Excellent staff. The PA was great and helpful. Related info to the Doctor before visit. Dr. Meisel possesses great bed side manor putting you at ease. Shows pictures of your injury in detail. Evaluates options and explains vividly. Puts patient first. Doesn’t push surgery. Allows the patient to make final decision as to treatment. Only wish I had gone to him first.. Humorous as well. Very satisfied.

He listens to your concern and address every question. He makes you feel comfortable with whatever decisions you make about moving forward with or without procedure if necessary. My son and I have had knee surgery. I’ve had surgery on one knee was supposed to have both. One was more serious than the other. The other could be held off and less it causes pain or complications. Needless to say I’ve only had the one. That was one of the options given to me. Over 10 years later, the second surgery was not needed. I take it that one knee was conversation for the other. I have not encounter problems with the other. Most important he’s listen to every concern I had, and addressed it. Pre and post.

If you're looking for a Orthopedic who is honest, easy to talk to, have a nice sense of humor, explain options clearly that you can understand your treatment plan, I would recommend Dr. Adam Meisel. I was a bit nervous when I got to the doctor's office, but after meeting with Doctor Meisel I was happy when I left the office. The staff members are very welcoming.

He ruined my life. I became worse-off after surgery than before. There was no guidance. Me and my whole family were left in the dark. Then repeatedly threatened with collections while I was a student and I couldn't even walk. I'm still on the hook. Make sure you get a second opinion and don't trust anything he says and do your own research.

“Dr. Meisel is awesome! He really took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly described the miniscus and what it does, described the x-rays extensively , and answered all of my questions/concerns. He described several options, but he didn’t inform me what he thought I should do. He didn’t jump straight to, "you need surgery” and he respected my decision when I explained what I’d like to do right now and in the future. I had a very informative visit and didn’t feel rushed in any way. Dr. Meisel treated me like an individual, not just a number. I truly appreciate that.

I was surprised with the level of friendliness, attentiveness and thoroughness. It did take a week before they could fit me in but the level professionalism was worth it. Upon first entering, the clinic was extremely crowded which caused a heightened level of apprehension and anxiety for me. To my surprise, they were very thorough, efficient, attentive as well as friendly. It’s rare to receive great service from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. It was a pleasant surprise. I was so impressed I decided to have my physical therapy there instead of going with the provider my PCP recommended. We’ll see. The receptionist, Miss Perkins was amazing! Dr. Meisel helped me understand the nature of my injury in terms that I could easily follow along with and gave me options that are feasible for my lifestyle and recovery. He was very knowledgeable with great bedside manners.

I was so amazed and how polite and understanding the doctor was to me and my condition. He takes his time and talks to you and informs you on what your best options are.

Work injury 11/2017. If you are in this position, stay as far away from this guy as you can. If he does not understand your problem, you must be just fine. Although he finds a small tear. No way it can cause that pain, he says (Not verbatim). He blames it on a 20 year old sports injury or i lifted to many weights... Again, 20 years prior. Not that it had anything to do with the prior week of me getting crushed into a concrete wall by an 8 ton machine. Next day arm won't easily go to my head. Never ever once had any shoulder issues prior. Gives me the shot into shoulder. It works for 3 weeks then back to severe pain = something is wrong according to diagnostics. 2 non working injections later. He could not figure out the problem. Sends me to physical therapy for many months and decides I'm good to go. Day 1 back at work, first thing I pick up I get a jolt from my shoulder into my hand (90% of my job was above my head). I'm finished. Stuck it out 4 days till I was pretty much in tears and 1 functioning arm. Drove straight to his office after day 4. Begged to see the guy to re-evaluate. Left me high n dry, declined to see me. The point.... This accident was the fault of another man. Attorney claimed Meisel was ready to light my case on fire. Luckily his deposition was shut down. This is a real story and don't let this guy be involved if your life depends on it. He is 100% not in your corner if he is confused. I'd guess pride got involved. Id of appreciated even if he told me to get another opinion from someone else. I did find someone that had a failed attempt at helping me. But he stayed in my corner. My career is destroyed along with my shoulder(unfortunately). Luckily I avoided this guy destroying my life. Stay away unless you got a boo boo. A non work related boo boo. Better yet stay away altogether. I read a handful of reviews. I'm not sure which version of this guy I got. He sounds amazing for many of you. From my experience feel lucky if he helped you (He did nothing for me). This guy is not worth the risk as he like many others, didn't trust his patient. I don't know who the perfect person is. I can only tell through experience, he will roll the bus right over your head.

Dr Meisel always has taken good care of me and my body i underwent 3 operations under the care of Dr Meisel it almost feels like i never had those operations my body still feels the same he truly gives you the best care and attention and makes sure you do your therapy to get back to the best possible health u can have. best dr i can recommend or ask for

After filling out paperwork,I was called in a timely manner. I was X-rayed and Dr Meisel treated me. Nothing broken. Gave cortisone shot and therapy for next few weeks.I had immediate relief and can continue with my normal workouts as well.

Very nice and professional. Did not wait at all. They took me for x-rays right away and saw the doctor about 3 minutes after. We discussed my problem and came up with a solution . The whole appointment was under an hour with treatment.
