    Thank you to the DT attendant that helped and gave our dog a treat on her last day. Thank you for your compassion. My family is extremely grateful. Everything was hot and fresh. The service was outstanding. Visited on 5/5.

    I'm not sure what happened but lately I've had bad experiences at this location. Today, I order 2 meals and was told to wait by the side for it. I patiently waited but after 20 minutes decided to call them. They weren't even aware I was waiting and claimed to have given my order to someone else. Finally received my order after I walked in and waited 10 minutes more. The order was incorrect which then had to wait longer. Very disappointing. This isn't right. Bad customer service.

    11/01/2023 I went thru the drive thru between 11:20 and 11:45 ordered a McDouble with Xtra pickle, Fries, and a Sweet tea. They gave me a McChicken instead with no pickles, so I called about 11:50. I told the manager I had an appointment and couldn't get back, so he apologized and said, "When you come back, we will replace your whole order and refund your money. " The manager said he would put my name down in a book. 11/02/2023 at 6:25 I returned to get my order, gave the manager my receipt she said ok I'll get it for you. She handed me out the double and fries. I asked, "Where's my drink?" She replied," they didn't give you one yesterday ?" I said yes they did, but I was supposed to get the whole order. She said, "You got one." Pulling away, I heard her say," trying to scam me. " That is a horrible way to treat a customer! I am very offended!!!! I got sick off the chicken because of all the grease that dam near slid out of my hand because of all the mayo and grease. The double was dry old meat that I could barely swallow, and I had nothing to drink. BE SURE TO CHECK YOUR ORDERS IN THE PARKING LOT!!!

    I went through this drive-through at 10 o'clock on a Thursday night. All I wanted was a shamrock shake. I sat in the drive-through line for 20 minutes. I am not exadjurating. When I got my shake it was melted. I will not be going back to this location anytime soon.

    One of the worst mcdonalds experiences I've had in a while. Had no napkins in the bag, no napkins at the drink station, no ketchup cups for self serve. The chicken samdwhich was drowning in mayo and tasted old. I had to get up and ask for these items. They acted rude and ignored me for a while. It was almost like I was intterupting their loud conversation which I could hear while dining in on the opposite side of the store. I only get one lunch break, be nice if you were stocked so I don't have to wait for your employees to respond. It would also be nice if I could relax instead of listening to the employees loud conversation. 10-24-22 3pm

    Went to mcdonalds this morning for a light fam breakfast and they missed part of the order. (Hash browns) I ordered 6 they charged me for 2 which I received none. The woman on the phone guaranteed when I came back I would get 6 hash browns. I showed up again paper receipt in hand and they only gave me too hash browns and I was told to leave. I asked to speak with the manager and the "acting manager" became irate refused the compensation and when I spoke back, told me I'm just mad because I can't "get it up anymore", which is extremely unprofessional. Could not imagine a place that wouldn't get sued if any employee told someone "hey ur just mad because u can't get wet" disgusting shut the place down

    I was confused by the weird parking and they adapted to my confusion without making fun of me or seeming annoyed. Both the runner, cashier, and window worker were extremely nice and understanding (3pm Tuesday)Value your good workers! Will come back ✓

    Went for a couple Shamrock shakes. Waited 15 minutes after ordering in the drive-thru line. Finally got the shakes and they were white. Asked the girl if they were Shamrock and she said yes. Pulled away and tasted after leaving and they were vanilla. Plenty of time to get the order right and still can't

    If they had taken the slightest bit of attention away from their conversation and looked at my order, it probably would have been right. There's a McDonald's on every corner. Don't waist your time here.

    Best McDonald’s experience we’ve ever had at any McDonald’s. The staff are all wonderful, I’ve gone twice in the past week. Both times with morning and evening crew we’ve had the best experience. They’re so sweet and friendly. The food was good too.

    I was going here everyday & everyday that I would go I started to notice that the service & the way they would give me food was different & getting worse. First the intercom was messed up either I couldn't hear them or they couldn't hear me. Then they wouldn't give me no butter no syrup or sometimes forget to give me a straw. The absolute reason why I stopped going there was because I ordered a Large diet coke & I was given A Large Coffe mixed with ice & soda. It looked like it was sitting out for quite sometime. I went back up to the window to tell the lady that was not what I asked for she thought it was funny by asking me why don't I want coffee? I replied because that's not what I asked for NEVER AGAIN I WON'T BE BACK

    We pulled up at 7 this morning to grab some food before work and we were greeted with "Are you using points or your mobile app today?" and we responded with a no. Then the worker disappeared! We stayed there for minutes and minutes with no response. We pulled around and peeked in to see an empty window with no one there. Strange and disrespectful.

