The worst customer service I ever had was in this motel if I can give no stars I would. The rooms might have a recording devices it seems like both man and women who work there be watching people rooms. Maybe our room was bugged my wife keep saying she felt that way and iv seen another interview saying that they felt being watched wich is creepy I hope they get investigated I was in the last room on the corner by security camera outside so they see who is in and out the room but I felt something was inside the room also I came to edit because I was reading reviews I hope they get cought if they record people

Decent place in a pinch. Stayed over a week at their normal rate asked for a weekly rate twice was given 2 different amounts then told there wasn't a weekly room available. Last 2 days felt like they were watching us, very creepy. I did wipe sink, toilet, shower, dresser, table, chairs, door knobs with Lysol wipes. I rinsed the air/furnace filter and wiped it with wipes also room then smelled 100% better. And sprayed Lysol.

Definitely cheap. For the amount you pay you get your money's worth. Always hot water if you any to shower! Cable tv! I like the room set up. Over all, great place for a quick stay or over night.

Great price, room service, and location. The staff was very polite and able to answer my questions. The price for overnight was very reasonable when comparing price and quality. Being close to Toyota Park was an added bonus for me, I would recommend.

The room I had #7 was very nice and clean and very good hot water in the bathroom, and in the shower both of them we're very nice and clean, the office man & woman we're also very nice to me, I had the room for 4 hours, four $45:00 not to bad, I would go there again next time.

Rude people, dirty rooms, very loud people slamming doors all night. Thin walls, very thin blanket, small old towels. Very expensive, sleep in your car it will be a better night.

Stayed here last summer and it was great, nice, helpfull staff, the maid lady was really cool. Best part was walking distance from toyota park. Im guessing ita a new owner or manager but whoevers 8n charge now is a rude jackass. Avoid

Price was too high for what I got. The room they gave me was all the way in the back around a corner and it made it hard to get my stuff from my vehicle. Plus I was woken up late at night by the next rooms fire alarm. I took a shower and ther was hardly any water pressure at all. Won't be staying there again.

I tried to check in few months ago abd she told me some crazy rate so gold her no. She followed me to motel next door to tell them the sams thing lol great customer service going on there.

If I could give negative stars I would. Rude, illiterate people. Apparently there's more than 1 Clayton Motel in Bridgeview. I needed a hotel room in a pinch. It was late, I was tired, and just lost my apartment. Literally the only place affordable that had a room. She takes my card, it took forever to break through the language barrier. She charged it for $160 and then asked if I had cash, I said no. She restarted the card reader. She ran my card again and printed a declined receipt. She shows me and I knew I had 312$ in my account. Turns out the 160$ authorization did go through but never printed a receipt because she restarted the reader. Long story short, I tried explaining all this and showed her the charge on my banking app . Her supervisor came in and showed me the decline receipt and failed to understand that I was charged $160 even after I showed him my banking app and retold him the timeliness of events 10 times. The owner shows up. You can already tell he prejudged the situation when I told him we have a problem. I explained the decline receipt and the timeline of events of what the first lady did with restarting the reader and he responds with, no she doesn't do that. And demands to see my banking app. At this point he tells me that's a different clayton motel I'm like WOW. at the end of the day he tells me to leave or he will call the police Bank of America explained everything. Had they released the hold, we would have no problems. Long story short, avoid this scam shop.
