This is one of the most negligent dental offices in the Chicagoland area. A family member of mine went here for a toothache and left in worse condition than she came. They also delete the bad reviews and only respond to the positive. Beware of this practice.

Oh my God! This place is great! The staff is wonderful, the dentist is so amazing. They made me feel like I was part of their professional family. They genuinely care about their patients. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. They treated me as if they have known me for years, NO ONE IS A STRANGER THERE! Everything was explained to me in a way I understood, I was part of the decision process in my dental care. I am so glad that I decided to visit dental works!!! The dentists are amazing.

Jennifer is so amazing. Her personality and care that she takes when cleaning my teeth is unmatched. She always does an amazing job! In addition, Annette at the front desk is very welcoming and always helpful with finding me appointments that work around my busy schedule. Both of them is the reason that I keep coming back to Dental works Rivercrest office.

Dr. Luckett is a great dentist! He’s very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. The dental assistants are also part of an overall great team from the front desk to the billing department. Prior to this office I only had one other dentist that did not cause any anxiety he retired and I was angst but am so pleased with the past 5 years I have received treatment by Dr. Luckett and his team.

I had a very successful tooth extraction. Asst Jesus Emanuael was my blessing. He was patient, compassionate and attentive and a very apt assistant to Dr. Michael Luckett, who was pleasant, professional and perform expertly and quickly. Although there is naturally a little pain afterward. The actual extraction wad painless due to Dr. Luckett’s expertise. I am very grateful to them both.

I have been going to Crestwood Dentalworks for over twenty years. My daughters, now both adults, went there when they were young. It was always a positive experience with Dr. Lucket. I hope him and his devoted staff never retire❣️❣️

I gave Dental Works 5 stars, because from the time I walked in the door, everyone was very kind to me, pleasant, smiles, and professional. Something you do not see much of anymore. I felt very comfortable, Dr Luckett was very funny, he kept me laughing, which made me feel once again comfortable. This is my new home for my Dental Work. Thank you Dental Works.

BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE!!! This office is shady and negligent. This will be my first and last time doing business with this office. First Dr. Luckett is very impersonable and didn't say two words to me during my visit. He never addressed me directly and only spoke to the dental assistant. Secondly I felt very rushed out of this office, no one asked if I had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. I got dismissed from the office after receiving x-rays and being told I need my wisdom teeth removed. I had to stop a nurse myself to tell them I have questions and I need an explanation of my x-rays and what's going on with my teeth. PLEASE ADVOCATE FOR YOURSELF IF YOU VISIT THIS OFFICE. Ask questions and make sure they explain things to you in a way that make sense. This dental office will greenlight procedures and decisions for you without properly informing you. I went to get my wisdom teeth removed from here and after shoddy x-rays and being told my teeth are fine the day of my wisdom teeth removal they had on the bill to remove an extra tooth that "needed a root canal" Literally a week ago this office told me all my teeth were fine and now suddenly the day of my surgery I need a root canal? I declined and went to get a second opinion. The second dentist office informed me that my teeth were in fact fine and no additional tooth extraction or root canal was needed. All in all, don't trust and double check everything they tell you. Because if I didn't I would be missing an extra tooth unnecessarily.

I had a periodontal maintenance/cleaning today and I got in and out. While there everyone was very pleasant and although I've only been to this site 2 or 3 times I feel like I know my Dental Hygienist. Good conversation and she knows what she is doing. The front desk is pleasant as well! Absolutely no complaints.

Dr Luckett is an outstanding dentist. I have been his patient for many years. He truly cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain why and how he will do the required procedures to ensure a healthy and happy smile. I highly recommend him as a dentist.

This place is so welcoming! Everybody is so nice and caring! I refuse to go to any other dentist! They’re gentle and they take their time! I’ve never been in longer them a hour unless I was getting multiple things fine and even then it went smoothly!

Dr. Luckett is personable and appears to be honest when providing info. These are very important attributes to me. Moreover, his price also are reasonable and competitive as compared to other dentist .

I went in for an emergency appointment. They were able to get me in the first day, set up an follow up appointment the following week, contacted my insurance to make sure everything was covered. In and out without a problem.

I called to make an appointment for a teeth cleaning. The day of the cleaning they called and said there was a mix up and it was cancelled. I rebooked it, went in, and was about to get my teeth x rayed (since I was a new patient) when they casually mentioned that I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned because there was no hygienist on staff that day. (????) Unprofessional and goofy!!!!!!

Yesterday's experience was excellent.. I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and I was seen within a couple minutes of arriving. I was in and out in no time. The hygienist was professional, courteous, and supportive.

I was nervous when I arrived to have a tooth extracted. The dentist assistant, I think that’s what you call her, was extremely nice and comforting. Dr Luckett was awesome. I didn’t realize he had extracted my tooth. No pain. Very good experience. 😀

I’ve been going to DENTAL Work’s for the last 10 years. They always give me amazing service. They also did my braces and my teeth turned out phenomenal. Jennifer is my dental hygienists she is wonderful. All of the nurses and dental assistants are amazing. Even the front desk staff are super friendly and helpful.

Initially, I was anxious prior to attending my appointment due to past experiences with dentists. I absolutely DREAD it! The staff was very welcoming and made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout my visit. Jennifer is AMAZING! She made my visit 10x better because of her gentleness, respectfulness, friendliness, and most importantly, she was nonjudgmental. I left the dentist feeling happy (first time I’ve ever said that 🥴). I encouraged my sister to make an appointment at this location and she was excited for me—especially knowing my experience with previous dentists. I look forward to my next visit!

I have been going to Dental Works which used to be Sears Dental since the 1990’s. Dr.Luckett and his staff make you feel very comfortable, and are very good at what they do. If you’re looking for a good dentist, you can stop looking. If I didn’t think so I wouldn’t be here all these years.

I know most people avoid the dentist because often procedures tend to be uncomfortable. However, Dr. Luckett and his staff provide great service, compassion and an extremely friendly environment. If you have to go to the dentist, this is where you want to go.

Every member of the office exhibited a high level of professionalism and helpfulness. The receptionist assisted me in resolving an insurance matter, the hygienist was exceptionally friendly and provided thorough explanations, and the dentist conducted a meticulous examination. Notably, he accurately identified issues highlighted by my orthodontist, showcasing a comprehensive approach to the examination. I will definitely be going back for all of my future appointments!
