Very unprofessional and not clean, especially with COVID, by having customers come into the restaurant with DOGS. Who wants to bring their family to a restaurant and have a dog barking at the table next to you. Dog hair flying while you are eating your food, is very unsanitary. The health department would not appreciate a situation with customers bringing in Dogs, to walk around the restaurant while families are trying to enjoy a meal. My Mother and Father are handicapped and we could not park in the handicapped spots since Prime Time Restaurant plowed the snow into the parking spaces. Seems like Prime Time discriminants against ill and elderly handicapped customers. I also thought Prime Time was a restaurant, not a zoo for pets.

I was very disappointed in today’s service. I thought our waitress was phenomenal. I know she did her best. I haven’t been here since Covid, and I won’t be coming back. My friend ordered chicken that she felt wasn’t cooked correctly and didn’t taste right. She let the waitress know who got her manager. The managers tone was incredibly demeaning and stated she can’t do anything for us or take it off the bill. First off, an apology would have sufficed and nobody was asking for her to take it off the bill. We were fasting for Ramadan and we were very excited for our food. I didn’t appreciate her tone and went back and let her know that I thought she was rude. She apologized in a very “I don’t really care” kind of way. Then proceeded to make her way to the bar to laugh with customers who looked like regulars. When situations like this happen, I often wonder if it’s because I’m visibly Muslim. I’m educated and always kind to those who work in the food industry because I know it’s tiring. Anyways, don’t go here. I was just trying to support a local restaurant.

This restaurant is excellent is very family oriented. I brought my puppy with me and they accommodated us even fix my puppy a chicken breast ! I just want to say then I will definitely come back it’s a very family oriented restaurant! Smi was wonderful, she kept us with us and very concerned with how we were doing.

I'm from Los Angeles, this is my first visit to Chicago. They made me feel welcomed, I was treated with respect, they were courteous nd friendly to me. The food was great, service was exceptional. I recommend it 100%.....

Pretty concerning that I’m writing this on my way home from the restaurant. First of all, our waitress was nice. She was quick, super nice, and helpful. However, as a table of three, we ordered three different steaks. The photo below is the skirt steak. Seems good right? It was warmed on the outside, barely warm in the inside. It was chewy and drenched in water. Utensils were dull, and the vegetables looked like they were frozen and steamed. One plate had so much veggies while the other barely has any. As an individual who has had many steaks in my time, I could make better steak than this. Also concerning, all three different steaks were served within ten minutes of ordering. Steaks shouldn’t be that quick. Side note, what’s with the magician?? I was more concerned about leaving because i felt pretty uncomfortable. Pretty sure he didn’t want to make it seem that way but as a family trying to spend time together, it was pretty annoying. Overall, service was alright but the food? I can make it better.

Prime time is a place that I will frequently visit! Walking thru the door for my first time we felt very welcome!! Our server Julius was very helpful and made being a newbie here a unique experience with all of his suggestions that were all winners!! He even entertained us with his multicultural linguistics and traded a little Italian with my wife who is learning Italian! I had a great time and I ate good food. The bartender also made a wonderful mojito. I had the steak and ribs dinner it was every bite delicious!!..we also ordered the shrimp dinner we had coconut shrimp. I'm not a shrimp eater but I always taste a shrimp or two and they were spot on!!

Had dinner here with family. This is one of my in-laws favorite places to go. Food was good, not great. I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich. My wife got the chicken cordon blue. Very generous serving sizes. The au jus for the sandwich was very watery. But the flaming cheese was awesome! I think we got overcharged on the bill, but didn't realize it until after we left.

The food is as always excellent there. Wish the other pictures would post up. We love the service and food will be back.

It was only my second time there but I absolutely loved it! I wish I had taken pictures of the dinners we got but it was so good and I was so hungry that I just ate up all my food before I could take pictures lol. Another plus was seeing it was Easter and it was last minute I called to see if we need a reservations and I got a reservation immediately and as soon as we got there they seated us with no problems. It was completely packed but the staff was on point. The only negative thing that I could say is that we sat in a booth and we had people sitting behind us who just kept on pushing the back of my seat which made it terribly uncomfortable but other than that it's a really really nice restaurant. I would definitely be going back more in the future

I was impressed. I loved my food. Had the Greek chicken. A massive seasoned, grilled chicken breast with Greek roasted potatoes on a bed of lemon rice and a lemon sauce. It was soooo good. I’ve never had anything quite like it.

