The care I received here was absolutely top notch!! Everyone was professional and polite! Dr. Kronen did an absolutely amazing job! He is extremely thorough, and knowledgeable.... I appreciate the fact that he keeps you informed and walks you through the details of your entire surgery procedure; before and during, and the staff keeps you informed during and after so you're never left in the dark about steps pertaining to your surgery or after care! Great proficient doctor and excellent service The room nurse was very friendly nice and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. She also took the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the surgery, all the way through the process. I would highly recommend.

From the time you step into the suite you become very relaxed by the oriental designs. Its very zen and relaxing. Check in was smooth and quick. My nurse was professional and caring. I was made comfortable by a hot blanket. The instructions for pre and post op were extremely accurate. They anticipated my needs so I didn't have to ask. I would definitely have a procedures here again and highly recommend this place.

Dr. Fakhouri is most professional and personable. The staff is very attentive, thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility is as well equipped and beautiful as the Mayo clinic that I have visited 2 weeks. All in all just the best in health care one could ask for.

Received a procedure with Dr. Metzler and his team and was extremely satisfied with how he talks you through the procedure and wants to keep you comfortable while he performs his magic. Loved the team from registration to the nurse taking me out of building in a wheelchair to my car. Will definitely tell family and friends about him.

Had a quick, easy procedure to remove a ganglion cyst. He was thorough and professional from the first appointment thru surgery today. I became acquainted with him when he took care of my son's broken hand a month ago and switched my practice to here.

This is my third surgery with Dr. Zats. Not only is she kind and has great beside manner, she is truly concerned with your care as an individual. She is also a great doctor and surgeon. She is knowledgeable and my care and recovering has always been well managed by her.

Dr. Kronen is a very good surgeon. He also has a wonderful sense of humor and caring which is very important to a patient in how they go through the surgery and recover. Whether it's a small or big surgery it's scary to the patient, and Dr. Kronen knows how to put a patient at ease. Everyone at the medical facility was really caring and wonderful from the time I registered, during the surgery, to the time I left. Palos Hills Surgery Center is a very clean and organized facility, The receptionist was very professional and made me very relaxed. The nurses, technicians and Dr. Anton Fakhouri were very kind and professional as well. It was as if I were visiting with family members or my friend’s home. Dr Zats is a compassionate, caring surgeon. I had a concern before surgery and she listened to me. I did not feel rushed with my questions. She explained everything very well! I recommend her highly.

Dr. Zats was great all the way from my initial visit to the surgery. I still have upcoming follow-up visits, and I have no doubt she will be just as personable, knowledgeable and patient. I highly recommend her if you have problems with your foot or ankle.

The surgery center is a great place. I walked in feeling anxious about my surgery and was greeted with a warm smile. Everyone from the doctor to the nurses makes you feel at home. They are warm people who have created an atmosphere where you anxiety is calmed you feel reassured about your procedure.

The nurses were very nice and very helpful. The check in was great didn't have a long waiting time once in the room the nurse was very friendly and professional she explained the whole process to me I felt very comfortable. Lovely and clean facilities for my arm surgery this morning. Crystal my nurse couldn’t have been nicer. Anesthesiologist and Dr Fakhouri both came to see me before and after surgery. Highly recommend these medical services.

Dr Metzler is a great doctor. He has helped me regain a mostly pain free life and allow me to resume many of the activities I previously participated in. Dr Metzler is extremely knowledgeable, explains options available and helps you chart a course for your chosen path. He is thorough, punctual, and professional. I have gladly recommended Dr Metzler heartily to friends and family without reservation.

1st of all my doctor kronen is great.. All the nurses and staff staff at Payless hill surgery center were wonderful or wonderful. Kind , And they took care of me very well.

Where do I start. I love that energy from Dr. Metzler, Cathy and Elizabeth they were so kind . They were very informative in this process. I was so nervous but their level of professionalism and being down to earth definitely made me feel more at ease. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone looking for a clean, informative, and great staff.

Dr. Metzler does a great job with lumbar injections. Staff was friendly and very caring. This is the ONLY place I'll go for my lumbar injections.

Palos Hills Surgery Center is awesome! The staff were so friendly, welcoming and efficient! I was treated with special attention and care. Dr. Metzler, as usual, was also very helpful in explaining everything and keeping me at ease. I felt very safe in his care! Everything went just perfect.

Staff at the surgery center was welcoming and explained things well. Dr.Metzler also went above and beyond to explain things, answer questions and make sure I was comfortable!! My only complaint is that he was very overbooked and the wait was entirely too long for a back injection that took less than 15 minutes.

Everyone at the Palos Hills Surgery Center was professional, friendly, exuded confidence in doing their jobs well, & all showed concern for my comfort. The waiting room is beautifully decorated, the surgical areas are very clean, & everyone will make you feel well-taken care of.

Dr.Bedikian is the best!!!!!! He’s in my surgery. He’s also doing my mother’s surgery tomorrow and if I ever have to get operated on next, I will not go see another doctor was Dr. Vicki and he is so kind and generous.

Dr. Fakhouri is hands down the best “hand” doc around! Get the pun!? Lol I’ve had 4 different surgeries done by him and all were extremely successful resulting in a much better quality of life, pain free!