    Ordered on the app.... Arrived at the drive thru, have my code, pretty easy, so far. Pick up window: order was confirmed, got my coke. Was asked to pull around, in guessing due to I asked for certain things on my burger or cause they were a little busy. Either way the service was actually pretty fast. But let's talk about the burger.....I get that the place gets busy, but do these burgers, chicken sandwich had to be slapped together like they are doing it with their eyes closed? It's pretty sad when you go to eat your meal and it pretty much falls off the bun cause it's was made very sloppy! Not asking for perfection! But even holding a burger with two hands in a certain position, so hopefully it doesn't slip off, doesn't even work!!! But asking for a COMMERCIAL LOOKING BURGER, but a burger I DON'T HAVE TO PUT BACK TOGETHER MYSELF when I open it up!!!

    Worst McDonald's ever trust me. Based on other reviews and personal experience, it's amazing how everything is so accurate. 20 minutes at a fast food drive thru lane though? YES YES YES it's true! Longer if you wind up going inside because they forgot about you. Chalk up another one today. At least my expertise told me not to wait more than 4 minutes before I parked and went inside to obtain the rest of the order I was waiting for.. of course the usual greeting of what did you order? WOW I only go as it is 2 blocks from my house and I roll the dice every time. Side note: morning crew always great, fast, and accurate. This review pertains to most other times of the day.

    Absolutely awful - first, when I paid at the drive thru, the girl just walked away without giving me my change - no biggie I thought, I'm in a hurry and it's only a quarter. I get to the next window, and another girl hands me my large sweet tea that's only 75% full and has me pull around to wait for my food. When my food finally comes out, there's no straw in the bag, so I have to send them back in to get me one and they put the fry container in the bag upside-down so the fries are all dumped everywhere except in the container, so the bag and everything inside of it is just grease soaked including my napkins. The response I get is oh I'm sorry, do you want new fries...is it really that difficult to put 1 burger and a fry in a bag?

    Closed at 12:00AM. At 11:30PM there is nobody at the drive thru and doors are locked. Lazy workers and don’t care to mess your order. I’d suggest going to Orland Park location they will mess up your order far less than Palos heights or palos hills

    Fast service and friendly staff. We ordered ice cream - hot fudge Sunday and vanilla cone. The ice cream tasted great, consistent and fresh. Drive through staff was very friendly.

    I ordered a filet O'fish with extra tartar sauce w hamburger pickles, fries were cold too. The staff reheated the fries & no pickles on filet o fish. A bunch of young people with no customer service values. I go elsewhere

    Placed the order on the mobile app. The young man at the first window was so nice but all that went out the window when I got to the second window. I pulled forward and the window was still open. All the employees that were standing there look right at me, but nobody came to the window to anything. I noticed a sign on the other window in front of me stated "Pick up" and a car was sitting there. I saw that car receive food, so I pulled forward thinking this is the window to pick up my food. It was a window to the lobby. I'm noticing the vehicles behind me getting food and I hear the lady in the car tell the person at the window the order may be my order. Instead of them bringing it to the window I was at nobody came. I decide to go inside, and my bag of food is sitting on the counter and the young lady at the register told me she was going to bring me my food once she finished taking care of the customers. This is after waiting over 20 minutes for food. I took the bag and left. The food was cold. I didn't go back because my husband was at the doctor, and I needed to get back. I contacted McDonald's and was told a manager would be in contact and still nothing. This happened on 6/28/2023. I guess the manager is to busy to address this small issue of rude customer service.

    The grimace shake was refreshing and cold. It was a very cool purple. However, it did not have enough flavor.. I love the big mac was made to order. It was excellent. The Apple pie was a great last-minute thought.

    Every time I go to this location they NEVER salt the fries and the food is cold. It’s like they think people don’t notice. I get that it’s McDonald’s but at least have some kind of standards. Even the managers don’t care here

    Sometimes the people taking orders are really rude. The Shamrock shake is only limited time and their shake machine has been broken since March 10. About a month ago I got really sick. Idk I thought this place was a good McDonald's but definitely haven't had good experiences recently

    went to the drive thru Sunday night. Ordered 2 Big macs - Ice freaking cold with hard buns. 2 Double cheeseburgers- cold 2- lrg fries- hard and cold as hell!!!!!!!! $25 down the drain. they all should be fired before they lose any more business!!! only thing that was decent was the lrg coke!!!!