Prime Time is a really good place to go for date night or even a group outing. Great atmosphere with monitors to watch sports. Service is good and food is delicious. I like the Chocolate Heaven Martini. All the appetizers are good so you can't go wrong.

It was my first time at Prime Time and it was good. We definitely enjoyed our 25% off appetizers. It was delicious and we had a great time. We ordered Coors, wings, fried calamari and onion rings. I would like to come back for their pizza and other things. Definitely a try if you're in the area.

Got it to go. OK food. Nothing great. Nothing bad. Potato skins were probably the best. The sweet potato fries were pretty soggy. Kinda pricey but portions were good. Would try again to see if other food is better.

Had the original prime rib and it was cooked and seasoned well and I didn't notice they forgot the horseradish because it really didn't need it. My daughter had the chicken fajitas and she was very happy. The place was busy but service was good. Only critique would be to store the iced tea and lemonade on the fridge, the ice melted immediately and wasn't very cold and the calamari is served with marinara not cocktail sauce. Overall good food and service. We go every few months and it's very consistent.

Never had anything that wasn't really really good. Service was very good and relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend since it is one of my favorite places to go. I had Prime rib special, so tasty and cooked perfectly.

Couldn't find a good Mexican establishment in the area for national tequila day, pulled right into this place and had a seat at the bar. Bartender knew exactly what they were doing, drinks and service were great. The menu here is massive and hard to stay focused on what dishes would be considered "signature" It's a great water hole for a nice meal great specials menu.

Stopped by for a quick bite and had a pleasant time, food was very good and prices were very reasonable. I would recommend trying this establishment. They also have a nice bar as well as video slot machines. The wait staff was a bit unorganized but it was worth the wait. Outdoor patio was great...

I love the chopped salad. Fresh and chicken cooked perfect. This salad could feed 2 people!

This place has some good food i had the texan burger, meat quality was very good did not taste like it came from a box had a good texture when it hit youtlr mouth solid 5/5 including the sweet potatoe frys loved it. We also tried the 25 dollar steak sammy, mushrooms did not taste fresh they were for sure canned, steak was very tender cooked perfect, we just wished it was better seasoned but overall a solid 4/5. Tip your servers!

Our dinner was so incredible. Freshly made polish staple dishes were delightfully tasty. Pleasant music and atmosphere. Service was wonderful.

Expansive menu. Many options for all tastes. The service here has always been fast and friendly and I have almost never been anything less than completely satisfied (not the greatest calamari I've had) with what I have ordered.

The thoughtfully and artistically crafted courses were not only pleasing to the eyes, but to the palate as well. Every single course had its own experience of flavors and textures. Loved the experience!!

The service and the food were exceptional! Our server Julius was the best and everything he recommended was On Point! Great food and atmosphere! We will be back for more!

I chose a Fettucine Alfredo w/broccoli bc I thought it would be a safe choice. But unfortunately, this one was lacking, especially for the price. I guess I've been spoiled by tortorices in Downers Grove. They are cheaper and have a tastier Fettucine Alfredo (baked w/mozzarella cheese on top, no less) for much cheaper. But since moving, that's too far of a drive for me. However, after being disappointed by the fettucine alfredo here, I think I may make the drive more often. The sauce at prime time was very, very thin and watery. I almost felt like they just put warmed heavy cream on top of the pasta. It wasn't clinging to the pasta well (my homemade pasta is thick and creamy) and it also was lacking in taste. For $16 something with tax? For a relatively small serving? Nah.

Very disappointed. Went there several times, but this time was much different. They now want to charge for the bread that would usually come with the soup and salads... steak special was extremely disappointing. Ordered a ribeye but got something else. The 'steak' I got was a very thin meat, certainly not a ribeye. Service was not the best either... felt like we were bothering the waitress whenever we asked something. Overall... was a very disappointing visit. Hopefully others don't have this experience. P.S ... the Cod was great!!
