Spring Lake Park is located in Aurora, IL. It’s a great place to relax with the family and friends. You can go for a long walk with your dog, can do cycling and you may enjoy your fishing with the children. There is a play are for the kids. You can have your snake time there with table and bench arrangements. Rest rooms are there. Ample parking space is there. It is a great picnic place. There is a play area where you can see people are playing baseball, soccer and many other games. The location and the environment is very calm and pleasant. There are many houses around the lake where people can really enjoy the nature. Evening many people are coming there to see the sunset. Since the environment is calm, it is a great place to practice yoga. It is very clean. Evening time, mosquitoes are there, which is bothering the kids and the elderly people so much.

I walked my dog here today, not a lot of distance to cover, but it's beautiful and well kept so we had a good time.

Went fly fishing. Had to bushwack a bit to get to a sketchy edge off the lake with some rocks to stand on. But man the fishing was worth it! Big old gills & sun fish for days. Looking forward to going back and seeing what the bass situation is like. It's a very active community park, people playing soccer games, having picnics, etc. Nice place. People seemed nice. Lots of walkers on the path. Not to crowded. Big pier to fish on. If you don't want to bushwack and get in the weeds then be prepared to be the guy who breaks angler code and fishes way to close to someone else on the pier.

Good place to take kids fishing for bluegill but lake need more fishing areas. It would also be nice if the Algie was cleaned up.

The only reason why I rated this park with 4 stars is that this place especially the play area is always crowded. I hardly find the playground less crowded no matter what time of the day I arrive here. Apart from that, the park still has plenty to offer like a sandpit, wobbly bridge & multiple spring riders, massive grass ground, a basketball court. We usually spend about an hour or so here. My daughter loves coming here! The play area is a decent size offering two sets of swings for toddlers/infants & big children. Resting benches for the grown-ups to look after the children. A big lake to spend some calm time sitting next to, I love walking to the mini-port for its incredible view. Trails for a walk/jog/stroll around that extends to the entire park. Oftentimes, I notice people kayaking in the lake too. The covered picnic spot is a decent size, you can enjoy some family/friend time here. It's great to host parties/potlucks as well. PS- Multiple parking spots including accessible parking.

It's a nice park for kids and family. The lake can be fished though I wish there were more locations from which to fish from.

Used to run on the mile or so long path. And came here for a graduation party. There is plenty of space for the whole family. There's multiple docks to fish, a big park for the kids, and lots of grassy areas for a picnic or the pets to go wild.

All good. I love the place for my morning walk. Spring Lake reminded me of my childhood swim in same type of Spring Lake in Salem in Tamilnadu.

This park is a nice little hideaway in the middle of the urban sprawl, making it an ideal place to go and stare out at the water for a while to catch a breath of fresh air.
