COME IN FROM CICERO/ILL 50 down 123rd heading east, before tracks hang a right and follow Lombard around. Hopefully you have hours. Run a lot of dedicated here, no hassle, they know us. Can't speak for other carriers.

Showed up at 1445 on 12/21. Pulled onto scale & called the number on the sign to check in. Was given dock door 16. Pulled around and backed into the dock fairly easy as the lot across from the docks was pretty much empty. Be mindful tho that you will be backing and parking in a small roadway so watch for the cars that just got to get around you. Pulled out of the dock and got back on scale. Called the number again for check out. Pulled back around & went into the office for my bills and I was gone. The whole process took about an hour.

Super fast. Polite staff. Got there at 6:45 am. Shipping opens at 7:00 am. Was in a door by 7:10 am. Loaded and out the door by 7:40 am. Great job.

They are taking their sweet time to unload. If you ask the office how much longer it would to be, they give you attitude and tell you they have 2 hrs to unload. Yup, it's one of those places.

The lady in the office is amazing!!! If you’ve never been here before just pull on the scale and call the phone number on the sign. The VERY nice lady will walk you through what to do. Fast loading in and out in about an hour. Backing can be fun if they are busy, but just take your time.

This place is pretty good.. they are pretty quick to load (15-30min) and get you moving quickly... Jill in the office who answers our calls is very friendly and accommodating... They do not start before 7am.. i wish that could change. Some spots can be tough to back into if your a new driver.. for me this is also a good paying stop...

Fast fast fast loading. Backing is for experienced drivers only unless you get a spot. Massive cluster F!#&! When you manage to get in here, super hard sharp right onto scale. Call the number to check in, then the fun starts trying to get on a door. Good luck driver!!

Hard to get to if you've never been. Streets you can't turn on, drive around till you find your own way.

It's a cluster honestly. People were nice, once they acknowledged me.

Very Friendly staff, very quick loading, they open at 7am, go to the street at the back of the building to get on the scale, Kwik Trip is a block away if you need overnight parking

Friendly customer service, under an hour to load and unload. Easy to scale in and out as long as you read the signs and follow direction. They let you use the bathroom!!

It tite quarters and other driver will not give any time to maneuver into the dock you get. Other than that the staff are nice and I've not had any issues with them.

Great place to get loaded real quick the two ladies that work in the office are very polite really easy to talk to you clean bathrooms

Excellent customers service, polite courtesy woman at the window and the loaders move pretty fast unloading and loading the trailers
