeries back to back .

The gym is managed by children. Average place if you don’t mind the incompetent employees. Be careful with membership services since they don’t know how to explain terms and conditions properly. I must note that there are a few individuals who know how to perform their job correctly. Stay away from this place!

Very nice..steam room pool hot tub ..towels lots of staff to clean..if theyre lacking angthing its lacking a few machines..They only gave one chest type machine and one type of bicep machine, ridiculous. We dont all use free weights which there are an abundant of . You can tell the person who made this plannng decision didnt have any exlerience in a gym. Overall very nice but considering the cost higher than La fitness 2x as much.Its worth checking out

The staff never seem to do much to follow policy in the bathroom could stand to big clean more often. I believe for what you are been offer and the money that is been spend you could find better. Hope improvement will be coming soon without more expenses.

It’s a clean gym, and has various trainings, lots of equipment and their swimming pool reminds me of the Olympics. They have the nicest showers, lockers, and changing area which makes it comfortable to visit daily.

The health facility is on the campus of Moraine Valley Community College. It has everything you need to get a good workout.

I workout here every week day and its a nice and clean gym. I definitely would recommend signing up here.

My daughter and I attended a pool party here and it was nice. The facilities are clean and up to date and kid friendly. The employees are nice and accommodating. Great way to still do dinner activities in this chilly weather.

Visit with Rush Physical Therapy new, great , clean building. Great therapist. Large , well equipped.

Very clean gym & locker room, they have a lot of different classes included in the membership. Big parking. Nice workers. Steam sauna in women's locker room stinks a little bit 🤭 but still I use it 😁

We are members and exercise 3 times a week or more. Spotless environment, they are always cleaning. Only 4 years old. Lots of kids programs during the Summer...so cute. For seniors it is a little less than $500. per year. It is a reasonable investment for health and I almost never shower at home anymore. Nice secure free lockers.

The pool and the entire center is very very clean and everyone is very very friendly and helpful I would definitely recommend this place to anybody and I look forward to going again

Water aerobics classes are great! There are different level options, which works well for those with health issues or recovering from injuries, and/or wanting to exercise. The hot tub is soothing. Facilities are clean and well-organized, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

This is a really good gym. More communities should have resources like this. Only complaint is people who won't wear their masks properly.

Incredible fitness facility - probably the best overall that I've been to. They have everything you could ask for and great attention to detail. The gym rats like me appreciate the deadlift bar jacks. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

Great gym atmosphere with good equipment and lots of facilities to sweeten the deal. Staff can be a bit serious sometimes but other than that I just wish they were open all day. Great gym for any student going to moraine with some time to kill between classes.
